    @SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

    So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

    How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

    @nat_alia93 @SkyUK @bt_uk I left them because the only way to get the price down was me threatening to leave them, they have no loyalty for customers who have been with them like me for 11 years before I left!!! Whereas New customers got great deals ?!

    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

    @Mikeydunn20 @SkyHelpTeam @Cookie5_5 Same issue for us, was told we can have a refund but nobody is able to fix it. Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

    @SkySports People saying he didn't do anything wrong or more should be like him are missing the point, he was in the wrong, an official is not supposed to lose control like that. How players treat them is also wrong, but this is not the answer.

    .@SkyUK - Spent the past hour on the phone to a lovely well mannered staff member, who was eager to help me out, after I've been getting targeted DDOS attacks towards my IP address, after a clear breach of GDPR from an online website. They were unable to fix the issue,

    @SkyHelpTeam Seems extremely worrying considering how the Australian version started last weekend and the New Zealand edition starts in 4 days time. Is really frustrating as there is a lot of support for @SuperRugbyNZ here in the UK, so hoping you can get something sorted soon.

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to join as a new customer using a referral link but the site it goes to automatically adds Netflix to the package at an additional cost which I don't need. It won't let me remove from the basket. Please advise.
