    It’s been a while, but time to call out @SkyHelpTeam but this time in relation to their #SkyMobile support. After a very long and painful ordering process, the online registration process is not working and there is a 45 minute wait for phone support 😡😡😡

    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    @SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

    @Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

    What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

    no signal on most channels for 2 months, complaints team impossible to get a hold of for an update and all your customer service staff are happy to help me until I say it's regarding a complaint, hung up on already this morning and told I need to wait on callback😴 @SkyHelpTeam

    Paid for #SkyGlass TWICE! @SkyUK & @DPDgroup_news deliver to wrong address both times (fraudulently signed for). Sky why should I pay for a THIRD time to resolve this? Why refuse to refund 1st or 2nd payment only credit? 14yrs, VIP customer, 20+ calls & still no resolution!

    @ClibboD @SkyUK @TradeStandards We have exactly the same problem - Wi-Fi signal not wall to wall as guaranteed since getting sky glass and no help offered what so ever! Bought a service that does not work - I agree disgusting!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Family members landline constantly engaged even though not in use. It was an issue which needed resolved urgently. Spent 43 minutes on hold to speak to someone last night. Live chat would have been more useful instead of the chat assistant!

    @SkyHelpTeam are you sure you use O2 masts for your signal? I swapped in late September and the signal was never this bad with O2. 4G barely works anywhere in the ML6 or ML5 areas.
