    @SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    Come on @haven this is poor and I’m not sure the excuse “@SkyUK are probably busy” is acceptable when we’re talking about a holiday resort!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @ProstateUK @SkySports @OutsmartedPlay you application s is terrible and I have a pretty upset child. 3 devices unable to connect or unable to add any users. I'll be raising a chargeback on this.

    @GLeeder1 @SkySports Ofc they have they have qualified for a tournament after 20 years of **** it’s like Liverpool winning the league to us after there 30 year run.

    @truemagic68 It looks like he forced out... SkySports are just on some woke journey.. look what they've done to soccer special?... Personally it's terrible now. The BBCs treatment of Michael Vaughan as well has been disgraceful.

    @SkyHelpTeam The gaps occurred between 00:01 and 127:00. It may be necessary to upload a new and complete .srt file to replace the massive gaps in the subtitles. Accessibility is actually a worryingly large issue with Sky
