@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

@Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

@SkyHelpTeam Between Sky and @OpenreachHelp it’s a a bit of a joke that you book an open reach engineer to fix a fault then a sky engineer has to come because it isn’t fixed and then Sky can’t do anything because it’s an open reach fault! Now I have to wait till Monday for another visit!

@SkySports Of course he should remain as captain. He might just reflect on the reasons we lost yesterday. Not quite enough runs, bowling at the end not tight enough, a bit of bad luck, and psychologically we lost an edge thinking we would win.
