    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

    So @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are saying that a box that is less than a year old can’t be replaced because it’s now owned by my mom and the basic package won’t cover it. They are also trying to charge £65 for an engineer. Customer service at its worse, disgusted.

    @SkyUK I am very disappointed in Sky. Offering amazing deals to some and when you call them to get the same deal you get told NO. Worst customer experience ever. Long term customer for over 15 years , VIP platinum member #ofcom

    @SkyHelpTeam Today regrettably I had to cancel my Direct Debit. I am in the process of writing 7days notice to Sky to either fix the problem or remove your equipment. What a sad situation! A very poor Custpmer Service!

    @SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

    @SkyUK just got off the phone with your broadband customer service. I can’t believe how unhelpful they was. I would rather pay the fee to cancel than stay with you. Absolute disgrace.

    @SkyHelpTeam I need help with our Sky installation where most of the Settings are incorrect. Our A/c ref is;623910063071 dated 31-Jul-20. There are 5 errors and we need urgent help. Our phone line has been DEAD for past 15dsys so Sky talk does not work.

    @alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

    @SkyHelpTeam yes my Bill's late so is 1000's of others it's called cost of living crisis!! But to refuse to help out a disable woman trapped in her room without any tv for 4 days! AND to tell her that she CANNOT CANCEL either is disgusting/that so nice of u..SKY AT ITS BEST!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry, I gave up on Sky; all they seem to offer is articles to read. They do not have Engineers to fix the problems they create themselves! We have decided to go back to Virgin.

    How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

    @SkyUK after 20 years with these I updated contract , they took more money out over 3 months than they should have , phoned to question, treated me like a liar, listened to recording, came back and said yes we did , no apology it’s off next bill, atrocious service, very poor

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom Dear Sky please update or recall your sky max hub routers as they are really not great.compared to other wifi 6 routers on the market from other providers this is by far the worst.and for the price you charge you are not cheap either

    A big thank you to @SkyUK & @SkyHelpTeam. A bolt of lightning down the side of my house blew up the insides of my broadband router yesterday at around 6pm. I was told 1-5 days. At 9.45 this morning, my new router was delivered. By any measure, that is tip top customer service.
