    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam We have been without most of our channels due to "No Signal" or "Technical Fault" for over 2 weeks. We had a technician come out last week & apparently fixed it but we are still having the problem. Please help! We are paying for a service we aren't receiving.

    I’ve said it before @SkyHelpTeam it’s not an offer if by accepting it and upgrading you then charge me an extra premium for the service I was already paying for. That’s just conning a loyal customer 🤔

    Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately i have no internet to do that with as the 4G is barely working as I said. Are you able to check to see if there is a wider issue with my postcode?

    I am sick to death of the poor service I’m getting from sky - my internet hardly connects anymore which means I’m having to use all my phone data 😡 the @SkyHelpTeam hasn’t helped at all

    Lesson learned today: @SkyHelpTeam really don’t want you to use anything other than their services - SkyQ is a right pain in the backside to get to accept and switch to a NON-Sky network took me 6 goes to get the main box to accept it then mini was just as stubborn again!

    @SkyHelpTeam QMini very unhappy - crashes daily and protests that I don’t have internet - I do and other devices are just fine & main box is online... needs hard restart - also did a reset on it yesterday after major network changes at home to resync against main q box... ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam not Impressed with TV support - it’s taking the advisor AGESSSS to load his help guides - he doesn’t know ANYTHING, if the script on his screen doesn’t match my error he can’t help - appalling way to run support

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes - only app I’ve noticed such an issue with, currently talking to Amazon support but they don’t seem to know much other than turning it off & on again for how to troubleshoot on Sky’s system (think Stream is too new for them!)

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for posting this - I was going to fight the battle for the call centre but now I know it should be available in a couple of days to sort myself I’ll just wait, let people with more pressing issues call through!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve gone through all the checks and it’s saying everything is fine but my broadband is incredibly slow that I have to turn WiFi off and use my mobile data

    @SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

    @NorthBankNadim @SkySports I totally agree with this that’s why I’ve pulled the pin on my Sky subscription recently as they have stopped low with this type of hater …Sky sports news has definitely gone down hill I even used to watch it in the 90s in Australia on foxtel

    @RoyAllenFSW @AppleTV @F1 They have no clue what they are doing. Meanwhile they also cannot seem to figure out their HDR10+ encoding, so I watched the SkySports feed (on AppleTV) instead of their broadcast and was quite happy. Well, other than being disappointed they ran the feed in a much lower resolution than their main broadcast.

    @SkyHelpTeam I took out a broadband deal and landline phone via an offer to start on 5 May. Problems from the start our phone number not ported and 12 operative and 4 hours of my time to be told I will need to cancel and be without internet for 1-2 weeks how can this be right.

    @F1Media @SkyGroup @SkySports The worst news possible. I work on cruise ships and have no access to sky. I figured F1TV would be my best option, but skys monopoly prevents me from subbing to any plan except access, which is nothing more than the 8minute highlights shown free on YouTube. This is bollocks.

    @SkySports Bottom line is, he bullied his way to play 1 event less than others. Extra fines he incurred is a very flimsy excuse for DPWT to agree to this. It all about being forced to play extra events. A solution was much easier to find because they don't have to worry about next year.

    @F1Media @SkyGroup @SkySports Fantastic, now improve the actual feed you give them as Sunday was a shambles. Missed so much action, slow to show replays, timing tower not showing info. Very poor!
