@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam Local broadband issues here seemed to be caused by stuck PPP sessions. Powering off/disconnecting local equipment (ONT & router) for a time seemed to clear issues. Probably caused by a several minute power cut early yesterday morning. Only Sky customers affected. RADIUS server?

@ImSerene2 @SkyHelpTeam Ahh still broken here. Used to accept interment may drop after midnight due to it'd be the quietest usage time. But everyday seems like a fault. For my issue I'll just keep checking and seeing what parts of the UK are affected. Enjoy the Internet back working

@SkyHelpTeam Check connections, and various other things, but all that is necessary is just to reboot it. What they don't explain is why the other Internet channels are OK, whilst sky states that the Internet signal has been lost.

@SkyHelpTeam the 4OD app on sky glass is not working! please sort it … it’s been a few days now! Nothing loads ups and you can’t access any content! Also why do random things keep getting added to my playlist? And my programmes get taken off! Very frustrating!
