    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    @Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam This has happened and no one is prepared to resolve the connection issues. Who can deal with it? This is being ignored by everyone. Can details of a specific person who has responsibility for this be provided? Without this the issue will remain.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've been through it all, i wont pay for something i know is not my fault. Compo due now because you havnt stuck to the guarantee. 3 days worth. It clearly says the issue is between street box and hub, nothings changed from my hub to phone socket, so clearly outside.

    @SkyHelpTeam Do you actually have a contact number regarding a mobile phone SIM card issue as I've been looking online and can't find it. I took out a SIM card deal with you and I'm getting a stupid amount of calls to this new number that clearly belonged to someone else.
