It’s dropped out on me 10+ times today (router shows orange light for internet) and then reconnects a few mins later. When it works the speed is fine it’s the reliability that is the problem.

Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!
