    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi we’re having problems with our broadband, it keeps cutting out when we connect to our Sky extender / Sky Q box. When it happens I’ve tried testing it by logging in on the website but it comes up with green ticks and says everything is working ok? Many thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam I typed my postcode in and this is what it says Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. Looks like a phone mast near to you isn't working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are on the case but your service might come and go until we fix it.

    @SkyHelpTeam It says good coverage so I don’t understand. I have never had this issue prior. I pick up calls and I can’t hear the other person talking or I ring someone and it doesn’t connect so I have to ring about 3/4 times
