I’ve said it before @SkyHelpTeam it’s not an offer if by accepting it and upgrading you then charge me an extra premium for the service I was already paying for. That’s just conning a loyal customer 🤔

@SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

@SkySports could someone please explain to Gary Weaver that some folk are visually impaired and randomly shouting names in between periods of silence is terrible commentary. Maybe try and explain where on the pitch the ball / action is 🤔🤔 worst commentary I’ve ever heard!!

@SkyUK What a sack of taties this....phoned customer care to upgrade as left with 3 months on the present contract for the Broadband....was told that there be penalty to close the present contract early. Why boasting for EXISTING customers then. Should be a straightforward thing.

@SkyUK Don't do it!! Sky puck brilliant....sky broadband appalling! Fttp and couldn't get Internet in the extremities of house! Informed by the tech that they had swapped to BT due to the poor router! Thank god sky had a 30 day cool off! I wasn't going to buy the extender "offered"

@SkyUK Being as I am supposedly on this level of service but only, by your own definition of speed levels meeting Essential, AND paying over £36/month AND having been told for the last 5 years that “upgrades in your area are coming soon” I do wonder if this is true.
