@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

@SkyHelpTeam Yesterday afternoon, there was an error saying there was satellite issues, so we followed the steps and no change. Today it now says there’s Broadcast issues and to check network status online.

@SkySports bad planning.... No premiership football all week? It's bad planning letting BT sport have it all this week when I am sure the tv fixtures could of been spread more evenly
