@SkyHelpTeam I’m at the end of my tether with the poor quality of signal with Sky broadband. It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.

@SkyUK we signed up to sky in February and used the recommend a friend scheme from my mum who has been a sky customer for 15+ years got told we’d receive £75 pre paid MasterCard each after 3 months. We’re still waiting !!!!

The @SkySports subscription via mobile/Google Play is such a scam. I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I have formally asked for Sky Q to be removed after two frustrating months. It is unreliable and not fit for purpose. I will fight to have Sky+ reinstated or I will cancel the TV as you are not able to keep up your side of the contract

@nukke741 @SkyHelpTeam During the last 'update' our neighbour had a medical emergency, we were unable to dial 999 using our home phone and I had to drive 15 mins to get a phone signal in order to get help. Someone IS GOING TO DIE because of these downtimes. Lucky a Defib was closer than a phone signal

@SkyHelpTeam My issue is apparently now with the order recovery team, who promised me a call on Thursday. I have still not been contacted. I have had a to call customer service several to ask for an update. At least three callbacks promised have not materialised.

On the 4/9 will be 2 months since I place an order with @SkyHelpTeam for broadband and still no connection due to @OpenreachHelp cabinet capacity issues this is the same as @virginmedia meaning I haven't a way of getting a broadband connection in Greater London anymore. Thanks
