@SkyHelpTeam I don't know when the engineer is due? I haven't been given specifics. There is definitely an issue in my local area my road and those around me. No Internet or landline. Barden Network engineering company turned up last night and started working outside in the road opposite

@Mikeydunn20 @SkyHelpTeam @Cookie5_5 Same issue for us, was told we can have a refund but nobody is able to fix it. Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

@SkyHelpTeam yes my Bill's late so is 1000's of others it's called cost of living crisis!! But to refuse to help out a disable woman trapped in her room without any tv for 4 days! AND to tell her that she CANNOT CANCEL either is disgusting/that so nice of u..SKY AT ITS BEST!!!

So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

@SkySports I'd seriously give him s chance. He's not exactly had much luck with the clubs he's managed thus far. Sunderland Hull and Wigan. All clubs strapped for cash. Since he has been at Newcastle he has done reasonably well with limited resources. He's had terrible luck with injuries
