@SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately Sky talk is one of 5 faults in our installation. I just spent more than 30mins with Sky help o my computer. I could not find what I am looking for bcoz I don't know what it looks like. Next Tuesday I am going to cancel my Direct Debit and go to some smaller Company

@SkyHelpTeam As per your Facebool advisor our Setyings are incorrect. 2 days ago your help system confirmed that our system needs a reset and a re-initialising. I am 87 and earlier today lady at Sky kiosk advised that installation needs rectifying.

@SkyHelpTeam I need help with our Sky installation where most of the Settings are incorrect. Our A/c ref is;623910063071 dated 31-Jul-20. There are 5 errors and we need urgent help. Our phone line has been DEAD for past 15dsys so Sky talk does not work.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky Help: Thank you for providing the link last night to test our Sky system installatipn. I ran all 7 steps of the test. I don't know what it measures and detects; but basic installation seems good; but our Home phone line does not work.

@SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam They have been having problems all week. My app tests were saying 43mb but my lad said fifa was unplayable as if we were on dial up. I hotsplotted my phone to get better speeds from 4G!

@SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

@SkyHelpTeam It confirms that our phone is not compatible to your SkyQ hub so we need compatible set of Twin phones; base set has answering machine and upstairs ordinary phone. We are still left with 2 problems 1)SkyQ hub or Sky+ box do not communicate bcoz Sky+ box is not connrcted to Router

@alexgbourne @europasaintsfc @SkyHelpTeam I had the sky go app running on my laptop with my phone as a hot spot on 3G and that worked pretty well too. Just seems mental that I get better service through my phone at home than the broadband. Fingers crossed they get it fixed quick.

@SkyHelpTeam 22nd January this was by phone call and the text messaging service. We tried to see if we could get a cheaper deal but there was nothing they could do for us so we felt we had to cancel as it’s far too much money to pay out at the moment,particularly when friends are paying less

@SkyHelpTeam my wife just had a missed call from Sky. It rang once & they cut off. She has her phone right next to her. Please can someone call her back? When you sold us the faster service you told us there would be no downtime at all on the installation day. We are now 5 days beyond that.
