    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyHelpTeam yeah😫😫 we spoke to the technician that helped us install our Sky and he said to get in touch if the WiFi signal continues to be bad

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

    @LastWordOnSpurs @SkySports So if they haven’t submitted a formal complaint, THERE IS NO COMPLAINT. Spurs triggered the release clause, NF are out of the picture and MGW and Spurs can negotiate directly. With no complaint, there no legal grounds for the move to be blocked. PL should be making it happen.

    @MrGelli @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Same here. Save it up for holidays as I’ve done for years and noticed chunks of it vanishing! This is data that we have paid for! I never received any communication to say this would happen- yet another scam to get you to buy more data or increase data usage

    @virginmedia your auth process has been broken since yesterday for the TV go app and logging in to @SkySports app. Clearly the process was not tested correctly or thoroughly before rolling out… well done! 👏🏾
