@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam Hi yes we have had UHD for years however when we try to download S2 Temple it says DOWNLOAD FAILED and NO SUBSCRIPTION yet we downloaded BRASSIC and FBI MOST WANTED in UHD last night with no problem

@SkyHelpTeam @OliviaLouiseH Absolutely shocking service, ordered sky superfast broadband as an upgrade, was supposed to be up and running on 11 October, still not working and you turned off the existing service on 26th!! We now have 2 complaint references but no one seems in a rush to fix it!
