@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam after moving house it took 3 weeks to reconnect my broadband… which I could live with. However once reconnected on Tuesday this week it dropped out again that evening. After a call to Customer Service on the Tuesday evening, Sky admitted that they were at fault

@SkyHelpTeam Terrible business model which won’t last much longer. £100 a month, more price rises, poor customer service. Launched SKY stream-watch TV thru WiFi (as though its a new thing) charge an extra £200 a year to watch exactly the same channels 🤡 And I’ve been a customer for 20 years
