@_Clarky_ @SkyHelpTeam Don’t know why sky don’t just do this for everyone automatically- the website doesn’t work, I’ve tried it so many times since it went up at different time’s of day and never get on and now you can’t phone either - disabled all billing calls

Absolutely terrible experience with BT. I’ve had my BT tv box plugged in for 3 days- made 11 phone calls and still unable to sort out my Netflix activation. I’m back with @SkyUK and I got a Netflix activation email within 5 seconds of putting the phone down 🙌

@DJ_Daymos @SkyUK Massively deceptive. SkyGlass was my one of the worst purchasing decision. I either have to be locked with their subscription which they said wasn't necessary to enjoy all the free channels or I ended up with watching YouTube on a 55' box. #SkyGlass

@SkyHelpTeam Before I reset my internet router, I was able to login to with the username as admin & password as my WiFi password, but now I reset the router, neither typing in admin & then sky, and admin & my WiFi password doesn't work.

@SkyHelpTeam hello, I’ve had a really poor experience whilst trying to speak to someone about my contract. I am approaching the end of a contract and the bill now is to high, let alone your “offer”. The line was awful (not mine) and was being sold things I don’t need.

@SkyHelpTeam I know there are limits, the limit is 2 Mini boxes and like I said I checked all the ones in the house and before I turned mine on only 1 was on. That 1 that was on was obviously in use so I couldn’t reset the main box to see if that was the issue either.
