@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

Yet again the only way to contact you is online but I cant use that and your website won't have the option to deal with @SkyUK robbing people's bank accounts for no service.
