@SkyHelpTeam Hi Claire, I seem now be having more problems with connectivity upstairs than before even after making sure they were both on same setting. Particularly GBNews which is highly disappointing. Even when I switch to other news channels it is the same. Not at all happy I’m afraid.

Why have @SkySports got the NBA finals on YouTube TV with such poor presenters & commentary. Where have ABC/TNT gone? Got 3 guys sat up in the rafters. I’m surprised they can even see the action they are so far away. Pathetic coverage 😡

@MajorGowen_ @glosuk68 @SkyHelpTeam 3/3 .... which time I have struggled to maintain my subscriptions for a service package which has barely been used ! I gave up trying to contact them for help (ie contract pause, payment reduction or rebate perhaps) as a result but am currently in some difficulty over it.

@SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

After 18 years as a loyal @SkyUK TV customer I have cancelled my subscription. I'd finally had enough after spending hours being messed around by Sky customer services. No attempt was made to retain my custom so I will be going elsewhere and taking my 4 mobile contracts with me

@SkyHelpTeam hope all is well, @virginmedia have just increased my bill again for broadband (£32 increase per month in the last 10 months, disgraceful) are there any deals for a Sky customer for broadband?

@SkyHelpTeam hi there. More issues with sky glass! This time the puck remote control won’t respond. Have tried to reset the puck several times, pressed 4&6 and then 1&3 on the remote. Reseated the batteries and nothing works! The remote still moves the sound of the TV. 😤

@SkyUK why the hell are you putting my Broadband up again? Nothings changed. I still get the same service. You haven't upgraded the network in my area. Maybe if you stopped paying @idriselba for your adverts, we wouldn't have to pay the increases.

@SkyHelpTeam just spent 45 mins on the phone sorting our broadband issues, and it's still not working! Keeps skipping in and out of connection, and has been for a month now! #fuming
