So unimpressed with @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been without signal for nearly a week, have to wait another week and a half fir an engineer to come out. Wish I had never gone with sky for my TV & broadband. Signal strength is also crap.

Interesting call with @SkyUK - called to ask if they have any deals for broadband for my renewal to match what I've found online. Told no so will be switching to Now - It's NEVER happened to me that a service provider has chosen to lose a customer instead of doing a deal!
