    How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

    @SkyHelpTeam My TV has now gone back into “shop mode” & the TV remote won’t work so I can’t reset it. Got a scrolling e-pop menu I can’t get rid of & a TV I can’t control!!! Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately Sky talk is one of 5 faults in our installation. I just spent more than 30mins with Sky help o my computer. I could not find what I am looking for bcoz I don't know what it looks like. Next Tuesday I am going to cancel my Direct Debit and go to some smaller Company

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky Help: Thank you for providing the link last night to test our Sky system installatipn. I ran all 7 steps of the test. I don't know what it measures and detects; but basic installation seems good; but our Home phone line does not work.

    @SkyHelpTeam As per your Facebool advisor our Setyings are incorrect. 2 days ago your help system confirmed that our system needs a reset and a re-initialising. I am 87 and earlier today lady at Sky kiosk advised that installation needs rectifying.

    @SkyHelpTeam Today regrettably I had to cancel my Direct Debit. I am in the process of writing 7days notice to Sky to either fix the problem or remove your equipment. What a sad situation! A very poor Custpmer Service!

    @SkyHelpTeam My name is Abdul Latif of 2 Coronation Road, Exeter EX2 5BZ We want to return to Sky as we find the Virgin Media service un-business like. We have been away from Sky from 27-Sep-20 although you keep charging us £28 per month; that may need to be refunded.

    @SkyHelpTeam Had to turn the TV off for 10 secs & then back on again, TV remote is working again now. Will keep the Sky remote just for the Sky box in future, thanks for your help.

    @SkyHelpTeam It confirms that our phone is not compatible to your SkyQ hub so we need compatible set of Twin phones; base set has answering machine and upstairs ordinary phone. We are still left with 2 problems 1)SkyQ hub or Sky+ box do not communicate bcoz Sky+ box is not connrcted to Router

    @SkyUK ur staff are complete liars Ive had a issue since dec told by ur staff god know how many times my refund is coming just been told it’s a issue with my bank and then oh no it’s a auto compensation so u won’t get a penny as it has to stay on ur account

    @SkyHelpTeam hi. I was advised when I signed up to your fibre there would be no loss of services between ending with EE and connecting with yourself. I have had a letter from EE to state otherwise. I have tried all different numbers from you and just get cut off with no help

    @SkyHelpTeam being having ongoing issues with Sky TV multi room. The boxes stop working. Been on call for hours on end to Sky, nothing seems to get solve just keep send new boxes that never arrive. Seriously considering leaving....😡😡
