@SkySports could someone please explain to Gary Weaver that some folk are visually impaired and randomly shouting names in between periods of silence is terrible commentary. Maybe try and explain where on the pitch the ball / action is 🤔🤔 worst commentary I’ve ever heard!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes - only app I’ve noticed such an issue with, currently talking to Amazon support but they don’t seem to know much other than turning it off & on again for how to troubleshoot on Sky’s system (think Stream is too new for them!)

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam We have been without most of our channels due to "No Signal" or "Technical Fault" for over 2 weeks. We had a technician come out last week & apparently fixed it but we are still having the problem. Please help! We are paying for a service we aren't receiving.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I was told that issues with my broadband would be fixed within 5 working days & it still isn't working. Please can this be resolved as soon as possible as its now getting ridiculously hard trying to work from home

Hey @SkyHelpTeam bit frustrating - SkyStream took me TWENTY, count them TWENTY minutes to just get the remote working on a new puck. I did all the obvious steps then ran the help guide online & only when queuing to call Sky & stabbing again did it work! Poor onboarding

@SkyHelpTeam we have a problem we can't get on the sky TV, the remote isn't working it seems although the remote will control the TV and the box lights up for the sky 🙈

Why is @primevideouk so poor quality on @SkyHelpTeam SkyStream - constant buffering, breaking up , pixelation. No other stream app has this issue & bandwidth isn’t an issue either for internally or externally unless it’s your software/hardware. @Apple TV streams same content fine

@SethHarvey17 @Rainman050368 @SkySports Sorry you’ll never convince me. MotoGP is so much better. The only open wheel racing I watch is IndyCar. I think if F1 had limited(say 180 seconds ) of Push To Pass is might make the drivers think a little more on when and where to use it, rather than have 2 DRS zones..

@TheShortBlond @SkyHelpTeam 5. Sky also say that if our spd goes below 100Mbps on 3 consecutive days in a 30 month? They will refund us but, it’s gone under 100Mbps for around 27 consecutive days during the July and so, we are also entitled to cancel BB without any penalties!>>>

@TheShortBlond @SkyHelpTeam 4. We received an email from Sky yesterday saying that they did a spd/line check and the speed was 93mbps so we are getting what they say! RUBBISH! Of course it’s gone down to 93mbps bc Sky are allowing it to drop and do NOTHING about it!>>>>>
