They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

But to refuse to help out a disable woman trapped in her room without any tv for 4 days! AND to tell her that she CANNOT CANCEL either is disgusting/that so nice of u..SKY AT ITS BEST!!!

Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

The transitions are so ugly and seem to be without any regard to what is already active before you just dump something right onto the active program. It’s ragged. It’s unprofessional. Apparently I’m a VIP customer with 19 years service but I can’t speak to anyone online but chatbots. I’ve been within service for weeks and now engineers are just cancelling appointments well within the time they’re due. For the amount we pay, this is a joke!
