    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

    How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

    @Mikeydunn20 @SkyHelpTeam @Cookie5_5 Same issue for us, was told we can have a refund but nobody is able to fix it. Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

    So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

    @nat_alia93 I left @SkyUK , After they did the same and their customer service was terrible and went to @bt_uk - got a great deal on broadband , landline and mobiles too!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello! Just want to query as when connected with my WiFi, some of the apps on my phone don't work completely. Other devices have no issue and it is only 2 apps on my phone having problems, but work fine when using data. What can I do?

    @SkyHelpTeam If accessibility and customer UX matter to you 1. Display your customer helpline clearly when we press "contact us" along with opening times, call wait times etc. 2. Provide menu options to divert call to right department. Onus on SKY not on us to GUESS. 3. Give queue positions

    @SkyHelpTeam Then don't apologise for my feelings or call my experience of how your system operates my "opinion". Own your process. Own your system. It is yours. If customers complain about it, fix it so it works for all ages and neurodiversity. Menus. Queues. Options. CRM Communication.
