@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam SKY broadband has hijacked my landline due to them and a customer using the wrong address. I don’t have a sky contract and need my landline back to I can renew my Vodafone broadband. For whatever reason Sky has used the wrong landline address. Needs sorting.

.@skyuk @skyhelpteam I've also exported the DM conversation promising an escalation of the case for @cisasuk to peruse. Complete failure at every turn. I have the exact date, time, length of conversations etc with staff on phones. The evidence mounts. Never mind, good luck!

@SkySports Absolutely ridiculous red from the ref. Nunez provoked and pushed, he then simply threw his upper chest into the defender who then cheated by holding his face and going down like he’d been picked off by a sniper. Palace defender is a disgrace AND I’m not even a @lfc fan!
