    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam Continued… he accused my dad of not letting him explain which was not true as he was not even listening to the problem in the first place. He said our internet had been fine for 2 week again not true as we contacted you 2 weeks ago and said there was a problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach absolutely shambolic service . No internet no for 5 days because Openreach have failed their end and skys customer service is non existent.

    @SkyHelpTeam my wife just had a missed call from Sky. It rang once & they cut off. She has her phone right next to her. Please can someone call her back? When you sold us the faster service you told us there would be no downtime at all on the installation day. We are now 5 days beyond that.

    @SkyHelpTeam - Hello, my broadband’s down. Has been for a few hours. Can connect to the router, but no internet. Have run through the selfhelp procedures that you usually advise on here, so please don’t ask that I do that again. All wires are connected. Any known issues in CV32?

    @SkyHelpTeam Openreach need to push a button to activate our fibre but Sky can’t ask them to do it. Sky apparently have to wait another few days in the hope that Openreach will close the job & send the activation code. Never have I ever experienced such poor service & communication failure.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi guys I set up my sky glass yesterday,absolutely awesome by the way but part of my package was Netflix on 4 devices but I only have it on sky glass and the tv with the puck ,how one earth do you put it on other devices as I’ve tried signing in and it’s not working
