@SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam That number doesn’t take you to the mobile case team… it’s general customer services . I know… I’ve phoned it 13 times in the last 17 days. The mobile team are supposed to call back… they haven’t on every occasion

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I’m a sky customer tried various devices, it’s unclear what they mean by first two digits of card ending, tried them all and after 3 times it says error, so I wait and try again and same thing happens

@SkyUK I’ve ran line tests and as usual it reports no problems found with my box or in my area. my internet connection keeps dropping on both wireless and wired connection. What is going on up there must?
