Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

@SkyHelpTeam not very good customer service we have no internet connection with conflicting messages on sky vip app so I called customer services and have just hung up as was put on hold for nearly an hour ????just wanted info on timescale was all ????

@SkyUK I really fail to see why I should have to fork out £50 for HDR content, I give Sky the best part of £90 a month, I like the content I get, but, just because I was an earlier adopter of the Sky 2TB Box, I fail to see every I & others should suffer?

@rickwookie @McDronieG @SkyUK Me and wife had the same q box for ages not one issue u got it enclosed in a TV unit it will got hot from no air or If u got other devices around it can cause and TV box issues no matter who the company is virgin TV is the worst they tryed to charge my dad £700 for fun

Morning @SkyHelpTeam with the Broadband outage today in the Erith area, do you have an estimated repair time? Only ask as BT are also down, and they estimate 3pm. Guessing the 2 issues are connected (unlike me, lol)

@SkyUK Great for new customers I guess but those who already have sky q this is a downgrade for more money... plus the tv is locked with whatever apps you guys deem suitable and you can't add any of your own making it a not so smart tv. Plus if your Internet goes down its useless
