@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah, I'm done. This hasn't been satisfactorily resolved, and Sky is clearly incapable of delivering this service with reasonable care and skill. This is my third significant outage in six months. I would like to leave - tell me how I can go about this.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I have always had Sky+ and would like to look to change to SkyQ. I am a Platinum VIP customer. I have been told my ‘package’ doesn’t allow for SkyQ but I currently pay around £90 and when I look online there appear to be lots of deals. I do not need broadband or a phone.

@SkyHelpTeam Still down more than three hours later. No other ISPs reporting any issues. I'd be less inclined to break my contract for nonperformance if you could tell us exactly what's going wrong and when we can expect a fix?

Awful service as always @SkyHelpTeam wrong engineer booked 2 weeks in a row and put me down for wanting your much more expensive sky glass how convenient!!!!!!!
