    @OpenreachHelp Have you seen my (increasingly desperate) questions today?? With your call centres closed my provider @SkyHelpTeam has no way of contacting you in order to help me.

    And yet - as I keep saying repeatedly to @OpenreachHelp - @SkyHelpTeam cannot get in touch with them to find out WTF is going on because all their contact centres are closed. Meanwhile I’m stuck here waiting for nearly two weeks for a working internet connection.

    So, tell me @OpenreachHelp - where is the engineer who promised he’d be back on Monday to complete the fix on my internet issue. And then switched to Thursday. And still not done? @SkyHelpTeam apparently can’t call your contact centre as it’s closed.

    @SkyHelpTeam I must call about once/twice a day since 22 June when my internet went down. I called three times on Friday to be told they can’t contact @OpenreachHelp via the phone so couldn’t pin them down about when my internet will be properly fixed. It’s just absolutely disgraceful

    @AngloDane70 @OpenreachHelp was meant to finish the job on Monday. I was told they’d be here that morning. They weren’t. @SkyHelpTeam told me it was going to be today. Still not done. 11 days after reporting the problem.

    Still no internet. Off since Monday. Hugely adverse effect on my business. @SkyHelpTeam palming the blame off on @OpenreachHelp and apparently not able to tell me when it will be fixed or why it’s taking so long. I’d never get away with such appalling service with my clients.

    This is obviously affecting my business and apparently @SkyUK has had no notification from @OpenreachHelp that an engineer is on the case. I know times are tricky but be honest in the first place about the fix time.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband down in PO15 area. Amber internet connection light. Router reset did not help.

    My internet has been down since Monday due to an external connection fault. I am a superfast broadband user so was told by @SkyUK that I was entitled to a 24 hour turnaround on an engineer fixing this. Still no internet and today I’m told it could be more then 48 hours.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    @SkyHelpTeam So, here I am with my Internet still not working properly almost 2 weeks after I first reported the issue. It’s a ridiculous state of affairs and I’ve wasted so much time sitting on the phone waiting to get through to your help centre.

    @AliRVowles @bbcrb @SkyHelpTeam The engineer turned up today. Still can’t fix it completely as the box is on a main road so he needs back up. Coming back on Monday. But this is the FIRST time he’s worked on the issue which I reported on Monday. I’ve been fobbed off all week! Told they were trying to fix it!

    @SkyHelpTeam Engineer can’t fix it properly. Said he’d come back on Monday didn’t show up. All week long I’m calling you to be told that you’re trying to get in touch with OR. I called on Friday, was told again there was no way of getting in touch with them as their call centres were closed

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just spent 30 minutes on the phone to the help team. Nothing they can do as @OpenreachHelp aren’t taking calls from them so they can’t find out when the engineer intends to finally show up. Absolutely ridiculous situation. Stalemate.

    @SkyHelpTeam I was told it’s 24 hours and 48 tops for me by your support team on Monday as I am a superfast broadband customer. I told you this the other day and got no response. This is what I’m referring to.

    @SkyHelpTeam You guys don’t seem to be reading my tweets and DMs. I reported it on 22 June. Was told 48 hours tops as I was a superfast BB customer. All week was told it was being worked on. Engineer arrived last Saturday (first time he’d been briefed) Couldn’t fix it properly.

    Hey @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam. On Friday I had to call because our router hadn't arrived before our service started today. The woman I spoke to (from Aberdeen) was SO helpful. Router arrived this morning & now everything is up and running perfectly. Please give her a pat on the back!👍

    Interesting - just got a mail from @SkyUK saying: "We’re making you a Gold Sky VIP as you’ve been with us for over 5 years." I LEFT them as a customer over 5 years ago. I have not been a customer at all for over 5 years...
