    Come on @haven this is poor and I’m not sure the excuse “@SkyUK are probably busy” is acceptable when we’re talking about a holiday resort!!!

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @C_Reills This is happening to everybody I know that also has glass on their accounts. Sky don’t know/want to fix it Iv called in numerous times but even their systems error when trying various fixes.

    Really disappointing @EEBroadbandUK my Mum in her late 60’s being bamboozled by your immoral sales patter to move across from @SkyUK promising no change! NOT the case.. now out of 14 Day cool off stuck with inferior service for 24 months… Profit first instead of customer first!
