Same place!

Sabina Ahmed (@sabaone) reported from Taunton, England@SkyHelpTeam It is driving me mad😢my Apple Watch/phone/MacBook all are on your network , when I try log in it says it is sending me an email , my recovery mail is a gmail , Sky says it doesn’t recognise it , when I try to log in to my Sky yahoo it says the same thing

I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

After a very long and painful ordering process, the online registration process is not working and there is a 45 minute wait for phone support 😡😡😡

I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

Sky asked her not to cancel & offered £26 a month for the slower speed she was already on. Told them no & moved off Sky.
