After 18 years as a loyal @SkyUK TV customer I have cancelled my subscription. I'd finally had enough after spending hours being messed around by Sky customer services. No attempt was made to retain my custom so I will be going elsewhere and taking my 4 mobile contracts with me

@Lewis47234913 @SkyHelpTeam Don’t bother. I’m 7-8 weeks in waiting for super fast broadband and we’ve had no internet in all that time. Customer service keep telling me it’s open reach but no one is connecting us. 5 children, (3 school age) and 1 adult working at home and no internet at all.

@SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

@ells_afc @ThreeUK I'm blacklisted by @SkyUK for a mobile phone offer they initially refused to honour until I proved they were in the wrong. Since then, my VIP Diamond status built up over 23 years has vanished. I just use a different network now with a free SIM and a cash top up each month.

@SkyHelpTeam For several days now I have received the same error message when trying to use any on demand content ‘download failed. item unavailable’. This is a widespread issue with your customers and needs fixing or customers compensating for lack of service.

@RuButler03 @SkyHelpTeam Oh yes. Long story of problems which have been 'sorted' but engineer said there is a known problem with Sky and BT and I'm fed up paying for things I can't use
