Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

But to refuse to help out a disable woman trapped in her room without any tv for 4 days! AND to tell her that she CANNOT CANCEL either is disgusting/that so nice of u..SKY AT ITS BEST!!!
