    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    Having to leave @SkyUK after 15 years; the price they quoted me was too high. It's a shame loyalty doesn't work any more.

    Called @bt_uk to cancel our broadband because a) we don't get the speeds they told us we would & b) @SkyHelpTeam are guaranteeing us better speeds at half the price. BUT the chap I spoke to at BT just argued with me, raised his voice & interrupted non stop - RUDE!

    @realdmcwilliams @SkyUK Agreed my mum upgraded to sky Q but due to going back into lockdown Sky have been unable to fit the box ( understandable ) but they still feel the need to take monies & charge her for a service she doesn’t yet have And they refuse to suspend any charges till they can do the work

    @laineyshep @bt_uk @SkyUK Bloody hell,feels like all too much going on there! I know what you are meaning,lot of it comes down to that the companies hope people dont chase and follow them up,at least it feels that way with TalkTalk (I've not had to deal with them but my contact ends in May so will switch)

    Sky wifi is the most **** thing I have ever come across. I get 0.5 upload and cant stream. @SkyUK I hate your wifi

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I booked a home move today for my Sky package and have subsequently had 2 texts and an email saying the sky broadband and talk order has been cancelled. I contacted the phone number in the text but was unable to speak to a person to resolve - can you help?
