    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi we’re having problems with our broadband, it keeps cutting out when we connect to our Sky extender / Sky Q box. When it happens I’ve tried testing it by logging in on the website but it comes up with green ticks and says everything is working ok? Many thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam yeah😫😫 we spoke to the technician that helped us install our Sky and he said to get in touch if the WiFi signal continues to be bad

    @SkyHelpTeam Switched to Sky from BT Broadband Service. Seamless they said, working in 24 hrs. Now another day working from home with no Sky broadband, stealing wifi from neighbour. Sky now saying no update & info on go live. #skybroadband. Crap transition & lack quality service

    @SkyHelpTeam When I checked it says its fine through this but there is obviously an issue as my parents who live around the corner are having the same issue and other people in the village I live in are having the same issue 20 people at least

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks but I’m not going wait my time doing that again. You should of just said yeah two years on we still don’t have a fix but we will acknowledge their is an issue. But no you still can’t even do that.

    @SkyHelpTeam Worst customer service in the world . I've been on hold for 45 minutes ( first time i was cut off) I'm 25 years with sky . Diamond vip customer and on their priority list . I'm only calling to query a bill ! Trouble is ...its always abysmal customer service .
