    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    Hi, @SkyHelpTeam I’m in the NP10 post code area of Newport. Internet connection has been dropping in and out for the last couple of weeks. This morning it dropped out at about 11.15 and hasn’t come back. Is there a known issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam Went down last night here in Tunbridge Wells then back down at 8am this morning! Using my data which is getting eaten away. 8am I checked the status and your site states it usually take a couple of hours to fix well it's well over that. What is the update please? 😡😡😡
