What a rubbish way to end the season!

Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

We had to raise a formal complaint to even get SkyQ in the first place. Then your engineer doesn't turn up and noone had the courtesy to tell us they weren't coming. Really poor
