    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Elle I only watch tv in the evening so will try this evening . By the way my mobile contract is with EE and they have notified me of problems in my area ( am signed up for it) that surely wouldn’t affect my viewing

    Fecking disgraceful from @SkySports half an hour build up... Green given 2 minutes, then Evra 4 minutes... Adverts... Ole 3 minutes, Moyes 1 minute, then chat about Utd. Advert... Two minutes about upcoming games .. Now crowd info. Crap.

    Annoying @skyhelpteam provide the wi-fi at the station but didn’t bother to ensure any mobile signal for Sky mobile customers, becoming increasingly annoyed at how crap the coverage is with Sky Mobile

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you I have done the check and the software and the hardware is the right one and the issue with Netflix has been resolved. I have sent the feed back and many thanks for your help.

    @SkyHelpTeam It is driving me mad😢my Apple Watch/phone/MacBook all are on your network , when I try log in it says it is sending me an email , my recovery mail is a gmail , Sky says it doesn’t recognise it , when I try to log in to my Sky yahoo it says the same thing

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes thank you I have done that, but on my Sky app there used to be button to get in touch by chat or on phone it is not there so how do I resolve this issue?

    @Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

    What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

    @SkyHelpTeam frustrating day, you team has still not solved me not being able to access email , it seems the software at your end is not working . I have not had access to mail all day .They keep sending me articles on help! I have tried them all before contacting anyway

    @SkyHelpTeam just to let you know that your tech dept have found the problem with my email! It is Sky glass that is doing it, I believe they r working on it but many glass owners having it. A big thanks to you all for keeping me updated & the support

    @SkyHelpTeam It does give the steps to resolve the issue but then you end up back at square 1 with no issues resolved. It tells me I need an engineer but no ones internet is fixed in the area so still looks like the wider issue is causing problems still

    Still bugs me that after what, 6 years, there remains no 'Start From' feature for recordings on @SkyUK Q. Want to skip to the end of a recorded show, only way is to leave it on fast-forward at 30x speed and wait. Go back to Sky+/Sky+HD & it always had 'Start From'. 🤬 #fail

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m moving home I rang up to change the date and the incompetent man I spoke to hasn’t changed the date now broadband is going off on Thursday which will affect my sky viewing for next two weeks and no one is willing to help me resolve this issue when I am still within the 48hrs

    @skyuk @SkyHelpTeam 2 weeks & Mum’s new mobile SIM is STILL not activated. Repeated calls to your “help” team & no joy - despite promises of call backs & activation in 72hrs! Absolutely useless & today’s attempt - don’t even get me started!! #fuming #skymobile #useless

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I’ve just organised for an engineer to come to set up sky tv in my new home this Saturday (using home move service), I want to check whether an internet connection is required to set it up as my broadband supplier is unable to come until the end of July?
