    @SkyHelpTeam How do I let you know that I am a key worker and my broadband issue is a real problem. I’ve run diagnostics and it says external issue. I’ve booked an engineer. However the text couldn’t guarantee it will be sorted quickly, and but you are prioritising key workers.

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue is the WiFi on the main sky box drops every day, it needs to be reconnected, this drops the SkyQ around the house, reactivate and reset WiFi all fine (15mins) I keep ringing and telling sky but not interested

    @SkyHelpTeam For the same reason as I outlined in my first tweet. I have called the sales team twice and both times there were ‘technical issues’, both told me to call customer services because you don’t have the facilities to arrange a call back, I give up with sky.
