@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam I hope I'll be getting a refund of my broadband this month. Well over an hour there has been an outage in the West Mids, and from the other comments it doesn't seem you have any clue when it will be back on. Ridiculous!

@SkyHelpTeam At least one update before your team left at 9pm would’ve been appreciated. The service was down 3 hours before at around 6pm. The West Midlands have no idea if service will be back in 5 mins, 5 hours or 5 days.
