    How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband keeps dropping out in ex8 1pe area. Done all the trouble shooting. Open reach have been working all around my road for the past week! Since then my Internet drops constantly.

    @skyHelpTeam - PLEASE HELP. Broadband isn’t working, I can’t get hold off anyone to speak to. I have run tests but it saying I don’t have broadband! I have been a customer for the last 12 mths. It’s impossible to work from home. #skybroadband

    @Mikeydunn20 @SkyHelpTeam @Cookie5_5 Same issue for us, was told we can have a refund but nobody is able to fix it. Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

    So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

    @SkyHelpTeam yes my Bill's late so is 1000's of others it's called cost of living crisis!! But to refuse to help out a disable woman trapped in her room without any tv for 4 days! AND to tell her that she CANNOT CANCEL either is disgusting/that so nice of u..SKY AT ITS BEST!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't know when the engineer is due? I haven't been given specifics. There is definitely an issue in my local area my road and those around me. No Internet or landline. Barden Network engineering company turned up last night and started working outside in the road opposite

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello - It's been over a week and this issue is still not fixed. I believe it's in the hands of BT Open Reach but no one is giving us any update and there's no engineers working on the house or nearby.

    @SkyHelpTeam Waiting for Openreach to come and dig up the pavement outside my house, in the meantime advice is to use mobile hotspot and increase my data allowance to cover this, doesn't help my son though who is in the process of applying for jobs 😠😠

    @SkySports England were poor, let's be real here, we should have won the game by more than a goal. The line up was defensive minded and lacked creativity or ambition... Watching the second half was like watching paint dry. Let's hope it improves.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Currently in our 6th week without wifi. Latest activation was due on the 7th and still hasn’t happened. Everyone we’ve spoken to has told us to wait for the next review of our account without indicating when that will be. Extremely disappointed in this service
