    How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

    @SkyHelpTeam Had to turn the TV off for 10 secs & then back on again, TV remote is working again now. Will keep the Sky remote just for the Sky box in future, thanks for your help.

    @CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately Sky talk is one of 5 faults in our installation. I just spent more than 30mins with Sky help o my computer. I could not find what I am looking for bcoz I don't know what it looks like. Next Tuesday I am going to cancel my Direct Debit and go to some smaller Company

    @SkyHelpTeam now been trying unsuccessfully to contact you for days to discuss my sky account. So I cancel DD & get snotty email telling me to contact you or get £10 charge added to my bill. I've even tried FB messenger route through app & been waiting over 4 hours for response

    @SkyHelpTeam My name is Abdul Latif of 2 Coronation Road, Exeter EX2 5BZ We want to return to Sky as we find the Virgin Media service un-business like. We have been away from Sky from 27-Sep-20 although you keep charging us £28 per month; that may need to be refunded.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't know when the engineer is due? I haven't been given specifics. There is definitely an issue in my local area my road and those around me. No Internet or landline. Barden Network engineering company turned up last night and started working outside in the road opposite

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry, I gave up on Sky; all they seem to offer is articles to read. They do not have Engineers to fix the problems they create themselves! We have decided to go back to Virgin.

    Can someone from @SkyHelpTeam help me, I’ve cleared my account and can’t seem to get reinstated. I’m a key worker and can’t sit in the queue for the phone as I am working all day, but really need the tv for the kids!! Please help 😥

    @SkyHelpTeam As per your Facebool advisor our Setyings are incorrect. 2 days ago your help system confirmed that our system needs a reset and a re-initialising. I am 87 and earlier today lady at Sky kiosk advised that installation needs rectifying.

    @SkyHelpTeam It confirms that our phone is not compatible to your SkyQ hub so we need compatible set of Twin phones; base set has answering machine and upstairs ordinary phone. We are still left with 2 problems 1)SkyQ hub or Sky+ box do not communicate bcoz Sky+ box is not connrcted to Router

    @ScotlandSky Dear @SkySports - Chris Sutton @chris_sutton73 is not a managerial expert but rather a pundit who had a very brief & unsuccessful stint as manager at Lincoln City for 51 matches where he won 14 games. He never managed again. You'd be better asking a manager in Tesco or Asda !!

    @Davidatha_10 @EwenDCameron The leagues by and he’s on holiday and you all seem to be missing a very crucial part of why he actually hasn’t spoken about the ****** of the league which is that if Celt*c fans hadn’t invaded the pitch then McInnes would’ve given an after match interview on SkySports where he would’ve spoken about it and he wouldn’t have been silent but he never got the opportunity to do as they invaded the pitch so that isn’t his fault and he doesn’t actually have to speak about it now as it’s been and gone. When I come to think of it, most managers don’t actually speak about things like that outside of TV interviews after the match. Some younger managers may put an instagram post but it’s mainly done via interviews on club socials or the media and as I said, the fact that doesn’t exist from him lies to two clubs, Cel*ic and Hearts. Heart’s social media and networking team should be the ones receiving the flak as it’s them that are responsible for putting out the club content.

    @SkyUK I,m a Sky customer for 18yrs. My contract is up. Ruby at Sky made an offer. It wasn’t good enough so she passed me to retentions.Robin in Retentions said her best offer was a lot more than Ruby,s. she couldn’t match Ruby,s offer , computer said no.Unacceptable.
