@SkyUK your internet is the ******* worse, lost count the times I’ve had issues with this and your troubleshoot is to reset the internet etc, it doesn’t ******* work, new router same ****. Shouldn’t be on 5mb for the majority of every day.

@SkyHelpTeam So, here I am with my Internet still not working properly almost 2 weeks after I first reported the issue. It’s a ridiculous state of affairs and I’ve wasted so much time sitting on the phone waiting to get through to your help centre.

@SkyHelpTeam You guys don’t seem to be reading my tweets and DMs. I reported it on 22 June. Was told 48 hours tops as I was a superfast BB customer. All week was told it was being worked on. Engineer arrived last Saturday (first time he’d been briefed) Couldn’t fix it properly.

@SkyHelpTeam I must call about once/twice a day since 22 June when my internet went down. I called three times on Friday to be told they can’t contact @OpenreachHelp via the phone so couldn’t pin them down about when my internet will be properly fixed. It’s just absolutely disgraceful

And yet - as I keep saying repeatedly to @OpenreachHelp - @SkyHelpTeam cannot get in touch with them to find out WTF is going on because all their contact centres are closed. Meanwhile I’m stuck here waiting for nearly two weeks for a working internet connection.

@SkyHelpTeam Engineer can’t fix it properly. Said he’d come back on Monday didn’t show up. All week long I’m calling you to be told that you’re trying to get in touch with OR. I called on Friday, was told again there was no way of getting in touch with them as their call centres were closed

@Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

@ohheeyitshollie @SkyHelpTeam It's so infuriating. Constant issues, second or third complete outage in a month, and nobody at Sky "help" has a clue. It's been 2 1/2 hours since it collapsed and there's not one member of customer service available. I absolutely hate Sky, @Ofcom should be all over this.

@SkyHelpTeam That’s the problem. There is nothing saying how long it’ll take for someone to contact us. It just says you ‘aim’ to resolve the whole issue within 2-5 days. Far too vague!

@papajimbo1983 @SkyHelpTeam It's not your modem. Sky is broken. Been awful for months, the last outage was about 6 hours on a Sunday, though there were a number of issues elsewhere yesterday. You'll get no recompense either, just a shrug.
