    @SkyHelpTeam Hi we’re having problems with our broadband, it keeps cutting out when we connect to our Sky extender / Sky Q box. When it happens I’ve tried testing it by logging in on the website but it comes up with green ticks and says everything is working ok? Many thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam yeah😫😫 we spoke to the technician that helped us install our Sky and he said to get in touch if the WiFi signal continues to be bad

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @annacook hi Anna, being the managing director of customer service for @SkyUK could you advise why I’ve been told by 6 advisers in a row I need to wait for 24 and 48 call backs, just to get broadband fitted. Onto 16 days and still no broadband!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Jason. Yes, it says ‘in progress, Wednesday 15th’. Clearly, it’s not in progress. Have received this info ‘I can see that Openreach are installing cables on their network to connect your property to the telephone exchange. There is no set timescale for this to be completed’

    @SkyHelpTeam I phoned within the past hour to cancel an engineer appt, was assured that it had been, but it is still showing as 'in progress' on my Sky acct. Can you please help me confirm that it has in fact been cancelled?
