Earlier the general service status said there was a problem but that seems to have cleared up.

I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

And to be fair that's as good as can be expected as the standard is poor. Any shot on target has a reasonable chance of going in because of the standard of goalkeeping. It’s dropped out on me 10+ times today (router shows orange light for internet) and then reconnects a few mins later. When it works the speed is fine it’s the reliability that is the problem.
