    I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

    @SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

    I always thought that my social anxiety issues meant I was the king in this house when it comes to trouble making connections. But the amount of times my @SkyUK Q box has connection issues is giving me a real run for my money.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m not interested in doing it over the phone, if you email me telling me I can do it online I expect the online system to be working, 5 days on and still not working. It was a last ditch attempt as the service i receive is terrible, so it’s fine, when my contracts up - I’m gone!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yup I’ve done these already. It said it has identified a fault and booked an engineer and it will be resolved in 48hours. Not really good for working from home. Just wanted to know if it was been reported as an outage or just a problem for my line.
