@SkyHelpTeam no signal. Tried the steps online. Nothing. Was printed to ring a number and no one was in the department and it’s closed 🤔🙃 had no signal for hours but have been busy sorting other things and only just got round to fixing it. Help

@SkyHelpTeam so u disconnect my WiFi in error, won't reconnect for 2 weeks, and won't offer compensation because I'm not a business customer? #skybroadband doesn't support households in the pandemic who have no choice but to #WFH under govt guidance and instead make life harder
