Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

My renewal is exactly the same as I currently pay so to put my price up if I don’t renew has an admin cost too but there is no set up fee applied then. I shall be moving my broadband. Customer loyalty should be rewarded not exploited

john keller (@porscheuro) reported@SkyHelpTeam Not yet as i have always had issues with broadband around the house , countless engineers and so on over the years but i thought chamging to fibre and paying an extra fiver might help .. but no one has ever sorted the whole house issue.. and i have done all things advised on site
