@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

@SkyHelpTeam @The_Grim_Weeder Mine is running really slowly - Burnley area. Can’t see any known problems and I did the tests that say my internet is fine but the speed checker shows I’m getting less than 1 mbps and this has been the case all day. Can’t get enough in the phone either.
