    @SkyHelpTeam it seems unfair to couples who only have one TV not to be able to watch Sky Sport in ultra HD even if you have a Sky Q box. I don’t mind paying extra, but not on multibox I would never use!

    Our experience of @SkyUK customer service is appalling. A example of how not to do it. I feel your #pain try using an ex-employee (there are plenty of them) or a moonlighter who care about #CustomerService unlike Sky - it may cost you, but soooo worth it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, time and time and time again, promised call backs which never come! Signed upto fibre twice and twice cancelled due to not enough room in the exchange! I just want internet sorted out, might be best if I go else where
