@SkyHelpTeam I twisted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

@skytv @SkyUK can you help? I have cancelled my service - can you please send me a box to return my equipment. I don’t mind paying the month notice , which I have given, but either you have a daft process or I spoke to an idiot. I went the packaging sent now not in 4 weeks time.

@SkyHelpTeam switched from EE to sky nothing but issues. Number port and activation failed since Friday called everyday since still not sorted. Keep getting cut off. Been told it will be done tomorrow every time I call. Call me back before I cancel

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, got my Sky Glass all set up, but just been charged by Netflix for my sub which is supposed to be through my Sky account. Also, my future bill is currently showing double what it should be. Help please? Can't get through on the phones at all!
