@SkyHelpTeam out of contract and being charged £80. No Sports package. Been a customer for over 20 years, apparently a "diamond" level which means nothing. To get any kind of reasonable price you seem to be forced into taking out broadband, which we don't want.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. They refused to help without me paying £25 which I’m absolutely not doing when I’m in a cooling off period. Mental that you’re happy to lose a customer in this climate, because you won’t be gaining many.

@SkyHelpTeam spoke to sky to change details on my account. Told would take 72 hours. Still not changed, and engineer booked today to install my internet never showed. Took a day off work for this. Not great service. Even considering you pushed install date back 2 weeks already🙃
