@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@L10Charlie @SkySportsPL @SkySports You did, I think we was unlucky in some aspect, I don’t believe it was a pen. Due to Sanchez wasn’t playing the man, he was trying to block the shot and lacazette cause he’s crap put so much into the shot and fluffed kicked Sanchez. Thats just my opinion. Yours may differ

@L10Charlie @SkySportsPL @SkySports I’m not Oliver’s biggest fan, thought couple years ago he was a brilliant referee but he can’t handle big games and hit decisions. That’s not taking anything away from how you played today. Just poor quality of officials nowadays and VAR to scared to say you are wrong

@james_empett @SkyHelpTeam I was in the phone with a broadband tec bloke for over an hour earlier and we did everything so don’t say it’s fixed or resolved cause it isn’t crap service and the money it cost to have your service is a joke.. sort it out
