    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi we’re having problems with our broadband, it keeps cutting out when we connect to our Sky extender / Sky Q box. When it happens I’ve tried testing it by logging in on the website but it comes up with green ticks and says everything is working ok? Many thanks.

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm connected to the NHS WiFi at the moment Ross because I'm actually sick due to stress because of the fact I can't even use my Internet at home reliably to work and pay my bills. Just dont even bother becauae its clear that **** service is in your training. Thanks babes!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I know that. But this is problems that occur constantly with your Internet. And being a customer for 17 years , I would have thought I would not have to wait this long for the 2nd time in 2 months

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, yes I have, it says it can't see our hub. When it does a test I just get sent round in circles to the beginning again. I note that there was another tweet from someone in this area with the same issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes Ellie, I’ve had numerous discussions with various different people at various different levels. I’ve been fobbed off, told it’ll be looked into. Given excuses, it’s this that or the other. The bottom line is, your signal/service is sh*te. Don’t go with #o2 or #skymobile

    @RichardCreba @SkySports yeah he's a horrible guy. I agree on that. as a madrid fan, I absolutely hate that guy so much. I've never liked him one bit. but in this scenario, imo suarez isn't completely in the wrong. he did what anyone would do. he got punished for it as well.
