    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, in laws have a sky q installation on Tuesday, existing package is broadband unlimited and plus, is it normal for internet to be disconnected a few days before? No internet access and all reboots not working, just blue lights on router??

    @Ken_Lalobo @SkySports I didn’t say they decide. I said they anticipate and talk about English players value beforehand and contribute to the price value. If this is my point of view it doesn’t mean I am “stupid”! We have to stay respectful to one another since we are discussing an arguable issue.

    @05HannibalWall @SkySports Even if it isn’t huge, the problem still exists and that we must be able to agree on. We will both be long dead by the time ‘their end game’ has been achieved. We have to sort the issues now whilst we can.
