@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@Sky broadband down in Winchester, Hampshire, and has been for hours. Sky replied then dropped the line, and now Help number is engaged. Online Help is NO HELP. Appalling service, Sky - why do I pay you guys so much money every month for this sort of service?!? @SkyHelpTeam

After repeated failed attempts to contact @SkyUK I finally managed to get in touch with someone who told me my Sky Broadband had been very unstable for the last 2 weeks, which I could have told them. Engineer now booked for Tuesday... @SkyHelpTeam
