@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, just did. But says cant schedule online, have to call. And in the call, the machine says that there are issues at the local exchange and sky is working hard to resolve them. Guess can't do anything else until exchange issues are resolved.Must be really serious. 4 days passed.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam can you help? Please. My laptop is saying that it cannot connect to the WiFi, it did the same with another laptop in the house but we managed to resolve this. Any ideas if this is a sky issue or a laptop issue??
