My @SkyUK box has frozen in a state of #wtf, using on/off/on/off does **** all, tv now gone to freeview and im out of my depth. And my man is sound asleep unwell, bless him. #SilenceIsGolden

@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

@Mikeydunn20 @SkyHelpTeam @Cookie5_5 Same issue for us, was told we can have a refund but nobody is able to fix it. Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

@SkyUK changed our internet to you on the 5th November. Since day dot we’ve been on the phone every other day with issues. Today its cancelled for no reason. Key worker secondary school head of dept now unable to teach video lessons 😩😔 manager supposed to call back..nothing 🙄

@Plinkyplonkeye @SkySports If sky cut the sound then we will all just assume there is Booing against BLM taking place. If we cannot hear applause ( nothing dubbed in to cheat - we know what you woke lot are like!) Then the support for BLM doesn’t exist !
