Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

Another failure for Jos Buttler, but according to @SkySports commentators, unlike the criteria for any other batsman/keeper, it's not about the runs he scores he just needs to be 'impactful.' What does that even mean? Buttler a poor keeper so runs must be his currency.

@SkyHelpTeam Passport number or verified ID would be a better way of doing it. Not every one wants the burden of a credit card, I honestly wish I’d never joined Sky. Constant spam calls & texts and now this? I never had any of these issues on EE.
