@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@Beaucephalus @SkyUK No you are purchasing the TV either up front or the cost spread over 3 years in conjunction with your subscription.......... If you stop paying then you would incur problems like you would with any other hire purchase agreement & not to mention a dysfunctional TV

@SkyHelpTeam Okay I've done that before but still not good when your paying nearly £100 a month with all packages and watch Streaming like Disney+ loosing channel FOX to that everything gone online but Internet goes down big problems 🙄
