How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

@SkyHelpTeam broadband keeps dropping out in ex8 1pe area. Done all the trouble shooting. Open reach have been working all around my road for the past week! Since then my Internet drops constantly.

@SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

@SkyHelpTeam I don't know when the engineer is due? I haven't been given specifics. There is definitely an issue in my local area my road and those around me. No Internet or landline. Barden Network engineering company turned up last night and started working outside in the road opposite

@SkyHelpTeam I was told it would be done by a third engineer on Tuesday afternoon. Then told Wednesday. They did connect up a neighbour then but not me. Spoke to team yesterday but it didn’t happen today either. Have only been a customer for a few days it looks very bad. Can you chase?
