No internet most of the day working from home. Not losing my **** like everyone isolated to sky network but I feel if they were more open about why and it’s a massive fix or likely to be sorted soonish that would be much better customer service than vague non-updates @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Is this affecting OL13 9PP post code area. We were due an engineer visit between 8am to 1pm today, (as ours down since Saturday evening) never turned up! Rebooked for tomorrow

@SkyHelpTeam @WinneWanderlust Do you have any shame in saying that such a large scale outage can take up to 5 days to fix. What do you expect people do for these 5 days. We are not in 90s where people didn’t rely on internet. People rely on internet for work, education, entertainment and connectivity.
