    @SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam I really feel that the Accessibility team are great, but surely there should be more support? EG it would have been very beneficial to me to have had a follow up message or phone call to make sure that the activation had been completed.
