    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    Why does auto download on my Sky box only seem to work for some shows @SkyHelpTeam - rarely works for box sets and never works on Paramount or Peacock to download next episode of a show. Seems to only work on broadcast shows like Ackley Bridge as an example

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I had a really helpful lady today and there’s an issue with my socket so an engineer is out tomorrow (1-6) Unfortunately I won’t have anyone able to let them in until 3-6, can this be changed or the date moved, please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Think you might want to admit to an issue at the moment. It's taking 3-4 minutes to load the hub page after the router spontaneously rebooted and came back up with a downstream about 10% what is normally is.. 6Mb down, 19up....
