    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    @SkyHelpTeam any idea when the broadband issue will be resolved. I have been without broadband for 13 hrs now. I am meant to be having teleconferences with colleagues in the Far East and they are not happening meaning that I am losing money

    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    @SkySports To be honest it`s kinda weird that people are so mad for the owners. Yes it was horrible idea but owners are trying to make money. And that`s their job. And when they decided to step back from super league this conversation should be over. Just be happy that they did that.
