    @SkyHelpTeam My TV has now gone back into “shop mode” & the TV remote won’t work so I can’t reset it. Got a scrolling e-pop menu I can’t get rid of & a TV I can’t control!!! Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam I tweeted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

    @SkyUK shocking service on the phone rang up as our contract is due to run out this month and they offered us a lot more than what we pay now they didn’t even budge on the price that was given and we are a silver vip they couldn’t get us off the phone quick enough and cancelledus

    @SkyHelpTeam now been trying unsuccessfully to contact you for days to discuss my sky account. So I cancel DD & get snotty email telling me to contact you or get £10 charge added to my bill. I've even tried FB messenger route through app & been waiting over 4 hours for response

    @SkySports_Keith Major news? So much so that it’s 30th down on the @SkySports app when you select football. Trying their best to hide it. I don’t care what you say, sky and the media are involved in the corruption too. @SkySports_Keith

    @SkyHelpTeam No point. It's down for lots of people for a certain amount of time, usually at a time when nobody can call the help centre, then it's fixed an hour or two later. Rinse and repeat.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been having major issues with subtitles the last 3 days. Incredibly delayed so I can’t watch anything. Or not even on at all. Both live tv and recorded. Can I have some help with this issue please as I rely on subtitles.

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @SkyHelpTeam were awful, could save me £4 on my £81 current package, and would have to commit to 18 months!! Ridiculous! In past years I’ve managed to negotiate half prices or better. Not impressed. Been customer for over 20 years!!
