@SkyHelpTeam QMini very unhappy - crashes daily and protests that I don’t have internet - I do and other devices are just fine & main box is online... needs hard restart - also did a reset on it yesterday after major network changes at home to resync against main q box... ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

@MadAsAtters @SkyHelpTeam I used to flitter between Sky and Virgin for the best deals but honestly, Virgin is poor for TV content. Box Sets / on-demand is where Sky does hold the cards. I now have a perfect balance - Sky Q with Virgin broadband. Wouldn't touch Sky broadband if they paid me.
