@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyUK I just don't have a lot of interest in the Sky Q TV box as I am more focused on broadband and usally help people with ICT problems better than some ISP customer service. Too bad most ISP's use the Openreach network including Sky and Openreach have other responsibilities.

@SkyUK I've known this for a long time but I think all it does it just sends out a signal telling the remote to beep. Similar if you left your cordless landline handset you can press a button at the station to cause it to make a noise.
