Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

@SkyUK I really fail to see why I should have to fork out £50 for HDR content, I give Sky the best part of £90 a month, I like the content I get, but, just because I was an earlier adopter of the Sky 2TB Box, I fail to see every I & others should suffer?

@SkyHelpTeam That’s the point. The cancellation team manager was the one who refused to talk to me. The customer service guy I was talking to was even texting her back and forth. But she refused to speak with me. Leanne Mallin is her name. I’ve raised an official complaint.

@SkyHelpTeam 6 months of problems, misdiagnosis and failed fixes. The call centre manager refused to talk to me direct. Unbelievably bad customer service. So I said I wanted to leave and they just suggested I stop using my mini box. Bizarre. Help please.
