A month ago I was told I was a VIP loyal customer and today after being let down on an installation a week ago with no communication since, I have been told I'm not important enough to speak to a customer service manager!

Then to be asked by an impatient call handler who I should suggest he puts me through to is ridiculous! Customer satisfaction POOR!

I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.
