@SkyHelpTeam Did the internet test and it came back saying no internet at all so I did all the relevant tests again and the internet is definitely down. I have done everything I can including moving the router, changing the ADSL and still no luck

@edfollettmusic @SkyHelpTeam Just had a message on my My Sky app to say a problem with my engineer visit order and to contact Sky. Called the number and message starts saying that there is an issue with the local telephone exchange still causing problems. I knew it wasn't just my phone line

So @SkyHelpTeam are now leaving people without sky tv for up to a week, because THEY thought it was time to upgrade from a skyHD box to a sky Q box even though said customer is a 70 yr old woman who NEEDS her tv and who has already turned down sky Q b4... Is this bullying??????
