    @Mikeydunn20 @SkyHelpTeam @Cookie5_5 Same issue for us, was told we can have a refund but nobody is able to fix it. Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

    How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

    So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi is there a reason that at no point in your email communication to let new customers know they can’t have sky TV set up unless they have had sky before? Engineer can’t enter the property so why was I able to book a new service to be fitted? Waste of time.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been trying to contact someone at sky to speak to someone I was put through to two wrong departments to now I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes and then hung up on. The automated help is putting me through to the wrong people. All I need to do is speak to someone!

    @johnym2121 @SkySports So if man utd moan about referee errors which he they did its wrong. But when your lot do it its outrageous. I'd be annoyed but I wouldn't be blaming that one decision on the result. Also vindelof was also in a decent position to defend it.

    Last year it took you nearly a month to fix a ‘simple’ external fault after weeks of multiple complaints and eventually an apology for the shocking service we received. Today...SAME PROBLEM 😑wonder how long we’re looking at this time 🙄@WeAreOpenreach @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam
