    @Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    @SkyHelpTeam I have contacted Blizzard about this, yes, and they say there's no issues their end. It happens with no other games. I had this problem with Virgin Media in the past at my old address and they had to come out to replace the whole modem. I done some sort of packet tracking then

    @SkyHelpTeam I seem to be having an issue where when I’m playing Diablo 3 my internet just randomly cuts out for a minute at a time, but happens frequently (1 or 2 times an hour). All lights on the modem stay 4, solid, green lights but I have no internet in that moment.

    @SkyHelpTeam just curious. When I pay for a service and that service (sky cinema) states a particular programme starts at particular time, and it doesn't start on time, is this false advertising, and therefore a breach of contract or misselling?
