@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Is there broadband issues in GU22 area? It’s dropped out on me 10+ times today (router shows orange light for internet) and then reconnects a few mins later. When it works the speed is fine it’s the reliability that is the problem.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi William, unfortunately they cannot test as the fault rectifies within the minute so no chance to diagnose the issue. This is why I need an engineer to check the connection, live on site as Sky won't accept a video of the issue occurring.
