    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi we’re having problems with our broadband, it keeps cutting out when we connect to our Sky extender / Sky Q box. When it happens I’ve tried testing it by logging in on the website but it comes up with green ticks and says everything is working ok? Many thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam Other channels have continuity announcers which can largely address this problem. Why doesn't sky sports f1? Not even on-screen; the only way to figure out what show is starting next is to guess based on the content, and look through the original schedule to try match it.

    @SkySports as if having 3 women's football on 3 channels at the same time wasn't bad enough, it's the same bloody game too! The quality and quantity of good content has been gradually getting worse for ages... absolutely delighted to cancel my sports package now. Bye! 👋🏼

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have now but where the part once it’s aired I can watch it when I decide to watch it not when you decide to make it available! Also it cut end off so never saw who was on pole had to source this else where! Terrible service I was mislead this glass I was told it was same

    @raqueeelalmeida @SkySportsF1 Nothing to do with SkySports. I live in Japan and can't get any F1 unless I use an online Japanese service. No clips or highlights from tweets or news stories play here. It's all down to F1 licensing and distribution deals. The almighty $$$$$
