    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @AnthonyWild13 @Rabb8H @SkyHelpTeam Its 2 full working days so your whole tweet is irrelevant as auto-comp wouldn’t be paid to you unless it wasn’t fixed by Thursday. Also its Openreach who pay it, and who are responsible for giving updates (which they never do) not Sky so jog on
