    How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

    @nat_alia93 @SkyUK @bt_uk I left them because the only way to get the price down was me threatening to leave them, they have no loyalty for customers who have been with them like me for 11 years before I left!!! Whereas New customers got great deals ?!

    @Mikeydunn20 @SkyHelpTeam @Cookie5_5 Same issue for us, was told we can have a refund but nobody is able to fix it. Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

    @nat_alia93 I left @SkyUK , After they did the same and their customer service was terrible and went to @bt_uk - got a great deal on broadband , landline and mobiles too!

    So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

    @SkyHelpTeam I called. Went through the motions then told wait time is 10 minutes after 15 mins the line went dead and I got a text saying sorry we couldnt help. That's it. I'm working from home, but can't without Internet and no assistance from sky. I bet if I cancel my dd it'll be fixed!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken to you today. The order was cancelled for some reason best known to you. You are blaming Openreach. I don’t care whose fault it is, if I don’t have Internet, I’m going to lose my job. I would never have cancelled @plusnethelp if I’d realised you were so unhelpful

    @SkyHelpTeam Not exactly helpful when it’s preventing me working. The initial report was because of poor speed and magically when that was attended by openreach at the exchange we then loose internet completely! Clearly my time will be better spent looking for an alternate provider.

    @SkyHelpTeam my in-laws are in there 70s.Have received an appalling service with yourselves. During Covid last year we are still waiting to resolve this. It has been a year. Everyone is happy to help but no one wants to resolve it. #brokenpromises #sky in the same sentences
