@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

@bluetide @SkyHelpTeam Do you notice how impervious @SkyHelpTeam are to feedback. They’ve clearly been told to pretend there are no issues. Just pisses is long established customers off no end. We’re not stupid! Although we’ve been duped into paying to beta test this ****** product!

@uninvitedCat @SkyUK Yup. Really pissed off because it was recommended I cancel the whole thing and start again and now I have to wait for Sky’s system to register the cancellation, which looks like it’ll be tomorrow. That’s 2 days lost thanks to Sky stuffing up. Unimpressed.
