@SkyHelpTeam I don't know when the engineer is due? I haven't been given specifics. There is definitely an issue in my local area my road and those around me. No Internet or landline. Barden Network engineering company turned up last night and started working outside in the road opposite

How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

@darrengay1 @SneakyScoffer @SkySports I'm healthy 26 year old. Had 1st jab and had a bad reaction, ended up in hospital overnight. I have also caught covid with little to no real illness (lost smell and felt like a bad cold) - why would I want to risk 2nd jab that did more harm than the virus it "protects" me from?

@SkyHelpTeam so booked for broadband install yesterday 8-1.. still no broadband! Rang yesterday told @WeAreOpenreach at the cabinet to solve it. No resolution, no update, no broadband. Absolutely appalling service. Due at work (from home - requiring broadband!) at 9am!!!
