@SkyUK just got off the phone with your broadband customer service. I can’t believe how unhelpful they was. I would rather pay the fee to cancel than stay with you. Absolute disgrace.

@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

@SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

@bt_uk is there an outage in the 01303 Cheriton exchange area? We use @SkyUK and their online tool says no reported faults - hard to report when they're closed and your phone has a dial tone but makes a continuous beep when you dial the first digit!

@suziqvk @SkyUK @virginmedia That’s truly rubbish! We have occasional dropouts from ee, but we reset the router. 9/10 there’s been some glitch or other causing it. Often the bt wifi extender. Sometimes the net just runs slow. I work with huge files all the time so I get your angst!

@SkyHelpTeam My point was to say maybe you should message customers if they’re going to be effected by service disruption in advance, you surely could have a system in place that texts customers or displays information on the MySky app that disruption might happen.

Once again absolutely terrible service from @SkyUK - no wonder everyone uses @netflix ! SKY Engineer due to come today to fix something their own engineer broke yesterday! Job has accidentally been cancelled on their system and now its new job so not appt till 12 July!!!! 😡🤬😡
