I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

Many rely on internet access to actually work from home in these times.... #skybroadband

Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service
