    @SkyUK we’ve been trying to cancel our sky package since last Monday and keep getting a message saying “sorry this is unavailable, please try again later”. I managed to pause it today. I’ve looked and I’ve been charged in full for March although we haven’t used the service...

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have Sky Mobile and Sky Broadband & having problems making and receiving calls. If I use mobile signal, the phone cuts out part way through the call. If I use Wi-Fi calling, in the last 2 weeks the quality degrades & then cuts out, despite high internet speed.

    @SkyHelpTeam sky broadband honestly the worst decision we made at home, after a few months stops connecting to sky box and the mini box ffs, had a guy come and give us a new box and a few months later same problem. Had to hotspot phone to get some work done, ffs.

    @SkyHelpTeam SkyQ box on its arse again. Three boxes in six months. There is clearly a issue with either HW or SW quality. Which needs sorting quickly! Paying a premium for a shoddy service. Sort it or I’m off elsewhere… sky aren’t the only game in town
