    @SkyUK shocking service on the phone rang up as our contract is due to run out this month and they offered us a lot more than what we pay now they didn’t even budge on the price that was given and we are a silver vip they couldn’t get us off the phone quick enough and cancelledus

    @SkyHelpTeam As per your Facebool advisor our Setyings are incorrect. 2 days ago your help system confirmed that our system needs a reset and a re-initialising. I am 87 and earlier today lady at Sky kiosk advised that installation needs rectifying.

    @SkyHelpTeam I need help with our Sky installation where most of the Settings are incorrect. Our A/c ref is;623910063071 dated 31-Jul-20. There are 5 errors and we need urgent help. Our phone line has been DEAD for past 15dsys so Sky talk does not work.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky Help: Thank you for providing the link last night to test our Sky system installatipn. I ran all 7 steps of the test. I don't know what it measures and detects; but basic installation seems good; but our Home phone line does not work.

    @SkyHelpTeam It confirms that our phone is not compatible to your SkyQ hub so we need compatible set of Twin phones; base set has answering machine and upstairs ordinary phone. We are still left with 2 problems 1)SkyQ hub or Sky+ box do not communicate bcoz Sky+ box is not connrcted to Router

    @SkyHelpTeam Today regrettably I had to cancel my Direct Debit. I am in the process of writing 7days notice to Sky to either fix the problem or remove your equipment. What a sad situation! A very poor Custpmer Service!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

    @SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry, I gave up on Sky; all they seem to offer is articles to read. They do not have Engineers to fix the problems they create themselves! We have decided to go back to Virgin.

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately Sky talk is one of 5 faults in our installation. I just spent more than 30mins with Sky help o my computer. I could not find what I am looking for bcoz I don't know what it looks like. Next Tuesday I am going to cancel my Direct Debit and go to some smaller Company

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, no I can't. The race is not currently available on Catch Up either. The highlights were half way through but I couldn't "watch from the beginning" like on every other media service (which cost A LOT less) because Sky doesn't support this ubiquitous feature. Very disappointing

    God, Checo told SkySports that after changing to hard tyres and with the incident -that he was almost on fire-, he had to lift and cool them to bring them back up to temperature because otherwise, as we feared, they could have retired the car 😭 he´s my man

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, second caller of the night from LS25 Garforth… same problem. Our broadband internet is down despite having three green lights on the router. I’ve unplugged, switched off, etc, as per your guide. Looks like there’s a local problem. Can you help please?

    @SkyHelpTeam He is a sky customer He is moving home and has skyQ SkyQ is not viable in his new home Downstairs in his now home he has a skyplus box which we have moved to new place..he needs is connected ASAP but no ringsbac k or date just I will call u back but they dont
