@SkyHelpTeam I waited in all day for an engineer but no one turned up. My post op dad was really looking forward to having the service restored. No updates from you either. Really disappointed in your service. Please can you update me?

@SkyUK won’t provide service and will dismiss customers complaints, they even have a policy were customers are refused access to any complaint made so no trails or proof whatever to fight their case!

Lily accidentally added Sky Kids to my TV package when she had a sleepover so I phoned up @SkyUK this evening to get it removed and they also managed to give me a whole load of discounts taking my bills down further. The best type of Xmas present!
