@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam I have spoken to my provider Issue is not there fault so just forget it. I've only been a sky customer for 23yrs, I just wanted it looking into.I probably wouldn't have an issue if I had sky broadband but unfortunately I can't as there is no suitable network provider in my area.

@SkyHelpTeam Apparently the box which services our area is broken. A neighbour just informed me. Cannot get through to sky to discuss. Could be weeks? Not good enough. Still paying the bill ? Surely shod be giving out at least free data to the phones

@SkyHelpTeam We have done all that. Also a phone message states there is a fault on your area. Point is not getting compensation for paying for non existent service and cannot get through
