@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

@SkyUK wtf is this broadband service 🤬 I was looking forward all day to watch singham and when I get 10mins into the ******* movie the wifi decided to say **** you no Singham tonight and cut out i reset it and got back into bed and cut out again sort it out u bunch of *****.

Any help to cancel my sky subscription @skyhelpteam i have followed recommended route. after 30 min talking to automated messaging team i was told there would be a 70 min wait for someone to talk to me. That conversation thread soon disappeared so do i need to start again?
