My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

BT sales had previously sold her a package, fibre, BT tv, BT sports and a bunch of add ons. she only used her landline, spoke to my manager and got it all cancelled without cost. Poor lady was taken advantage of 100%

So my sister phoned up and lied and said she'd gone into a nursing home so they'd cancel it!! They prey on the vulnerable elderly who they know don't understand these things!!

All paying less for more services. I spoke to someone in an Indian call centre for one but then rang back to cancel/clarify details and got an even better deal!
