So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

@SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

@paullewismoney @netflix @SkyUK Having netflix is a choice and no one is forced to pay for it. Plus, you can pause subscriptions whenever you want unlike the BBC. Obviously it's a different service to the Beeb but having it is down to personal or family choice.

@_DavidJohns @SkyHelpTeam Didn't raise a complaint. Just said we upgraded paid the money, got the same box we had. They them sent another replacement which was also wrong. Luckily my wife has more patience than me and the 3rd fella couldn't believe the incompetence we had suffered

@_DavidJohns @SkyHelpTeam We was close to getting a refund. The issue started as they put box as a house move rather than upgrade. Sadly it seems the warehouse staff just pick random products. With an engineer they are given the items so check its the right one. Will find out Thurs. Did tweet to inbox me
