    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Broadband was iffy at best yesterday but today it has been up and down (mostly down🤬) ALL DAY!! 😭It is evident I am not the only one. Many rely on internet access to actually work from home in these times.... #skybroadband

    The @SkySports subscription via mobile/Google Play is such a scam. I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I have formally asked for Sky Q to be removed after two frustrating months. It is unreliable and not fit for purpose. I will fight to have Sky+ reinstated or I will cancel the TV as you are not able to keep up your side of the contract

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet has been playing up all week and now over the last 24hrs it's not connected, reconnecting, and not connecting over and over again. Orange light flashing constantly or no light at all. Service checker says no issues in your area. This is getting ridiculous
