@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

@Mikeydunn20 @SkyHelpTeam @Cookie5_5 Same issue for us, was told we can have a refund but nobody is able to fix it. Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

@SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

@Hampus79446544 @SkySports My team is in the championship and trust lots of these officials don't know the rules they're supposed to enforce A+B = X kinda stuff down here. Officials are useless and need the help, VAR has been given too much to do for it to works as it should. Fix that and it works fine.

@skytv broadband and their Customer service is diabolical. Avoid them like the plague!! 2 1/2 hours on the phone, Internet still drops in every room, pay Sky boost and they still couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery! Never should have left @virginmedia don’t join @SkyUK

@TheWarsmith @SkySports There were never any issues with the rules before VAR came along and complicated everything. Referees on the pitch are terrified to make their own decisions now, they're just letting everything go cus of VAR. VAR was meant to fix mistakes, not add more mistakes and confusion.

@SkySports Guy needs time, was he hurt earlier in the season? 🤔 Liverpool have bigger problems with the centre back spot (missing there 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th choice centre backs). Would be intrigued to see how some other teams would fare!
