@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam Nope. Put the phone down on me. Chose the option to leave, funnily enough you started listening then! After 25 minutes on being on hold between 3 departments, John is being helpful... Another 25 minutes later. You need to sort options out for the 10% you claim need to call

After 20yrs with @VodafoneUK and their inability to address a simple complaint and show any loyalty to long term customers I've ordered my new sim card from @SkyUK. Got my PAC just need my sim to arrive then its goodbye Voda, hello Sky 5G. No more being screwed over....happy days
