They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

There is definitely an issue in my local area my road and those around me. No Internet or landline. Barden Network engineering company turned up last night and started working outside in the road opposite

Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.
