@SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been out since midnight, Sky checking tool says there's an outage in our area, but has no details - is there any way to see more (maybe an ETA)? Earlier the general service status said there was a problem but that seems to have cleared up.

@skyuk. This service really sucks. Internet failure at 15.55. Called the support line who said there’s no problem on the line. Engineer booked for Thurs pm. Turns out there’s an outage across the whole area. Why did your support desk not know this?

@SkyHelpTeam had an engineer in to fix a problem with the phone, but now the broadband is not connecting all day since he's been. Any way to fix this as it's impossible to work from home without internet.

@SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

@Lewis47234913 @SkyHelpTeam Don’t bother. I’m 7-8 weeks in waiting for super fast broadband and we’ve had no internet in all that time. Customer service keep telling me it’s open reach but no one is connecting us. 5 children, (3 school age) and 1 adult working at home and no internet at all.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m speaking with sky technical most days, they cannot tell me when it will be fixed. However after one month of broken broadband I can leave my contract with sky. That’s really not helpful ! I expect the service fixed.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just had to spend £33 on extra data for kids phones to do homework due to constant broadband dropping due to outages. This is week three!!! Thanks Sky, maybe you should be shouting at BT open reach to fix the problem so we can work at home #frustrated

Day 10 of no internet and no landline, courtesy of @skyUK. Also Day 10 of no explanation as to the nature of the problem. Day 10, too, of messages every two days saying they'll update me again in two days. It may well be Openreach's fault, but some information would be 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I have spoken to your help team who said they couldn't help. I spoke to someone on the technical team, who wasn't in the least technical but indicated sky were fine with Openreach saying something else cropped so they didn't bother with my issue again. I have 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam This has been absolutely ridiculous. Been spending all day trying to fix the slow upload problem to no avail. Live Chat took 50 minutes to connect. Tech team phone number was just an automated call telling me to check help online.. a JOKE.
