They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

Only just found out. She’s now terrified of having an engineer visit again.
