@SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

@SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam I paid for an Apple plug as just got an iPhone with sky. We are a majority android family but needed a plug originally told will come with phone but is sent via royal mail and arrive today. No plug. Currently have a phone unable to charge! When speaking to sky mobile no help.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. We’re having some serious problems with our Glass TV and honestly am about to give up on it. Every time we connect a HDMI cable, it says there is no connection, even though there is. Skips live TV, Turns itself on even though we’ve turned off settings that 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam #sky #servicefailure 16 days and counting. Sky still haven't fixed the download problem. I'm told they have a specialist team working to fix it - is it led by #BorisJohnson

@SkyUK I have had Sky Glass for a month now and find it fine. Yes it has crashed once but a quick reset on the router and no trouble since. My only gripe is the set up or lack of it, delivered on time and unpacked . No help setting up and left in the middle of the floor no help at all

@SkyUK terrible service from sky again. Unable to resolve my issue with no fibre access for over a week now. The staff are useless and try to throw free packages at the problem. Just fixing the issue would be a start.

@SkyHelpTeam It wasn't working online which is why I called. The offer isnt so much the issue. My issue was how rude she was calling me a liar and saying "its £15 do you want it or not, take it or leave it but you wont be having it for £8". She had me in tears.

@SkyUK my sky Q box has the amber internet light flashing but tv is instructing me to press the button until it flashes, please help? Thanks
