@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@algregg @SkySports It’s not over reaction. Jota’s death is tragic..He died at only 28. He had his entire life and career ahead of him. Jota seemed like a really nice person and was an amazing footballer. Showing him love and respect is the least we can do. He is never coming back 💔

@SkyHelpTeam @Brsk_uk what's going on with these supposed new cables. Your sales reps are saying that sky's internet cables are too slow and they have accepted a deal with Brsk for quicker internet speeds and @SkyHelpTeam will be emailing me about this price increase.

@SkyUK appalling customer service. My upgrade to fibre has left me with no broadband after your engineer cut the copper and the fibre isn’t and hasn’t worked. I rely on broadband as I work from home and there has been no response or update from sky.
