They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. Surely 1 channel is enough for the darts then the rugby could have been on a dedicated channel instead of the poor red button.
