    Lesson learned today: @SkyHelpTeam really don’t want you to use anything other than their services - SkyQ is a right pain in the backside to get to accept and switch to a NON-Sky network took me 6 goes to get the main box to accept it then mini was just as stubborn again!

    @_Clarky_ @SkyHelpTeam Don’t know why sky don’t just do this for everyone automatically- the website doesn’t work, I’ve tried it so many times since it went up at different time’s of day and never get on and now you can’t phone either - disabled all billing calls

    Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

    @SkyHelpTeam I REALLY need help with my Sky bill - you are trying to charge me for services I’ve cancelled. Who can I speak to via phone / chat / email to get this addressed I CAN NOT fix it from self help online I’ve tried - I just need to contact sky support it’s urgent now

    I am sick to death of the poor service I’m getting from sky - my internet hardly connects anymore which means I’m having to use all my phone data 😡 the @SkyHelpTeam hasn’t helped at all

    @SkyUK It is not at all a smart way to watch tv. You cannot record programmes, the playlist does not work well. The synch to things like All4 is poor, the pucks tend to hang every other day. User experience is nowhere near as good as Sky Q. Yet.

    @SkyUK Biggest pile of 💩wish I didn’t give up my old tv. Sound is terrible, picture is too dark and blacks are awful, freezes, sound cuts out, can’t watch stuff you record straight away. Garbage.

    @SkyUK I can only go on my own experience of the pucks constantly freezing and losing the PW and having to retype it again and again. Picture freeze during the ****** of a program adds to the irony. Yes, I like the TV and sound but SkyQ NEVER had these issues and you got to record, too.
