The issue shown on your site is NOT local, it is 400 miles away. Really, something in Scotland is affecting Berkshire?

Customer service keep telling me it’s open reach but no one is connecting us. 5 children, (3 school age) and 1 adult working at home and no internet at all.

I have tried all of the simple troubleshooting steps and is still not working. We have had a sky broadband connection for nearly a year with no problems.

This is week three!!! Thanks Sky, maybe you should be shouting at BT open reach to fix the problem so we can work at home #frustrated

Earlier the general service status said there was a problem but that seems to have cleared up.
