@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

Any help to cancel my sky subscription @skyhelpteam i have followed recommended route. after 30 min talking to automated messaging team i was told there would be a 70 min wait for someone to talk to me. That conversation thread soon disappeared so do i need to start again?
