@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

Also, I'm sick of being told that it's all OpenReach's fault - my contract isn't with them, it's with @SkyUK! If I could go directly to @WeAreOpenreach I would tell them that 2+ weeks to fix their own mess is unacceptable...

Yet again, I called @SkyUK this afternoon about my ongoing complaint, and was promised a call back tonight and didn't receive one, again. I was also promised (by a supervisor) callbacks and updates on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday... I'm thoroughly disappointed. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam ( I didn't need big mobile packages because I pay you for unlimited calls and mobile calls and Internet) I'm now told problems won't be fixed till Tuesday? Why can't u send out a sim card with unlimited data and calls till problem fixed?
