@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam The whole area is out. We know this already. I want to know when service will be restored. Not had internet or landline access all day. This is exacerbated by the extremely poor levels of customer service and your failure to communicate effectively with your customers. #shambles
