@SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

@SkySports @premierleague been a football season ticket holder since 1986 - if VAR carries on ruining football then will not renew and cancel sky - your choice but in 5 years you may find empty stadiums the normal as fans leave

@Lewis47234913 @SkyHelpTeam Don’t bother. I’m 7-8 weeks in waiting for super fast broadband and we’ve had no internet in all that time. Customer service keep telling me it’s open reach but no one is connecting us. 5 children, (3 school age) and 1 adult working at home and no internet at all.

@SkyHelpTeam had an engineer in to fix a problem with the phone, but now the broadband is not connecting all day since he's been. Any way to fix this as it's impossible to work from home without internet.

@SkyHelpTeam It came back on at half 6 this morning. It’s the second outage in two days! Just as I’ve had my 10 day period, why all of a sudden is it going on/off? Think your engineer/techs need to do a thorough investigation of what’s causing this issue.
