@SkyHelpTeam Broadband been down since yesterday. Had a message to say it was fixed this morning. Worked for an hour and now nothing again. Now there’s conveniently ‘a problem in my area’. When will this be fixed? I need internet to work... can’t speak to a person.

@SkyHelpTeam Unimpressed with service today. Phoned twice & cut off twice & no call back as promised if cut off. Majority of Sports channels don’t work when we pay for Sports Package. Ever since we recently tried a PPV sports event no end of issues. 18 years a customer too!
