@Mikeydunn20 @SkyHelpTeam @Cookie5_5 Same issue for us, was told we can have a refund but nobody is able to fix it. Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

@SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

@SkyHelpTeam I don't know when the engineer is due? I haven't been given specifics. There is definitely an issue in my local area my road and those around me. No Internet or landline. Barden Network engineering company turned up last night and started working outside in the road opposite

@SkyHelpTeam are there any problems with downloads from your catch up. All the programmes I've downloaded have constant interference, and randomly start from the beginning when trying to forward the awful add breaks that are corrupted. Its only with sky downloads.

@DynamiteFroglo @SkySports 50 mill is a lot yes but that is still the lesser option. City could buy the 100 mill option every time instead of the 50 mill option if they wanted to. We may as well start doing that since the reputation is already as bad as it can possibly be.
