@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi we’re having problems with our broadband, it keeps cutting out when we connect to our Sky extender / Sky Q box. When it happens I’ve tried testing it by logging in on the website but it comes up with green ticks and says everything is working ok? Many thanks.

@SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been down for nearly seven days with no updates from Sky as to what is happening. I'm supposedly a VIP, and yet have had nothing from Sky as to when the service might resume. I was about to take Sky Glass but, if I had I would've had no TV either.

@SkyHelpTeam BR7 area, outage now seven days and no sign of any fix. Openreach don't own the fibre and no pressure from SKY or BT to get it fixed. And they want to flog me Sky Glass...doesn't it need Broadband to work?

@SkyHelpTeam Good morning. My broadband has now been out for nearly seven days and it's looking like no-one is owning this issue. In a neighbourhood forum, it's clear that Openreach cannot repair fibre as they don't own it. So, who can fix this?

@SkyHelpTeam morning, any known issues in S74 pls? Broadband been down since 11.30am on 23rd, done app testing, reboots, no further forward. Can't get through on phone, sky Q box/TV working fine but b'band hub cannot be located. Happy to DM anything you require to check. Thanks
