Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. -
Susan Lee (@mrs_christmas) reported from Poole, EnglandDear @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK ... over the last few weeks you have consistently disappointed me with the way you treat good long standing customers - in order to reduce my huge Sky we had to commit to you for a further 18 months (for which I had to pay for the “privilege” (1 of 3)
-

Jon Smallwood🎭 (@JonSmallwood) reported from Wimborne Minster, England@SkySports #HUDBUR I'd like an apology from the commentator for you filming the @LUFC manager picking his nose while watching the match. Far worse than rude songs that you DO apologise for.
-
mark White (@TommaxMw) reported from Bournemouth, England@amexbha @SkySports I know that but hoping for a real dog fight at the bottom so everyone has something to play for is not so bad is it
-
Gary 🇺🇦 (@friendcalled_5) reported from Poole, England@SethHarvey17 @Rainman050368 @SkySports Sorry you’ll never convince me. MotoGP is so much better. The only open wheel racing I watch is IndyCar. I think if F1 had limited(say 180 seconds ) of Push To Pass is might make the drivers think a little more on when and where to use it, rather than have 2 DRS zones..
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@SkyHelpTeam I REALLY need help with my Sky bill - you are trying to charge me for services I’ve cancelled. Sky Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Carl Bucksey (@carlbucksey) reported@Malcolm_Sillick @jammierooroo @SkyUK Tbf 30 day cancellation is standard so not really sure what u expect them to do. They haven't refused to cancel by the sound of it and prior to you calling what else are they meant to have done?
-
Andrew Llewellyn (@llewellyna071) reported@jammierooroo @scoob20_ @SkyUK She be in a 14 day cooling off period so should be straight forward to cancel
-
Nirave 尼拉夫 (@nirave) reported@jammierooroo @Bredebeck @SkyUK Absolutely do the SAR request and make it clear that you want that recording so you can complaint the ombudsman. They'll try and say oh it's a mistake and we've resolved it so there's no need for the SAR but make sure you get that recording regardless. Then hammer the bastards.
-
DroffoJ #JusticeForMalkiRoth (@DroffoJ) reported@jammierooroo @lisareality1 @SkyUK Just cancel the contract. There’s a 14 day cooling off period!
-
Richard (@visitandtravel) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK To clarify my rather abrupt statement - I have Now TV which is broadband version of Sky - you pay for the channels you wish to watch, and as I do not pay the BBC scam tax I can't and don't watch live TV. I signed up to the entertainment package - around £5 a month (on 6 month offer) - I never, or at least very rarely watch it and will not be renewing it. As for their movie channel - why bother? Paramount and Apple TV, via Amazon Prime provide better content and this is a shame as I used to like and enjoy Sky entertainment series (US based) and then suddenly they went 100% woke and just lost the plot in content and quality - same great actors, awful scripts and screenplay. In my opinion of course.
-
Susan 🌸💜 (@Su15100307) reported@kinlochleven7 @jammierooroo @SkyUK Exactly - they claim to have a dedicated phone line to deal with relatives of deceased customers but it’s never answered
-
Bootsie🏆 (@BootsieBlanche) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Most phone companies have a lower rate by about a 1/3rd if someone is on a fixed income and even more discount is available if she has tv & phone w same provider. Also make official complaint so it's escalated to a manager and they should offer cash or credit as a sorry.
-
Grapeape (@maraboustork1) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK BT pulled similar **** with my elderly mum, they persuaded her she needed their WiFi net stuff at 40 quid extra a month. It's meant so you can get a signal 50 metres away in your summer house or similar, she lives in a one bedroom sheltered housing flat.
-
D1 ck **** A (@YKP1888) reported@SkySportsDarts @SkySports A Man Utd supporting scouser will never go down well.
-
Magic Pudding (@MagicPuddingDi) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Dreadful customer service, always were. I called them to cancel my father's contract after his death and was passed on "cold" twice, so I had to say "my father has died" 3 times. You'll know how distressing that is, and completely different to every other service provider he had
