Our @SkyHelpTeam wi-fi down AGAIN, good job we decided against Sky Glass. If you're looking to change your internet provider do NOT go to Sky, terrible service.

@isplumm @SkyHelpTeam Had all sorts of problems a week and a ½ ago for a few days, new router included, for the price it's really shocking service. All working now, until the next outage of course.

@SkyHelpTeam is there a sound problem on Sky F1 UHD (currently F3 qualifying)? I have sound on HD, but silence when I swap to UHD. I've tried Dolby Digital, Normal and DD+ from settings, with no difference, and UHD films play fine.
