We are still left with 2 problems 1)SkyQ hub or Sky+ box do not communicate bcoz Sky+ box is not connrcted to Router

We have been away from Sky from 27-Sep-20 although you keep charging us £28 per month; that may need to be refunded.

I am 87 and earlier today lady at Sky kiosk advised that installation needs rectifying.

Can watch it on the app but we wouldn’t to record it to watch back when we want too. Defo an issue that’s needs sorting.
