    @_Clarky_ @SkyHelpTeam Don’t know why sky don’t just do this for everyone automatically- the website doesn’t work, I’ve tried it so many times since it went up at different time’s of day and never get on and now you can’t phone either - disabled all billing calls

    Lesson learned today: @SkyHelpTeam really don’t want you to use anything other than their services - SkyQ is a right pain in the backside to get to accept and switch to a NON-Sky network took me 6 goes to get the main box to accept it then mini was just as stubborn again!

    @SkyHelpTeam really need help with broadband subscription- not allowed to phone billing team and tried tech but just on hold forever. Can someone please get in touch to discuss the situation I have and advise me how to sort it

    @SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

    Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

    @SkyHelpTeam QMini very unhappy - crashes daily and protests that I don’t have internet - I do and other devices are just fine & main box is online... needs hard restart - also did a reset on it yesterday after major network changes at home to resync against main q box... ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam I REALLY need help with my Sky bill - you are trying to charge me for services I’ve cancelled. Who can I speak to via phone / chat / email to get this addressed I CAN NOT fix it from self help online I’ve tried - I just need to contact sky support it’s urgent now

    @SkyUK I have waited since the 7/7/20 for you to connect my wifi and STILL NOTHING. Venerable person in the house who is shielding which you have been told numerous times and the promises made weekly by you NEVER happen. Please DO SOMETHING! Appalling service

    @skysports have absolutely under represented Scottish football since I can remember with their sole objective of showing old firm away games. At least @btsport talked our game up. It’s good for sky to talk out game down though as it means they have to pay less for it.

    @SkySports There is a conspiracy with the Australian Government to deny @DjokerNole participation. In this regard, the medal becomes null and void. @RafaelNadal was never the most decorated man. The right to participate in the game to all intended athletes, no more, no less.
