They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

The transitions are so ugly and seem to be without any regard to what is already active before you just dump something right onto the active program. It’s ragged. It’s unprofessional. It’s unacceptable. Viewers watching Sky News do not suddenly want to see an advert interrupt their program. Then there are the repeated stoppages right at a segment end. What is going on with the service streaming to tablet devices?
