@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

Come on @haven this is poor and I’m not sure the excuse “@SkyUK are probably busy” is acceptable when we’re talking about a holiday resort!!!

@SkyHelpTeam please help. Received a call on weds to upgrade my package. Agreed - changes still not made- called to resolve it to be told only the person i have spoke to on Weds can resolve? Currently waiting on a phone call from them? What if they are on A/L? Help!!!
