    @SkyUK I have waited since the 7/7/20 for you to connect my wifi and STILL NOTHING. Vulnerable person in our house who is shielding which you have been told numerous times and the promises made weekly by you NEVER happen. Please DO SOMETHING Appalling service, no service!!!

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi we’re having problems with our broadband, it keeps cutting out when we connect to our Sky extender / Sky Q box. When it happens I’ve tried testing it by logging in on the website but it comes up with green ticks and says everything is working ok? Many thanks.

    @DavidCockerham @SkyUK No, it has a “Playlist”, which you can add programmes to. Sky will be storing content in their cloud for 12 months from broadcast - any customer “play listing” a programme will draw a copy from the cloud for delayed viewing.

    @Tweet_BKelly @SkyHelpTeam Well therein lies the problem - it’s not a top of the range TV. It’s mid-range but even then at the lower end of the spectrum. It’s already dated before it’s launched as has 60Hz panel (most now have 120Hz), plus most functions cease to work without Sky subscription.
