    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    Come on @haven this is poor and I’m not sure the excuse “@SkyUK are probably busy” is acceptable when we’re talking about a holiday resort!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam My super fast broadband was neither super nor fast this morning! It had a few hours of sulking for something. I ran the tests and is now up and running,I really love the ability to be able to fix it myself! Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve cancelled my subscription of over 8+ years but thanks 👍🏻- I’m sure the loyalty program and customer service is much better elsewhere. It’s like a clean divorce - you can have the kids at weekends!!
