It’s dropped out on me 10+ times today (router shows orange light for internet) and then reconnects a few mins later. When it works the speed is fine it’s the reliability that is the problem.

And to be fair that's as good as can be expected as the standard is poor. Any shot on target has a reasonable chance of going in because of the standard of goalkeeping. Customer service keep telling me it’s open reach but no one is connecting us. 5 children, (3 school age) and 1 adult working at home and no internet at all.
