@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam I twisted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried twice in 6 months to get an engineering to fix the issue but they said they couldn’t, then when I asked for a replacement modem I was told I was gonna be charged for it! It’s ok by Tuesday my viegin net will be up and running, thanks for the run around @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely the worst broadband coverage I've ever had. Constantly dropping off. Sky TV box constantly disconnecting from the broadband. That'll be that cancelled on Tuesday morning

@SkyUK can you explain why my internet goes out every night? Since signing up to your services your internet drops out very frequently at the same time on the evenings? The evening is the only time I get to catch up with friends online but I can’t with your very poor service!

@SkyHelpTeam @Townseyyyy I spent a hour on the phone cancelling Sky movies and then you didn’t do it! Why can’t I cancel this online? The sooner I get out of your anciently run operations the better!
