How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

@SkyHelpTeam I don't know when the engineer is due? I haven't been given specifics. There is definitely an issue in my local area my road and those around me. No Internet or landline. Barden Network engineering company turned up last night and started working outside in the road opposite

@Mikeydunn20 @SkyHelpTeam @Cookie5_5 Same issue for us, was told we can have a refund but nobody is able to fix it. Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

@SkyHelpTeam But this never used to be the case, and we’ve never been advised. We get no warning that it’s due to expire. You’ve given us no opportunity to spend it. We’ve paid for it. It’s theft, and I suggest you return it or give us an opportunity to purchase something of equivalent value.
