    @SkyUK Large Broadband outage in the Eastleigh/Bishopstoke area and you’re telling people that they need new routers....I’m assuming the 104 people who have commented on one Facebook post don’t all need a new router and it might be your issue instead?

    I'm gonna summarise 2 things I've developed a verdict on since my tv broke down. the @virginmedia app for windows = perfect. works great. the @SkySports app for windows = ******* horrendus! i dont understand why sky sports needs a separate app to watch them

    @SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

    @SkyUK why is your sky q system so poor? Three engineer visits just to get the boxes working properly and now the red button doesn’t work only on the main box. I spend my life constantly rebooting and reading help blogs. Really wish I never had it installed.

    so glad to have my tv back from repair after a few weeks of it not working. means i can watch Liverpool vs Burney nice and smoothly on my @virginmedia box and not have to deal with that god awful @SkySports app for windows #LIVBUR

    @SkyUK utterly appalled at your lack of customer service! My parents who are vulnerable during these times and reply on their internet to contact family are not able to get online, as their router has stopped working and we cannot get hold of anyone!!! FUMING!

    @SkyUK customer service is appalling! 3 hours of phone calls, open reach not turned up two times, two days loss of earnings, told we will be phoned back three times and yet no phone call back and still no bloody internet or sky! Goodbye to your loyal customers!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I am having so many drop outs with #skybroadband it’s been a terrible service. Today it’s so bad. I hooked my PS4 up to my iPhone just to be able to sign in to my account and download updates.

    Need to boost broadband signal from home to a garden office. Any ideas on how I do this? Will a sky broadband booster be sufficient? The office is a good 25 metres from the broadband box with a few walls in the way. @SkyHelpTeam

    Another monthly price increase from @SkyUK This time it’s for the SKY Q Silver Bundle which is going up by £1 a month from April. As a subscriber since 2004, I feel less valued as a customer and this is just penny pinching from another major corporation.

    @SkyHelpTeam there is a known issue for broadband in my area but no ETA on fixing. I have no internet and currently working from home. I work in utilities so need my internet. Can you advise?
