    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam yeah😫😫 we spoke to the technician that helped us install our Sky and he said to get in touch if the WiFi signal continues to be bad

    @SkyHelpTeam Have checked all of that but still@no problems but it is not working correctly we have a ring doorbell which is almost next to the router and it is saying poor connection something is definitely wrong

    @DaveWallsworth @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp I have been with Sky for 16 years and never had any major problems. It sounds very much like the cables are getting a soaking somewhere! They should be able to test in the wet at the box on stability. Hope u get sorted

    @SkyHelpTeam hi we are having rouble with our internet it says everything is fine but on sky q it keeps buffering we had a problem out in the road and told us they would need to replace some cables but it has never been done that was last year

    @SkyUK 12 days with no broadband. Can’t cancel because the details aren’t easily accessible. No mention of the £5.04 daily compensation on my bill? Disgraceful service.

    @SkyHelpTeam We’re having intermittent broadband issues in the Wantage OX12 area even when your diagnostic tool has assessed everything to be working ok. I’m not the only one 3 of my neighbours have the same issue
