@SkyUK I have waited since the 7/7/20 for you to connect my wifi and STILL NOTHING. Vulnerable person in our house who is shielding which you have been told numerous times and the promises made weekly by you NEVER happen. Please DO SOMETHING Appalling service, no service!!!

@SkyHelpTeam QMini very unhappy - crashes daily and protests that I don’t have internet - I do and other devices are just fine & main box is online... needs hard restart - also did a reset on it yesterday after major network changes at home to resync against main q box... ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

@SkySports could someone please explain to Gary Weaver that some folk are visually impaired and randomly shouting names in between periods of silence is terrible commentary. Maybe try and explain where on the pitch the ball / action is 🤔🤔 worst commentary I’ve ever heard!!

@SkyUK I'm not sure Sky have got this right, the TV is bulky and lower spec to many existing TVs. Can it run 3rd party apps such as @plex like a normal smart TV? Why can't Q boxes be used without a dish like in Germany? And the name is awful, Google Glass anyone!

@davey_lad @SkyUK I mean it is branded! I’m pretty sure you’ve had bad luck. I haven’t ever needed mine replacing. Also it’s Dolby surround sound built in with a subwoofer and QLED screen! That is good enough for me

@SkyUK You have a great digital service . Wouldn’t it make more sense to focus on the digital service through existing TVs instead adding manufacturing costs to outgoings ? From a 2021 business perspective it really doesn’t make much sense.
