@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

@SkyHelpTeam Doesn't help with ridiculously high bill tho eh. Diamond vip means nothing. Nearly 100 bill a month and you have no offers .....mmmmm time to shop elsewhere.

@SkyHelpTeam I was told there was an outage in the area which was affecting other properties too. 72 hours was mentioned but that seems a long time to repair the fault. He lives in a rural area and needs the phone to be working.
