    @SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    2/2 - We even have ref watch on @skysports now,hopefully next season we’ll be back 2normal with no VAR,everyone makes mistakes,refs are no different,@Carra23 knows this more than others or maybe he thinks spitting in a child’s face isn’t as bad as a ref making a honest mistake?🤔

    @SkyUK please be aware changing your broadband to sky. If there's an issue with the transfer they have a SLA with Openreach of 72 hours before they can even ask for an update, so you could be without broadband for 3 days. Were currently without broadband for 36 hrs.
