    @SkyHelpTeam I was trying to cancel Sky as your engineers came to fix a problem and then made it worse. No automated message just left waiting for two and half hours then told it’s my fault for waiting rather than your poor service. 21 years I’ve been with you and then treated like this.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a known problem connecting the Sky Q box via ethernet cable to the Sky router? I am a brand new customer, and with flaky internet so far I have tried doing this with ZERO success rate. Not impressed, and am contemplating leaving as in cooling off period
