@SkyHelpTeam I’m at the end of my tether with the poor quality of signal with Sky broadband. It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.

@SkyHelpTeam It is a recorded message saying there Is a problem and it needs to run a second test which may cut the phone off. It runs the test and cuts the phone off. We have tried a spare router and it has the same issue which points to a connection issue as the phone line still works

When @SkyUK say they are going to cancel your broadband for you but don’t so you end up with another 30 days notice charge and cancellation fees. One of the reasons I swapped as so I didn’t have to deal with cancellations now a £113 to pay on maternity leave.
