    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    Come on @haven this is poor and I’m not sure the excuse “@SkyUK are probably busy” is acceptable when we’re talking about a holiday resort!!!

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    .@SkyHelpTeam I can’t seem to access any information for upgrading my broadband / changing my settings? Paying a lot of money at the mo for a pretty poor service. Is there any other way I can upgrade? Nothing helps on your website

    @SkyHelpTeam Isn’t asking for landline number I went through the connection problem option and when it came to check my hub was when I got the error message

    @calvinj1983 @SkyHelpTeam Think I’m just going to cancel it and not take a new one out. Pissed off I’ve been paying over £60 for the ‘original’ package with broadband when I signed up it was £33. Just wish I’d realised sooner

    @virginhelp I’m leaving Virgin Media to go to @SkyUK I’m paying them even more than I was paying Virgin which shows how terrible they are. They don’t care about their customers or the service they provide.
