    The total failure @SkyUK to resolve our problem is mind numbing. “I’m sorry you can’t call us right now” then a DM on twitter to say “just hold and someone will take your call” so I’ve now called three times and been cut off every time. Time to cancel our DD!

    @SkyUK we’ve been trying to cancel our sky package since last Monday and keep getting a message saying “sorry this is unavailable, please try again later”. I managed to pause it today. I’ve looked and I’ve been charged in full for March although we haven’t used the service...

    @SkyHelpTeam How do I let you know that I am a key worker and my broadband issue is a real problem. I’ve run diagnostics and it says external issue. I’ve booked an engineer. However the text couldn’t guarantee it will be sorted quickly, and but you are prioritising key workers.

    @SkyUK Engineer calls to fit internet/BB. Line has only 1mb when you checked the line and told my wife 76mb! Been trying to get resolved for 5hrs!! Latest call waiting 31mins and accounting. Terrible service, avoid everyone!!!

    @SkyUK we received our replacement router today with boost ... since we put it on we have no tv and intermittent internet ... no use to me ... I need reliable constant internet not one that works for 10 mins and goes off and I am paying for a tv service I can no longer use

    Had sky for 2 days now and haven’t had anything worse @SkyHelpTeam. Tried to call the customer service and they hung up on me. Not the service I hoped for. So tempted to just cancel my contract.

    @SkySports Maybe you should rethink having Andy Walker as a commentator as he is neither fair, balanced nor professional when Rangers FC are playing. His hatred & bitterness for all things Rangers are quite obvious. Ian Crocker was just as bad during the Hibs v Rangers match.

    @SkyHelpTeam engineer calls to house to install internet & BB. You told line had 76mb he confirms line has less then 1mb and needs Openreach to fix line!! Total joke! Been on phone 31 mins to get Sky Recovery!! Will never trust your company again.
