    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    Come on @haven this is poor and I’m not sure the excuse “@SkyUK are probably busy” is acceptable when we’re talking about a holiday resort!!!

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I haven't been able to use my mobile data for about a week now - can make calls and text but no Internet. Is there a known issue at the moment with the network? Tried all the troubleshooting on my phone but it's still not working.

    @SkyHelpTeam hey! I’m having issues with Comedy Central and a few MTV music channels saying no satellite. Every other channel works fine but these don’t for whatever reason. Any suggestions?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to get assistance for my mum. There is diagnostic issue with her phone line. She’s been lying on floor since 4.15pm until after 8pm. She couldn’t raise alarm due to issue with her phone. I’ve logged a call remotely but she can’t be without phone.

    @Tigertone @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, Tony. The engineer also did the DNS fix on our box, with a warning that it was only a temporary fix. He was right: shortly after, the fault returned.
