    @SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes several times. Also have had no signal since yday afternoon I’ve tried all steps and would actually like to speak to a human on phone but all I get is automated questions etc

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Claire, I seem now be having more problems with connectivity upstairs than before even after making sure they were both on same setting. Particularly GBNews which is highly disappointing. Even when I switch to other news channels it is the same. Not at all happy I’m afraid.

    @SkyHelpTeam since I upgraded to fibre my internet is worse in the evenings and weekends. It's caused a massive argument in my family. Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).

    Why have @SkySports got the NBA finals on YouTube TV with such poor presenters & commentary. Where have ABC/TNT gone? Got 3 guys sat up in the rafters. I’m surprised they can even see the action they are so far away. Pathetic coverage 😡

    @premierleague I just think repercussions need to be in place for managers talking about refereeing decisions in other games they are not apart of through the media..If they have a problem they do it through proper channels, not @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no result. There’s barely a phone signal here to do anything. It’s not only our house - other houses in the village also have no internet. Can you check if @OpenreachHelp have taken the wrong card out at the exchange? Or if this separate to the incident at Chelmsford?

    @SkyHelpTeam Aha. So I can still cancel my tv package then? I know I had a renewal for my broadband contract but didn’t see anything specific relating to my TV (which makes sense of its defaulted to the pre-offer cost).

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done this, it says no problem when several other people in my road who have sky have no internet either, it then tests my internet and says I have no connection!
