@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam Hi we’re having problems with our broadband, it keeps cutting out when we connect to our Sky extender / Sky Q box. When it happens I’ve tried testing it by logging in on the website but it comes up with green ticks and says everything is working ok? Many thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam Why am I paying for multi room when your mini boxes are not reliable? The booster improved it for a bit but it’s back to the way it was. Don’t even think about telling me to try the online steps as I’ve tried that and I’ve also been on the phone. Please fix.
