@SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

Don't switch to @SkyUK . No internet since 'upgrading' on Friday morning. Daughter's 4th birthday ruined with no virtual party. Wife and I unable to work. 'Help' line utterly useless.

@SkyUK I haven't seen such a bad digital user experience anywhere else, as I had on sky website. Nothing is clear and nothing can be found easily. Confirm order says one price (without breakdown) and email says something else. Where can i complain, please?

Not having a good time with @DiscoveryUK +. Programmes refuse to load, others suffer total sound loss halfway through and others the sound gets louder and quieter all by itself. Awful. Good job it’s free. @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam
