The bias anti American sentiment is rife. They need lessons from Sky News Australia's Peta Credlin on how to tell the news as is, no spin.

    @SkyHelpTeam @borg091 Comes out and surprise surprise he cant fix it as its a external problem and he books a call with a outreach fibre specialist he turns up today to say that he cant fix it as its in the junction box so he has now booked a call for that to be done apparently contd

    @SkyHelpTeam still no internet and day 2 home schooling! Please reply and send an engineer to fix it! 2 hour waiting time on the phone last night. This is the worst week to have no internet - stuck at home, no Netflix, no kids you tube, no interactive learning! HELP!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam at the end of this month I will be cancelling my direct debit with yourselves and will ask you to end my contract of TV services as I will not be able to afford the luxury of all channels so rather than build up debt I shall no longer be able to.use that service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes because it cuts out literally every 7/8 minutes. And this is just an inconvenience whilst I'm watching the football. My wife has to work at home in a very demanding job and it's even less reliable during the day. It's so poor. How do I get out of my contract please?
