    @SkyHelpTeam are there issues with broadband in Bournemouth? The internet has been awful all day and it is impossible to upload anything or join in on online meetings.

    @SkyUK I have waited since the 7/7/20 for you to connect my wifi and STILL NOTHING. Venerable person in the house who is shielding which you have been told numerous times and the promises made weekly by you NEVER happen. Please DO SOMETHING! Appalling service

    @SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

    @SkyHelpTeam QMini very unhappy - crashes daily and protests that I don’t have internet - I do and other devices are just fine & main box is online... needs hard restart - also did a reset on it yesterday after major network changes at home to resync against main q box... ideas?

I was told the same this morning, but now when I call back I'm given the run around. Even now I've sent the text as advised I'm being given the run around

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband hasn’t worked properly in the last 2 months, engineer came out Saturday(open reach) &said the problem is fixed,it lasted 10mins before going down again.Still not working today for more than 30 seconds. Help!

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I’ve now been without broadband since 6th June-11 days! And my landline is unuseable. I’ve texts saying it will be done but just told not until 19th and we’re away from 20th so won’t know. DREADFUL SERVICE !!
