    @SkyHelpTeam QMini very unhappy - crashes daily and protests that I don’t have internet - I do and other devices are just fine & main box is online... needs hard restart - also did a reset on it yesterday after major network changes at home to resync against main q box... ideas?

    @SkyUK I have waited since the 7/7/20 for you to connect my wifi and STILL NOTHING. Vulnerable person in our house who is shielding which you have been told numerous times and the promises made weekly by you NEVER happen. Please DO SOMETHING Appalling service, no service!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

    @SkySports could someone please explain to Gary Weaver that some folk are visually impaired and randomly shouting names in between periods of silence is terrible commentary. Maybe try and explain where on the pitch the ball / action is 🤔🤔 worst commentary I’ve ever heard!!

    @SkyHelpTeam There was a fault on the line a few weeks ago and sky claimed it was then fixed. The tech guys never did the proper line test at their end where you take the cable out of the master socket which would then flag up a problem if done. A sky engineer is cmg thurs but need open reach

    @SkyUK Paying for 900mb/s but getting 900kb/s , openreach said my cable has water damage but instead of replacing it just linked next doors cable too ours aswell and it obviously cant handle giving internet to the 2 houses. Really need help because whenever we call and open reach

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, there’s been no broadband in London E2 since yesterday afternoon. I’ve done the diagnostics tests, the website states there’s an outage in the area but gives a July date for some reason.Can you provide more information please?
