    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam Want to throw sky box q in the bin! The worst coverage ever! Constant stop start with the boxes. Horrible service.

    @SkyHelpTeam The sky q box would be an amazing bit of kit if it wasn’t constantly crashing and having to reboot the network. Obviously just a con to limit the service while taking crazy subscription fees every month.I should be a sky engineer as I spend more time fixing it than watching it.

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve done that. Just seems there’s defiantly an issue with the internet and constantly interfering with the coverage. Not sure why we’re paying for a service that’s clearly broken.
