Wow! Just received rubbish customer service from @SkyUK. A month ago I was told I was a VIP loyal customer and today after being let down on an installation a week ago with no communication since, I have been told I'm not important enough to speak to a customer service manager!

So, @SkyHelpTeam Sky upgraded me to SkyQ on Tues PM, which they mucked up as the picture breaks up and turns off after 10 minutes. Won't send anyone to fix their failed install for 10 days. I would watch TV on my laptop...except sky broadband has been down since weds morning FFS!
