They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

ArmchairCritique (@PedroT70) reported@SkyUK Despite following all resolution steps on my Sky Q box, hard resets, refreshing apps, and having a 500Mb 5g fibre connection which is stable, no issues elsewhere, why does Paramount + constantly hang, failed to load/ play properly. Getting fed up with it. Sky .. fix this!
