@SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

Well update on the Internetgate: been told by @SkyHelpTeam that on their systems @WeAreOpenreach where due to come out today 13:00 - 18:00. Mrs punk has found out from our neighbour who phone @bt_uk it was never today but the 6th Feb. This is beyond a joke now 21 days outage.

@SkySports Idk, i don't like either but Rory talks a lot of **** to the media about LIV guys and when one pulls up on him he csnt even pick his head up and definitely dont say a peep...we call that ***** made down south
