    @SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

    @SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

    @SkyHelpTeam yeah😫😫 we spoke to the technician that helped us install our Sky and he said to get in touch if the WiFi signal continues to be bad

    @SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam I did that, the status pages said no issues and the test tools was not working. Had an "Ooops..." message saying tool not available when using it. I guess that was instead of saying there is an error with your broadband.

    2/3 was no take-a-knee & @Skytv KNOW that to be true as they rammed the take-a-knee mantra down @Skysports viewers throats, BEFORE changing the message as the fans came back to football grounds for live fixtures! Using #fansnoise to drown out the sound of fans booing was crass...
