    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyHelpTeam yeah😫😫 we spoke to the technician that helped us install our Sky and he said to get in touch if the WiFi signal continues to be bad

    Come on @haven this is poor and I’m not sure the excuse “@SkyUK are probably busy” is acceptable when we’re talking about a holiday resort!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I would like to know how a complaint raised has been ignored you try to contact and one managers cant talk to another , you cannot listen to tapes,honour offers that you made me and I sit here thinking I would be better off going with BT even though I have been with you 21 years

    Why is at @SkyUK Broadband so RUBBISH. Same problem, Different day - @virginmedia Can you hurry up and put broadband in my area please!!

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam After emails , multiple phone calls and being told on 15th Feb that an extra charge of £50 would NOT be taken , today you take it i phone to explain and its been credited to my sky account. That doesn't help when I need it in my bank account!!!!

    The irony of telling @SkyHelpTeam that the internet is down whilst on the internet is not lost on me. Broadband outage is an annoyance at most. Feels like I've lost part of my soul :( What did Gen X and above use to do without broadband? Go outside? Nooooo, hard pass.
