    @Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

    @skyuk. This service really sucks. Internet failure at 15.55. Called the support line who said there’s no problem on the line. Engineer booked for Thurs pm. Turns out there’s an outage across the whole area. Why did your support desk not know this?

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

    @Lewis47234913 @SkyHelpTeam Don’t bother. I’m 7-8 weeks in waiting for super fast broadband and we’ve had no internet in all that time. Customer service keep telling me it’s open reach but no one is connecting us. 5 children, (3 school age) and 1 adult working at home and no internet at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam had an engineer in to fix a problem with the phone, but now the broadband is not connecting all day since he's been. Any way to fix this as it's impossible to work from home without internet.

    @SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

    Fancy paying my Sky bill then? Hardly ever on main channels shoved out soon as SkySports+ came out, poor quailty as always, how is it 2026 and we dont have camera angles to show all sides of tries and challenges from a Billion £ company!

    Actually insane how times I've opened the skysports app praying/expecting to see a "BREAKING: Arne Slot sacked" story this season and not got one. What are the higher ups at #lfc playing at? Never seen a more obvious need/desire from fans to sack a manager yet they just wont act.
