@Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

@SkyHelpTeam I seem to be having an issue where when I’m playing Diablo 3 my internet just randomly cuts out for a minute at a time, but happens frequently (1 or 2 times an hour). All lights on the modem stay 4, solid, green lights but I have no internet in that moment.
