    I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

    @SkyHelpTeam But why would this suddenly become an issue? I've not added any new devices to my hub. My internet works fine during the day and when I come home from work and connect my phone to it, it drops out another item. Surely 10 items connected to a router isn't a lot?

    @SkyHelpTeam It tells me I have no issues with my broadband, yet when I connect my phone to my WiFi it drops out another item that's connected. The "Access Point Temporarily Full" seems to be an issue with others online. How can I clear it? (I only have 10 items connected at the moment)

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband has gone down in IP7, have tried resetting the router, turning on and off, unplugging all the cables, all to no avail.
