Why have @SkySports got the NBA finals on YouTube TV with such poor presenters & commentary. Where have ABC/TNT gone? Got 3 guys sat up in the rafters. I’m surprised they can even see the action they are so far away. Pathetic coverage 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Claire, I seem now be having more problems with connectivity upstairs than before even after making sure they were both on same setting. Particularly GBNews which is highly disappointing. Even when I switch to other news channels it is the same. Not at all happy I’m afraid.

@SkyHelpTeam since I upgraded to fibre my internet is worse in the evenings and weekends. It's caused a massive argument in my family. Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).

@SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

Very frustrated, Sky promise us 32mbps but we are usually lucky to get 1mbps in the evening. It's the same for others on the street. Despite providing evidence @SkyHelpTeam seem unable to resolve the problem. What a rip off. @MartinSLewis

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. We have done all of this. My husband has spent 6 hours on phone to you last week and we had BT @OpenreachHelp engineer out but we are still stuck in a contract paying a premium for the same lousy service. We can't even download a CBeebies show! Ridiculous.
