@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

@Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

@SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

@skyuk. This service really sucks. Internet failure at 15.55. Called the support line who said there’s no problem on the line. Engineer booked for Thurs pm. Turns out there’s an outage across the whole area. Why did your support desk not know this?

@SkyHelpTeam Part of the issue is you try your best to avoid talking to customers! Takes at least 10 days for an engineer visit..& a day off work each time! 3 visits later & I'm still having issues..& not receiving a service that costs a fortune!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I contacted a broadband expert via the link provided. I was told on Saturday that an engineer would visit me to resolve an issue yesterday. My issue still hasn’t been resolved and I’ve had no updates since then. 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam I have a sky package with TV &BB, but whenever I log it it tells me to join sky and is only saying that I have a mobile contract (added later than tv/BB) I'm more than happy to cancel my BB since its absolutely diabolical, however why does it say I don't have it?

@SkyHelpTeam Been on the phone for over half a day now with various teams and still no help. Now being told we won’t have an engineer visit until 4th March?! To be stood up again? Isn’t not providing a service and still charging going against the contract?
