@SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

@SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

@Sumwan62176787 @SkyUK Sky always ensure their Channels are available but getting to them in clunky. Just don’t buy one. I sent mine back and bought a 65” Samsung UHD smart TV for £800 from Curry’s. Much better and don’t need steel reinforcement in the TV table to support it !

@SkyHelpTeam It's just not good enough - day four without internet and still no decent explanation of what's wrong. Not being able to give a timescale isn't acceptable. How can I claim a refund for the time that it's been down?

@SkyHelpTeam Well what a surprise, offer has just come in from Sky for me to stay, £11 a month less than I am paying now and a whopping £41 a month cheaper than the best your retention team could do knowing I would cancel. I am too far down the line with BT now, so it’s all too late

@SkyHelpTeam Also, "There's an outage in your area We’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this." It's been two full working days now. That's a few more than "a few hours".

@OpenreachHelp My internet is down in TW1. I'm with @SkyHelpTeam who can't help. We spotted a damaged cabinet (dangerous) and reported it (LW2EED41) on Sunday. This was still damaged yesterday. Are the two linked? Can you shed some light?
