    @SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve rang three times to get my internet sorted and I keep getting told nothing is wrong. The internet cuts out 3 times a day and I work from home. Last call I asked to be put through to cancellations in the end and he cut me off….. terrible customer service!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there, I've been having some problems with my broadband since yesterday afternoon. I'm only getting 33mb download and < 1mb upload speed where as normally it would be 50-60mb down and 15mb up. Can you help?

    @SkyHelpTeam just had an email re late payment and threat to a debt agency. Moment previous warning of additional charges on the bill I pay by direct debit so unclear why this hasn’t been paid automatically I returned the equipment Please help!
