    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, tried all those steps. Turned it off waited, turned it on. It's never been fast but at least it used to be stable.

    @SkyUK yet again having further issues with my internet, every month I have issues with either my sky tv package, internet, mini boxes when will it end?? Now I have no WiFi network, it’s connected but doesn’t work, sort it out or I’ll be going for compo and not paying my bill!!!
