@SkyHelpTeam Spoke to sky support yesterday and they said there was a fault on the line and BT were looking at it but I have had no feedback whatsoever from sky. I have just come back to sky as a broadband customer! Not a very good start really. #poorcustomerservice

@SkyHelpTeam FIX YOUR INTERNET SERVICES. I am so unbearably fed up over the years of contacting you about your 'fibre' internet. It doesn't work. You blame everyone but yourselves, and you still charge a fortune. Absolute shambles. Every day there's issues.
