@SkyHelpTeam so 6 calls in 2 days to my home number that no one has but you and they say they are from the 'technical team' and I apparently have issues with my broadband. How on earth does anyone get this number as assume it's not you calling from India!!

@SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

Gary any chance you can raise the issue, of why @SkySports still haven’t announced December and January’s TV Fixtures. And January’s won’t even be announced along with December’s on Monday. Already over a week late.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam. Appreciate you're having phone issues, but I was phoning to cancel today. The new message tells me to phone back tomorrow, but that means an extra day of service that I don't want, which hardly seems fair. Is there a process to deal with this? Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam Tried all that and pressed the reset on the router as suggested..but with no landline connection obviously I’m not going to get a connection to my router either..I don’t have a separate line for both..their has to be a problem between the hub in my village to my house surely..
