@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@onlythetruth80 @SkySports I agree it would be great to see if he could do it lower down with a team not full of millionaires. But again, he's experienced in managing the best of the best. That's like Big Sam going to Arsenal or something. It isn't going to happen and we know he can't hack it that end
