@SkyHelpTeam I’m at the end of my tether with the poor quality of signal with Sky broadband. It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.

@SkyHelpTeam You may want to fix your system that generates letters. The last letter I received said there were no outstanding fees, but the email I received this AM suggests an Early Termination Charge. Glad I swiched to a different ISP.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma - no thanks-there is no SLA for business broadband for outages, so not necessarily any better in this situation. So many nearby clearly switched to mobile data that my Sky mobile is running much slower than usual (too slow to be useful for work)

@SkyHelpTeam It says that my broadband looks good but its clearly isn't. Speed tests also say it's OK but it dead slow and stop. All my devices buffer or stop, via WiFi or directly connected to router, please help. Any other suggestions?
