@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@Dayvid93 @SkySports He was sacked because the club was going bust, sacking him didn't help as they went bust since. He wasn't asking too much as they offered him the contract and he signed it, then they sacked him. If your job lays you off later today will you say it's because you asked too much

@SkyHelpTeam Did the test says all is ok except it found no devices connected which is weird as I was watching my Netflix I’m disabled that’s the main reason for having your broadband but the past few weeks I’ve been let down badly by sky

@SkyHelpTeam The sound issue we have is intermittent and frequent, the sound comes and goes , is muffled and then disappears but background noise is still loud. When is the software update as this has been going on for months and apparently HQ or engineers haven’t heard of the issues
