@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

Come on @haven this is poor and I’m not sure the excuse “@SkyUK are probably busy” is acceptable when we’re talking about a holiday resort!!!

@SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

@SkyHelpTeam never know customer service this bad,ordered new sky box last week still not arrived,rang u (on hold 35 mins) then told box hasnt been ordered and cut off,shocking now on hold again what a joke

@SkyHelpTeam As stated we have had no connection for 2 weeks so you would I think we have done all that.! Your reply is similar to your customer service by phone which has been a waste of my time...Been waiting for a engineer date to be booked for 2 weeks...!
