    @nat_alia93 @SkyUK @bt_uk I left them because the only way to get the price down was me threatening to leave them, they have no loyalty for customers who have been with them like me for 11 years before I left!!! Whereas New customers got great deals ?!

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't know when the engineer is due? I haven't been given specifics. There is definitely an issue in my local area my road and those around me. No Internet or landline. Barden Network engineering company turned up last night and started working outside in the road opposite

    @Mikeydunn20 @SkyHelpTeam @Cookie5_5 Same issue for us, was told we can have a refund but nobody is able to fix it. Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

    How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

    So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

    Anybody else having issues with @SkyUK broadband today? - Bedworth area. It has been on and off all day. It cuts out at random for about half hour then comes back on again. I now have no connection at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam No idea. Last 45 min call it was clear you have no idea how to. Open reach say you need to cancel and start my line again. You can't cancel as already cancelled so can't access open reach engineer. Please feel free to escalate as retention dept clearly don't want to retain me!

    @SkyHelpTeam 4 days of being given conflicting advice, however sky engineer has been fabulous - knows more than your customer services and tech team. Broadband line cut off by mistake by @OpenreachHelp and you do not have a clue how to resolve ☹.

    @P_flake @SkyHelpTeam We’ve been having this same issue on both my mac the app just crashes doesn’t even load and the 001 my partners laptop no matter what we’ve done it doesn’t work, so odd one day it was working fine then 3 hours later just stopped

    @SkyHelpTeam is there an issue with Sky? My SkyQ box fails to connect and when it does eventually after switching everything off at the wall, it pauses or distorts/pixelates, failed to record last night.. by the looks of it on here.. I’m not the only one.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried multiple times tonight to purchase a broadband / tv package as a new customer. Every time I’m met with a ‘technical error’ ‘it’s not you it’s us’. I’ve tried multiple laptops / iPhones.
