    The @SkySports subscription via mobile/Google Play is such a scam. I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m at the end of my tether with the poor quality of signal with Sky broadband. It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I have formally asked for Sky Q to be removed after two frustrating months. It is unreliable and not fit for purpose. I will fight to have Sky+ reinstated or I will cancel the TV as you are not able to keep up your side of the contract

    @SkyUK we signed up to sky in February and used the recommend a friend scheme from my mum who has been a sky customer for 15+ years got told we’d receive £75 pre paid MasterCard each after 3 months. We’re still waiting !!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any work going on in the DY13 area? I raised an issue earlier in the week about not getting the correct speeds whilst on LAN/Ethernet. This afternoon, internet is completely off. I’ve restarted router, reset it and gone through the Sky troubleshooting.

    @SkyHelpTeam I think the company's IT needs upgrading, everytime I call there is always an issue with the computers or the system. Today's one led me from a Fibre issue to just cancelling TV and BB because of the 90 minute wait.

    @SkyHelpTeam no wonder #ParamountPlusuk is free with #SkyCinema because its garbage. 12 minutes into Planes Trains and Automobiles it jumps to end credits. 8 minutes into The Nutty Professor with Jerry Lewis it jumps 45 minutes further forward. Sort it out for heaven sake 🙄

    @SkyUK You need to fix your upgrade page, try to review for faster broadband and it gets stuck on a refresh loop. Same thing happens in the VIP app too.

    @cityreport_ @SkySports Acting like he’s imprisoned on the bench. Silva and cancelo are the only two outfield players to have more starts than him. Ridiculous to see a club legend leave in such a terrible way. Aguero, David silva and Kim pant would never.
