However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

@Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

It’s been a while, but time to call out @SkyHelpTeam but this time in relation to their #SkyMobile support. After a very long and painful ordering process, the online registration process is not working and there is a 45 minute wait for phone support 😡😡😡
