The @SkySports subscription via mobile/Google Play is such a scam. I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.

@deebop14 @emkav @SkyHelpTeam Wow this was a while ago.. I seem to remember the problem was in the actual phone exchange round the corner which is ancient in my area. I logged that many problems with Sky I was free to leave my contract. Luckily a far faster broadband in my street now. Hope this helped

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Matt. Already done that two weeks ago, will be cancelling my contract immediately, and moving elsewhere. Spoken with a sky advisor every other day, and just get told 'it's being worked on' and cant even tell me the issue. Unacceptable.
