@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkySports Also given you had the ref on Var and the on field ref looking at the replay what does this mean for the FAs confidence in the standard of their own referees? Pathetic. Are other countries having similar issues?. I dont remember there being a problem at the World Cup.
