Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

Despite repeated contact, my issue remains unresolved and I have now been advised that Sky has been unable to agree a resolution within the usual timescale.
