I will fight to have Sky+ reinstated or I will cancel the TV as you are not able to keep up your side of the contract

I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service
