    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam yeah😫😫 we spoke to the technician that helped us install our Sky and he said to get in touch if the WiFi signal continues to be bad

    @SkyHelpTeam Liam, many residents have apparently been told that wires have been cut and if not repaired tomorrow it will be Tuesday. Genuinely thinking about getting rid of sky now, can’t provide a resolution time or won’t? Why are people who call up getting told things but you can’t tell me

    @wcelhatton @SkyHelpTeam You’d think they’d shut the channel down for the day or resume programming. Showing someone’s funeral on a comedy channel is super disrespectful. Might as well have Peter Kay doing a narration.

    @SkyHelpTeam - your switching credit process is a nightmare. I’ve emailed the requested attachments FOUR times now, & each time I get an auto response asking for the very same info I’ve sent. Tried your contact centre, they could offer no help, no advice or escalation. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s alright running test now, it’s back up and running, but when it drops again within the next 45mins-1hour and reconnects within 2-3mins like it has all day, then what…… run the test for it to days it’s not working!!!!!! 🤔🤔

    @O2 @SkyHelpTeam both BB and Mobile signal in the S61 area has been shocking all week, but today is another level. Let’s hope the fix of the mast on the 23rd Sept actually goes ahead and doesn’t just get pushed onto another date!! #poorservice #timeforachange
