@SkyHelpTeam Hello - I need to order a replacement Sky Q Box as the Hard Drive is NG (directed by the help steps). I work all day and cannot wait for an hour on hold to do this. No ability to do this online, or chat to anyone. Very disappointing. Longstanding customer here.
