    @SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    Come on @haven this is poor and I’m not sure the excuse “@SkyUK are probably busy” is acceptable when we’re talking about a holiday resort!!!

    My @SkyUK broadband connection is awful! Been frequently disconnecting for days now! Unusable 😐

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband connection keeps dropping multiple times through the day, making wfh a nightmare. Happening since the outage in Brighton/Hove on Saturday. Done diagnostic tests, telling us it’s fine. Is there a known fault?

    Honestly tired of customer service lately. Really gone done the pan. First its Goldsmiths, now its @SkyUK with the terrible phone offers and customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam This isn't a criticism of the teams on the phone it's @skyuk the company who think it's ok for a customer to wait over two weeks for an engineer scheduled to arrive on 23rd August and don't even offer to do anything to sort the it out. Why should I phone and wait on hold AGAIN?

    @SkyHelpTeam Over a two week period I have spoken to 3 agents and my issue has been passed to “App tier2” twice. I have been promised a call back from each agent at an agreed time. No calls and issue unresolved. Disgraceful service. Enough.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, been through all this to no avail, both wife and i with different phones have same issue, must be something your end, checked status which says all working???

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already looked there which is why I know there’s an issue. The point is this shouldn’t be happening. A lot of people are annoyed. Many people now work from home. I want my internet back PLUS a refund, please.
