@SkyHelpTeam Spoke to sky support yesterday and they said there was a fault on the line and BT were looking at it but I have had no feedback whatsoever from sky. I have just come back to sky as a broadband customer! Not a very good start really. #poorcustomerservice

@SkyUK Just got Sky TV and have to say the quality is absolutely terrible and I can’t afford another £12 on top for HD. Is there any way of improving the picture? It’s just a blurry mess and un enjoyable to watch so may have to cancel 😕

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. Thanks. Reported it on Wednesday when it went down. Engineer booked in for Monday. Have spent £30 bolting on extra data so I can keep working/being online, but it’s been a pretty rubbish bank holiday thanks to the lack of wifi.

Terrible service from @SkyUK tonight - no internet connection all evening. Not able to access social media until very late and photos still not loading up on Twitter. Frustrating- time to look for cheaper option
