@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

@SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

@DanHubbard I had a major issue with my @SkyUK broadband, the issue being it’s slow, cuts out and WiFi won’t reach around my small home, when previously BT was fine. 2hrs on the phone they suggested I pay more money to upgrade so they can help or deal with it 😡

@SkyHelpTeam So it takes now 4 days for any to find out from the engineer what is the actual problem ? You haven't even updated the service page for 2 days now hiw can you guys not see this service is appalling I will be cancelling my contract you are not providing what I am paying for

@SkyUK I have Sky Q, and have been waiting for a streaming instead of box option since you announced it in 2017, now we get this?? Just update the Sky Go app to stream 4K UHD like everyone else seems to be able to do in 2021, and hey presto, problem solved.
