    My @SkyUK box has frozen in a state of #wtf, using on/off/on/off does **** all, tv now gone to freeview and im out of my depth. And my man is sound asleep unwell, bless him. #SilenceIsGolden

    @Mikeydunn20 @SkyHelpTeam @Cookie5_5 Same issue for us, was told we can have a refund but nobody is able to fix it. Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

    So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

    @MattBennett93 @SkyHelpTeam I have this problem since a couple of weeks ago. I find switching the TV off/on (not standby - actually pressing the button on the set) brings the sound back. Maybe this forces hdmi to renegotiate the connection. I suspect its a software issue on the sky q.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes,went round in circles.Finally spoke to VIP team,couldn’t help apart from give me an email address for ticket winners! Have emailed but dont expect anything to come from it. Been a sky customer since 1995,you have had thousands of my cash and I can’t get a free book as reward.

    @SkyHelpTeam I wonder if you can tell me why Sky feels it's ok to call a customer 2 days after they've lodged a complaint, for the caller to call at 19.20pm in the evening, only to hangup as soon as I answer, then to email saying 'we'll try again in a couple of days'?
