Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi we’re having problems with our broadband, it keeps cutting out when we connect to our Sky extender / Sky Q box. When it happens I’ve tried testing it by logging in on the website but it comes up with green ticks and says everything is working ok? Many thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve don’t that already Louise. I have an issue with connection dropping to my tv but all the other devices stay connected. Also that my bill has gone from £22 to £35.50 is very concerning for a single parent family.

@SkyHelpTeam You fitted sky q yesterday yet your engineer appears to have disconnected tv aerial. Reading on Google this is clearly very common and was not discussed and no other TV in house work. Person on phone says it isn’t your problem
