They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

Not sure why we need the appt and waste all this time 🤔
