Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

Orange light flashing constantly or no light at all. Service checker says no issues in your area. This is getting ridiculous
