@SkyHelpTeam We have Sky Q. We have just restarted and unplugged the router and Sky Q box, redone the router and then plugged the sky box back in and still having the same problems

@SkyHelpTeam Don’t go down that scripted rabbit hole. Nothing wrong with broadband or router. Everything’s been reset. Sky download and the apps take an age to download. Amazon Fire-stick has no issues in streaming whatsoever. #Skyslow

@SkyHelpTeam My sky q box fails to record programs on a regular basis. The error is "technical fault" and when I try to live pause the error is "live pause is not available". I have to reset the box to resolve the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam What's going on with sky broadband recently? Connection drops randomly for ages saying DNS error. Never happened until last week. Impossible to work from home or relax watching online streams if the internet dies every 30 minutes
