    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    @Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

    @SkyHelpTeam my father was due to have Sky multiroom fitted on Sunday 11 December. We had to cancel,it as he is in hospital for the foreseeable future. His future bill still shows a charge for multi room, can you let me know when this will be removed.

    @SkyHelpTeam The wifi engineer tested the router whilst he was here and the system seemed to work fine but this is most definitely the line. My wife has been on the phone with your team for well over an hour as well and we STILL don't have a resolution with an OpenReach engineer coming out

    @SkyHelpTeam We rang to cancel and this was where it gets even more infuriating - the guy said he was going to speak to the technical team, kept us on hold for 14 minutes until guess what, his shift finished, so he didn't need to speak to us again!

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely disgusted with your service tonight, we had an engineer round, who replaced the router but not long after he left the internet went down. I called a member of your team immediately that it went down and whilst I was on the call to him, it went down AGAIN
