Itโs dropped out on me 10+ times today (router shows orange light for internet) and then reconnects a few mins later. When it works the speed is fine itโs the reliability that is the problem.

I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

Customer service keep telling me itโs open reach but no one is connecting us. 5 children, (3 school age) and 1 adult working at home and no internet at all.
