So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

@SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK why when a thumbnail changes/updates for a program on sky go why it’s it not updating to that new thumbnail on sky Q like it used to do as thumbnails not updating on sky Q anymore but it should why? Can you confirm this issue is being looked into thanks

@mrmarksteel Sky Broadband offer the same experience. Spent 20 days attempting to transfer from BT to Sky Broadband, now 11 days trying to cancel with Sky as was getting no where with the transfer. Am in broadband purgatory with @SkyUK. Hours on phone I’ll never get back
