    @Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

    @SkyHelpTeam Ordered it 3 days ago, still no remote. Having to rely on an Amazon firestick to watch TV. Other than the standby buttons, If the puck system we have actually had buttons to control the channels, we would at least have a small solution to this constant problem #baffled

    @SW18_67FC @swfc @SkySports But it did happen. Poor stewarding and fans not sitting in allocated area I’d imagine will be ti blame. However with good stewarding you can eradicate the latter. It’s nowt to do with losing. You won, we moved on to next game. However safety needs to be addressed.
