    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @SkyUK I have waited since the 7/7/20 for you to connect my wifi and STILL NOTHING. Venerable person in the house who is shielding which you have been told numerous times and the promises made weekly by you NEVER happen. Please DO SOMETHING! Appalling service

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi we’re having problems with our broadband, it keeps cutting out when we connect to our Sky extender / Sky Q box. When it happens I’ve tried testing it by logging in on the website but it comes up with green ticks and says everything is working ok? Many thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyUK what’s the point in giving a referral card from edentedcards when you can’t activate it? No help from yours or theirs customer service,every time I try to activate the screen goes blank,and yes I have Java enabled 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam is it correct I'm going to see increase in my bill?Was told I'd be safe from increases as still in offer period. However, because I changed my package (THE TAKE UP OF THE KIDS OFFER FREE FOR 2 MONTHS) that means my bill goes up? Really poor and underhanded service.
