@SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

@SkyUK I’m still confused. Are you saying the TV doesn’t have a hard drive but you can still record programmes and save them in the cloud? Not all channels have a streaming service and those that do don’t make all their programmes available on demand.

@TheAndrewLobban @SkyUK It has all the live channels that sky has the rights to. If your issue is that take it up with the channels that don’t allow streaming unless it’s through their own app. Hey McDonalds! I don’t like that I can’t have Pepsi from your stores 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam Tried that, again, they were totally useless! How can I upgrade to a 2nd box and stream over WiFi when there is no service. How can I have lost 24 mbps when nothings changed with same equipment.
