    @SkyHelpTeam frustrating day, you team has still not solved me not being able to access email , it seems the software at your end is not working . I have not had access to mail all day .They keep sending me articles on help! I have tried them all before contacting anyway

    @SkyHelpTeam It is driving me mad😢my Apple Watch/phone/MacBook all are on your network , when I try log in it says it is sending me an email , my recovery mail is a gmail , Sky says it doesn’t recognise it , when I try to log in to my Sky yahoo it says the same thing

    @SkyHelpTeam just to let you know that your tech dept have found the problem with my email! It is Sky glass that is doing it, I believe they r working on it but many glass owners having it. A big thanks to you all for keeping me updated & the support

    @SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

    What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

    Fecking disgraceful from @SkySports half an hour build up... Green given 2 minutes, then Evra 4 minutes... Adverts... Ole 3 minutes, Moyes 1 minute, then chat about Utd. Advert... Two minutes about upcoming games .. Now crowd info. Crap.

    I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

    It’s been a while, but time to call out @SkyHelpTeam but this time in relation to their #SkyMobile support. After a very long and painful ordering process, the online registration process is not working and there is a 45 minute wait for phone support 😡😡😡

    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    @SkySports Stupid question. No debate. Rules are rules. England dodged a bullet due to a faulty tech system. No doubt that the ball hit the cable. To question this is like asking if the sky is blue or green. And 54 % chooses green due to the narrative. Good luck in the semis 👍🏻

    @SkyUK worst customer service i’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. i’ve had no wifi for 2 weeks and no one is fixing it. 4 phone calls in 2 weeks, with the most recent call being transferred to 4 different agents. awful.

    @SkySports That’s the problem with the modern game. Embolo CLEARLY dived. He deserved his second yellow, even if it came about in a weird way. The only one genuinely at fault there was Breel Embolo, yet he defends him. That’s what’s wrong.
