    So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

    How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't know when the engineer is due? I haven't been given specifics. There is definitely an issue in my local area my road and those around me. No Internet or landline. Barden Network engineering company turned up last night and started working outside in the road opposite

    @nat_alia93 @SkyUK @bt_uk I left them because the only way to get the price down was me threatening to leave them, they have no loyalty for customers who have been with them like me for 11 years before I left!!! Whereas New customers got great deals ?!

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

    @Mikeydunn20 @SkyHelpTeam @Cookie5_5 Same issue for us, was told we can have a refund but nobody is able to fix it. Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm currently on my 4th call. I have been through to call centres with background shouting, misinformed, advised incorrectly and patronised. What has happened to Sky's excellent service for VIPs of 21 years custom? About to give up and try Virgin media.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve got an installation date of 1/12/22 been booked since 30/10/22 Given there’s Royal Mail strikes for 3 days that week why can’t you send the router now? Your customer service teams answer is “well if not there you’ll just have to rearrange” great service 🧐
