@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam is there a way i can get my contract cancelled without paying for the remaining time on my contract. im stuck in tier 4 and unable to do internet tutoring so it is quite inconvenient. the wifi signal also constantly drops, leaving me disatisfied with how much i am paying monthly.
