    @SkyUK, @SkyHelpTeam cancelling an engineer at 5.15pm and giving me a new engineer date of 17th Jan is poor customer service to say the least! Then to be asked by an impatient call handler who I should suggest he puts me through to is ridiculous! Customer satisfaction POOR!

    Wow! Just received rubbish customer service from @SkyUK. A month ago I was told I was a VIP loyal customer and today after being let down on an installation a week ago with no communication since, I have been told I'm not important enough to speak to a customer service manager!

    @wame___ On communication with Skysports.. right before the accident. Christina Horner said " we need a miracle" and Schumacker & Latifi at the back gave them the "miracle". All units were active after that.. Masi.. the slow driver of the safety car. It was well co-ordinated.

    @darraghbryan1 @SkyUK It was never advertised as having record facilities. Nor was it in any of the specs. It's literally a TV full of links to the appropriate streaming services. It's basically a **** 60hz £850 TV.

    @SkyUK It is 💩. Picture isn’t that good. Has loads less channels than Sky Q. Cannot record. Streams stuff on the usual platforms. No Freeview unless the wifi drops. It is awful.
