I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.

Only just found out. She’s now terrified of having an engineer visit again.

Madrid wants Vini to stay but there is no agreement on Vinis side yet, we’ve been known that and it still all comes down to Vini.
