@SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

@SkySports could someone please explain to Gary Weaver that some folk are visually impaired and randomly shouting names in between periods of silence is terrible commentary. Maybe try and explain where on the pitch the ball / action is 🤔🤔 worst commentary I’ve ever heard!!

@SkyHelpTeam QMini very unhappy - crashes daily and protests that I don’t have internet - I do and other devices are just fine & main box is online... needs hard restart - also did a reset on it yesterday after major network changes at home to resync against main q box... ideas?

Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

Today I had to call up @SkyUK to inform them of my grandmothers passing and disconnect a phone number that I've been calling for 41 years. It broke my heart. Then an hour later I get a text on my phone, addressing her, to offer a new package deal. WTF Sky?! Where's your heart?
