I will fight to have Sky+ reinstated or I will cancel the TV as you are not able to keep up your side of the contract

It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.

I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service.
