@SkyHelpTeam my internet is rubbish at the moment I’m on sky fibre max and I get max 40 and it keeps dropping out. why am I paying for service that keeps dropping out and unrealiable. It’s all plugged in how it should be I don’t know what else I can do

@SkyUK I really fail to see why I should have to fork out £50 for HDR content, I give Sky the best part of £90 a month, I like the content I get, but, just because I was an earlier adopter of the Sky 2TB Box, I fail to see every I & others should suffer?

@SkyHelpTeam yet another broadband issue in my area of Gosport. Says theres no outage but I ain't even got broadband coming into my house. Getting beyond silly now. Sort this out, myself and others are paying for a service that seems very sodding tempremantal. This ain't fair.

@SkyHelpTeam As per my first tweet I have tried phoning and the automated phone tree just hangs up before I get to speak with anyone. To be honest this level of customer service doesn't fill me with hope that getting braodband with Sky is the right idea.
