    @SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

    @SkyHelpTeam Today regrettably I had to cancel my Direct Debit. I am in the process of writing 7days notice to Sky to either fix the problem or remove your equipment. What a sad situation! A very poor Custpmer Service!

    @SkyHelpTeam As per your Facebool advisor our Setyings are incorrect. 2 days ago your help system confirmed that our system needs a reset and a re-initialising. I am 87 and earlier today lady at Sky kiosk advised that installation needs rectifying.

    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

    @SkyHelpTeam It confirms that our phone is not compatible to your SkyQ hub so we need compatible set of Twin phones; base set has answering machine and upstairs ordinary phone. We are still left with 2 problems 1)SkyQ hub or Sky+ box do not communicate bcoz Sky+ box is not connrcted to Router

    How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

    So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

    @SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky Help: Thank you for providing the link last night to test our Sky system installatipn. I ran all 7 steps of the test. I don't know what it measures and detects; but basic installation seems good; but our Home phone line does not work.

    @SkyHelpTeam My name is Abdul Latif of 2 Coronation Road, Exeter EX2 5BZ We want to return to Sky as we find the Virgin Media service un-business like. We have been away from Sky from 27-Sep-20 although you keep charging us £28 per month; that may need to be refunded.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry, I gave up on Sky; all they seem to offer is articles to read. They do not have Engineers to fix the problems they create themselves! We have decided to go back to Virgin.

    @SkyHelpTeam Well part of the terms is that if we don't get the service provided on the contract we get a refund for the amount of time we've had the issue. Surley you can log a job with the team if you DM me and I give you the account number. I'm being put in a queue for 30mins, again!

    @SandieAldridge @SkyHelpTeam I have also just had the most APPALLING customer service from Sky - when I asked the poor girl who was doing her best to solve a ridiculous problem, to speak to a manager, she came back 5 mins later and told me that managers and supervisors don’t speak to customers! Disgraceful

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. I’ve now had weeks of it going off for hours at a time. Line tears just say there’s no connection. I pay a LOT of money for broadband and Sky glass and the service is getting worse and worse

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Sky not connecting in B45 area. Lots of reports on down detector that there’s issues. I have not been able to game for days because I can’t update my systems. Had to hotspot my friend with mobile data earlier due to wifi not working!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have just spent over an hour on the phone with one of your advisors for some reason my Sky Q Mini Boxes are showing as not being part of my contract….they have been for four years. You can’t send an engineer for a week!Shocking… Do you really call that Service!!
