I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!

They gave me a price for all services to recontract. We agreed Iโd go and think about it. When I called back hours later they refused the offer! Disgusting.
