    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Canโ€™t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam yeah๐Ÿ˜ซ๐Ÿ˜ซ we spoke to the technician that helped us install our Sky and he said to get in touch if the WiFi signal continues to be bad

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the ยฃ20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth โ€ฆ DONโ€™T โ€ฆ the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi weโ€™re having problems with our broadband, it keeps cutting out when we connect to our Sky extender / Sky Q box. When it happens Iโ€™ve tried testing it by logging in on the website but it comes up with green ticks and says everything is working ok? Many thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I canโ€™t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying โ€˜yeah we knowโ€™!!

    @SkyUK I have spent 7 days trying to get a complaint resolved with sky to no avail, following over ten hours on their messaging chat and 3 hours on the phone, so no choice but to go formal and go to CICAS under consumer rights.

    @SkyUK terrible service. I cancelled everything with you in January. I've continued to be charged. When calling was told this would still take a week to get a refund. No compensation offered and not put through to complaints. Will not be using you again.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK ยฃ170????? Is she paying for her neighbours too? That's despicable. My MIL signed up for two @SunLife policies, has paid over ยฃ10k in, will get about ยฃ4k back. They won't listen to our argument about her dementia, won't pause the payments and if we cancel she'll lose it all..
