@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam The call back from Sky was arranged with Sky last night. @OpenreachHelp were meant to let Sky know what they were doing to restore our phone/broadband after 6 arranged visits (4 no shows), 4 previous reviews. Many hours of calls to Sky are clearly not working.

@SkyHelpTeam I shall call them, but could you please let me know why communications companies are so poor at communication - Sky puts the onus on customers to contact them, those answering the phone cannot call out and are limited in who they can contact internally. @OpenreachHelp
