@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi we’re having problems with our broadband, it keeps cutting out when we connect to our Sky extender / Sky Q box. When it happens I’ve tried testing it by logging in on the website but it comes up with green ticks and says everything is working ok? Many thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam I scheduled a one -hour BBC programme to download. This normally takes 20 minutes at most. It took 3 DAYS to download. We cannot support our pupils and students effectively unless we have reliable and consistent connectivity.

@SkyHelpTeam I have done. They have messed this up twice despite telling me it was a simple process! I also have a sky q upgrade pending. I was asking my followers if anyone else has had the same issue. But yes I will look at leaving if it can't be resolved. What else can I do?

@SkyHelpTeam hello. Our wifi isn’t working very well. All the tests say that the actual wired internet is fine, but the wireless test I did on an app says less than a mbps and it’s very very slow and intermittent. With home schooling and working, I need this fixed. Please help!
