    Anyone else having issues with @SkyUK broadband. Last few months it’s barely worked properly. Old fashioned dial up would be quicker and better. Horrendous service. Time to leave.

    @SkyHelpTeam had a sky hd box for 5 years plus with no problems.Had engineer round today to install sky Q and three hours after he left it’s stopped working. Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

    @PRITCHNEWS @GNev2 @SkySports @GNev2 doesn’t manage them (yet) but I agree , I was hoping @ManUtd would still be in their pomp ready for @LUFC to knock them down next season in the #Premiere at this rate we will cross over or beating them won’t represent much of an achievement.

    Wow! Just received rubbish customer service from @SkyUK. A month ago I was told I was a VIP loyal customer and today after being let down on an installation a week ago with no communication since, I have been told I'm not important enough to speak to a customer service manager!

    @SkyUK, @SkyHelpTeam cancelling an engineer at 5.15pm and giving me a new engineer date of 17th Jan is poor customer service to say the least! Then to be asked by an impatient call handler who I should suggest he puts me through to is ridiculous! Customer satisfaction POOR!

    Day 6 of no internet and 3 teenagers unable to do home schooling😡we’ve been a customer of @SkyUK for nearly 20 years, pay for all channels every year and what absolutely appalling customer service we’ve had 🤬🤬 no closer to sorting the problem so we have to just wait and wait

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m frustrated that your colleague found there was an outage, but that seemingly nothing is being done about it? And other folk in the area are being told there’s no issue? Am currently on hold to speak to someone but it’s apparently going to be a 45-min wait.

    @SkyHelpTeam They said they need to track down who offered the discount because the team I got through to was unable to do it. The annoying thing is I started this 30 jan agreed the price, wasn’t done spoke to some one 6th feb who said would correct it and still not done

    @liamredmondo96 @SkySports Dosen't help when all our top CBs are injured, forcing us to throw not 1, but 2 key midfielders into the backline to compensate, which then forces the other midfielders and full backs to drop back more to help the 2 mids due to lack of pace, which then leaves the attack isolated.
