    @SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

    @SkyUK shocking service on the phone rang up as our contract is due to run out this month and they offered us a lot more than what we pay now they didn’t even budge on the price that was given and we are a silver vip they couldn’t get us off the phone quick enough and cancelledus

    @SkyHelpTeam I twisted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

    @SkyHelpTeam And off we go again. Right in the middle of a game. No voip, no telly, no xbox. And it'll be intermittent so no explanation and no compensation for us. Bad show sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I need help with my bill please, I signed up to Sky Glass with 3 months free entertainment and Netflix and it looks like I’m going to be charged for it. Also looks like I still have a Sky Q payment coming out on the same day meaning I’m paying double.

    @SkyHelpTeam Service status says no issues in my area on that link, but when I go to test my internet connection on your site it says outage in area. Like before. But it's obvious now there's an issue in Manchester/north west.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my wifi has been down now for 2 hours and I WFH. I started my new job yesterday and now have to tell them I can’t work due to internet issues. This is unacceptable. Who do I talk to about a reduced bill as I’m essentially losing a half days wage for this?
