@SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@Dave_The_Scot @SkyHelpTeam My elderly in-laws switched to them, requesting to keep the number they’ve had for 50+ years and Sky have “lost” it and conveniently won’t reassign the number, I’ve an email trail where I can prove everything but they keep telling me it’s customer error when I can prove it’s not
