@SkyHelpTeam I twisted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

@SkyUK shocking service on the phone rang up as our contract is due to run out this month and they offered us a lot more than what we pay now they didn’t even budge on the price that was given and we are a silver vip they couldn’t get us off the phone quick enough and cancelledus

@SkyHelpTeam now been trying unsuccessfully to contact you for days to discuss my sky account. So I cancel DD & get snotty email telling me to contact you or get £10 charge added to my bill. I've even tried FB messenger route through app & been waiting over 4 hours for response

@SkyHelpTeam I doubt @Plusnet do that and just supply a decent router. That aside the daily morning disconnects have happened for a decade before boost. Also that time 1am to 5am doesn't work for everyone and we don't need it especially as it kills a the disabled installed tool...

@SkyHelpTeam I feel sorry for you both. You actually believe that, don’t you? If my Broadband goes off, I can’t go online to fix it. If you refuse to offer assistance after 9pm, you are not providing a reasonable service. To keep telling me you offer a great customer experience is a joke.
