    @SkyHelpTeam now been trying unsuccessfully to contact you for days to discuss my sky account. So I cancel DD & get snotty email telling me to contact you or get £10 charge added to my bill. I've even tried FB messenger route through app & been waiting over 4 hours for response

    @SkyHelpTeam As per your Facebool advisor our Setyings are incorrect. 2 days ago your help system confirmed that our system needs a reset and a re-initialising. I am 87 and earlier today lady at Sky kiosk advised that installation needs rectifying.

    @SkyUK I am very disappointed in Sky. Offering amazing deals to some and when you call them to get the same deal you get told NO. Worst customer experience ever. Long term customer for over 15 years , VIP platinum member #ofcom

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately Sky talk is one of 5 faults in our installation. I just spent more than 30mins with Sky help o my computer. I could not find what I am looking for bcoz I don't know what it looks like. Next Tuesday I am going to cancel my Direct Debit and go to some smaller Company

    @SkyUK just got off the phone with your broadband customer service. I can’t believe how unhelpful they was. I would rather pay the fee to cancel than stay with you. Absolute disgrace.

    @SkyHelpTeam I need help with our Sky installation where most of the Settings are incorrect. Our A/c ref is;623910063071 dated 31-Jul-20. There are 5 errors and we need urgent help. Our phone line has been DEAD for past 15dsys so Sky talk does not work.

    @SkyHelpTeam the net result is that it’d be cheaper for a 20 year customer to get the same services from BT than Sky? So they can’t they have a Sky Q box instead of HD with their current subscription despite the HD box being substandard for 5+ years?

    @SkyHelpTeam main Q box changed, new or secondhand? nobody knows anymore. New dish and cable replaced and it’s still freezing and losing programme guide. I give up 😡 the only conclusion I’m left with is that SkyQ is total utter crap. Absolute waste of a lot of money 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Does not listen to customers when you ask for a manager and doesn't take customer complaints seriously at all. There is nothing customers can do to get help at all unless you cancel your account and go to the ombudsman. Customers are treated like they are rubbish.

    @SkyUK How do you justify keeping customers on outdated equipment and just trying to charge them more if they dare ask for an upgrade? Parents are customers for over 20 years (since 2002) , still have a crap Sky+ HD box which barely functions 1/3

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep, that’s where they basically said it’d be £10 on top a month (84/86 rather than 73ish) . I’m more than a bit miffed to be honest. My mum phoned earlier today, to me it just feels like trying to take advantage of a less tech savvy customer… who might find it harder to leave

    @SkyHelpTeam To all my followers please what ever you do do not trust Sky at all. Sky staff do not know what they are doing and do not call customers when they say they will. Daniel in customer retentions promised to call me on Sunday & didnt bother, waiting all day no call.

    @SkyHelpTeam could do with some help with broadband. Have checked in the sky app says it working fine but every time I’ve tried to use internet today I’m not connected to the WiFi and have to reconnect HELP please
