@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

@SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

@Mikeydunn20 @SkyHelpTeam @Cookie5_5 Same issue for us, was told we can have a refund but nobody is able to fix it. Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

@SkyHelpTeam I have been through the troubleshooter, which has no avenue to further support after the "everything's fine with your connection" page. As I am working from home, I don't really have the time to fart around with a system that doesn't seem to record outages.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes existing customer. Wanted to upgrade to Sky Q but would loose legacy F1 channel. No where online does it allow me to choose to keep it or sign up to chanel again. In some of the deals area it has sky signature and sky sports for 43. Only upgrade available is 41.90 without F1

@SkyHelpTeam I spoke to CS last night after the internet was down for a couple of hours. He arranged for an engineer to attend tomorrow. Now I can see this was an issue affecting multiple users, has now been resolved and not unique to me, can you please cancel the engineer visit tomorrow?
