    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I know this. No help when it doesn't give estimated fix time though is it? 6 hours and counting and having to use my mobile data whilst freezing without heating. 6 years with no BB probs at all with other suppliers, only 3 months with Sky and it breaks 😡.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Lainy thanks for quick reply, yes happening on all recordings but only on main sky a box (mini is ok) U get about 2 -3 mins in and black screen with error appears Then the more you get through the recording the more it happens. Have done all help suggestions and reset the box

    @SkyHelpTeam So what happens with regards to compensation as it states you have to report the issue... I can't report im affected by the issue as I can't get through to anyone.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I've checked over and over just says first reported at 22.22 on 26 November and there are no further updates ...outage in area normally takes a couple of hours this is nearly 2 days later with no updates.
