@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

@SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

@SkyHelpTeam Why do you make it so difficult to cancel a free trial of Sky Cinema? It’s not possible to do it online or via your app. You only allow cancellation if I ring you. I’ve just tried and it’s a 20 minute wait! Something so simple shouldn’t be this difficult.

@SkyHelpTeam I have been on hold for over an hour eventually got through to be told by one of your advisors they are not trained on sky q sky on hols again to try and speak to someone poor customer service!!!

@SkyHelpTeam very disappointed in your services right now. I saw an advert to add multi screen reduced from £15 extra down to only £10 extra so I go on to add it to my account only for the box to arrive and I'm getting charged the original £15!! Shambles
