@SkyHelpTeam yeah😫😫 we spoke to the technician that helped us install our Sky and he said to get in touch if the WiFi signal continues to be bad

@SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam It was a debit adjustment. Haven’t used sky in over a month. Final bill was January and was 56p. Over a month later and now I’ve been charged £16. Not happy, and when I’m on a low based income currently due to be not working at being wife’s career it certainly isn’t ideal

@bt_uk hey, I was wondering if you could help me possibly: I was just shafted by sky and charged a termination fee even though was never told about it, and had final bill month before. Was told you can cover termination fees however I’m not sure I believe @SkyUK

been with @SkyUK for 9 plus years planning on moving in next yr so came off contract so don't get penalties if we move provider when move ...the pay off is FU to the customer live in mega rural area so limited providers to go to & limited mobile coverage

Personally, I didn’t want him, I didn’t think he’d be up for the fight, and I doubt he’s fit. Two other Prem clubs wanted him, not just Burnley
