@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

When were red cards given based on if someone is injured or not? Accidents happen in football, there is no way the player meant to hurt him. @SkySports coverage is pathetic, discussing the incident among themselves, while the subscribers that pay, cant see it, ridiculous.
