I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. It wasn’t good enough so she passed me to retentions.Robin in Retentions said her best offer was a lot more than Ruby,s. she couldn’t match Ruby,s offer , computer said no.Unacceptable.
