@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I spoke to someone who said that the engineer will be here on Wednesday , but it doesn’t help the fact I was here all morning and had to miss a baby class for no reason, and now will have to miss one on Wednesday too!

Monday night football is the worst. They basically use it to talk about the Sunday games. Perhaps they should do a separate show like match of the day so they can actually talk about the game being played @SkySports
