    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam The app reset didn't work. also my broadband has no issues and works at 30 Mbps and I am able to stream Netflix fine on my Amazon fire stick.

    @SkyHelpTeam I will give that a try. I am also having issue that every couple of days my network connection is lost and automatically it is not able to re-establish connection. I have to manually reboot the sky q box. My WiFi works fine on all other devices located right next to the sky q box

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely shocked phone line down yet again I can't contact my elderly father to check he is OK he has dementia and its important that we have this contact with him for safety. I will be looking for another provider as it is happening too often

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted by the service, due an engineer today to fit the tv package and now just been told can’t do today and re-scheduled for 25.02, not good enough in my opinion as this will mean over a month with no tv, want to cancel all subscriptions with you now

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam I need to cancel @skytv sports package - but am not prepared to wait 30 minutes on hold. Please can you help me cancel - if I have to call I will be cancelling the whole package as soon as I am able, which after 20 years I'd rather not do.

And I am in UK and can’t call the number. I already sent few emails and got same standard response, can someone help. #CustomerService #notgood
