@Mikeydunn20 @SkyHelpTeam @Cookie5_5 Same issue for us, was told we can have a refund but nobody is able to fix it. Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.

So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

@SkyHelpTeam I don't know when the engineer is due? I haven't been given specifics. There is definitely an issue in my local area my road and those around me. No Internet or landline. Barden Network engineering company turned up last night and started working outside in the road opposite

@SkyUK I went to check deal as existing customer, added boost £3 a month, they tried to charge admin and deliver of new router! why? they agreed to waive those charges but then my next bill includes the charges and an extra charge on top of that - poor service after 20 yrs a customer!

@SkyUK Where is that super fast?? Not where I live, for sure. The hub s***s big time, I'm happy if I get half the 67mbs (Wifi) I pay for sitting next to the router- with no one else using it. My complaint has not even been replied to for weeks.

Help @SkyHelpTeam my already expensive sky package is increasing AGAIN, by £6. Who can I talk to (not on the phone - online chat maybe?) about possibly cancelling as we simply can’t keep being penalised for being an existing customer! Newbies get much better deals. 👎🏻
