    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

    @nat_alia93 I left @SkyUK , After they did the same and their customer service was terrible and went to @bt_uk - got a great deal on broadband , landline and mobiles too!

    So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

    @nat_alia93 @SkyUK @bt_uk I left them because the only way to get the price down was me threatening to leave them, they have no loyalty for customers who have been with them like me for 11 years before I left!!! Whereas New customers got great deals ?!

    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

    @Mikeydunn20 @SkyHelpTeam @Cookie5_5 Same issue for us, was told we can have a refund but nobody is able to fix it. Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

    @mark_midnite @SkyHelpTeam Ignore the automated message, they are the old opening times (albeit about a year old, so the message should really be updated) but Tech/Service lines are open from 8-9pm and Sales are open from 9-8pm so call back between those @mark_midnite

    @JonnyR95 @SkyHelpTeam Be aware that the actual work on the line is by BT open reach. They are very poor when doing installation for non-bt customers. Sky have no control over their actions unfortunately.

    OK @SkyUK I shall go on hold hell tomorrow for a refund for this month's account as you all messed up after my REPEATED clarification that I wanted to cancel as of July 21 the final day of my contract so you canceled a month early but still charged. WHAT A MESS.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi team 👋 have there been any reported issues with Netflix on Sky Q? It is letting me log in, start an episode and then after 5 or so seconds closes. Only happening on Sky Q and only Netflix impacted. Have followed online help already!
