    @SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

    I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

    @SkyHelpTeam Spoke 2 tech team, said no issue even though we had no network connection. Did troubleshooting I do most days & connection came back. Last night dropped off again called told yes an issue. Engineer been again today says improved speed but tonight guess what, dropped off again! 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve done that numerous times and get put on hold for hours on end! Can’t I cancel based on the sky speed guarantee? It’s been this poor for as long as I can remember and now we are all at home more it really is shocking
