@SkyHelpTeam had a sky hd box for 5 years plus with no problems.Had engineer round today to install sky Q and three hours after he left it’s stopped working. Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

@SkyHelpTeam do you run maintenence or something every night between 1am - 2:30am? My Internet goes off without fail during this time, usually at 2:30 but not always (e.g. tonight.) If there's a valid reason for this then fine but if not you need to rectify it ASAP.

@walksy2010 @SkyUK Sadly it's what I've come to expect as a long term customer. Nothing for loyalty, everything for new business. My monthly rate creeps up every few months disguised as value added service. Complete rip off, I'm on their lowest possible package now.
