@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

@RealRicardoUK @SkyUK This new product means replacing a fully usable, possibly better TV product, just so sky have a handcuff on you and your subscription revenue. This is demonstrably bad for carbon emissions and planet. Bad for customer too. Again I ask… why not launch an app?

@SkyUK @CarrierBag86 @SkyUK you do understand what you've said above means you've literally said #SkyQ was great with no delay, but with #SkyGlass the delay will now as bad as other streaming services!

@MrPA @SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach We've not had any issues with Virgin, but the WiFi router is garbage - dead spots all over the house. If you go with them, I'd recommend pairing it with a MESH network.

@SkyHelpTeam This has further alienated those who wanted a simple iptv streaming solution of SkyQ. Once again a huge market segment has been denied the full Sky Service.
