@SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

@SkySports Is there any information on how long this was going on for, who was doing it ( was it 'black' or 'white' people ), any proper excuses to why he didn't tell the police etc, rather than " If I'd of said anything back I'd be the one in trouble". @T_Deeney

@SkyHelpTeam I really feel that the Accessibility team are great, but surely there should be more support? EG it would have been very beneficial to me to have had a follow up message or phone call to make sure that the activation had been completed.
