@SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

@SkyHelpTeam But the thing is, you cannot discuss further. The solution seems to be either to put up with problems or leave. I’ve emailed your CEO, been dealt with by the priority team and palmed off to fibre team. There is nothing you can do differently, unfortunately.

@SkySports We do volume turn the down , which is annoying cause the atmosphere, albeit no crowds , does add or in my case takes away from watching Tottenham . I know it’s petty but I spend money on purchasing your product every month and feel I should air my grievance.. 2/2
