@SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

@scott_expert @DeanCorbridge @SkyHelpTeam What is crap in their service is if you ring up they HAVE to make you go through all the steps you can do from the web guidance / common sense again before they are allowed to book an engineer, thinfully Q hardware is always under warranty as you rent it so they will sort it
