@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve managed to find a number but the waiting time is “in excess of 20 minutes”. Wouldn’t it be far more efficient to allow customer to book the engineers appointment online??? It seems pretty backward to expect customers to sit on hold for that long.
