  @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. When I do a test the speed going into the hub is 79MBPS and then the actual speed on an iPad beside the hub is around 55MBPS but drops down to 5 up in the bedroom. The sky q mini box in the bedroom keeps losing its connection too.

  @SkyHelpTeam 11 days without broadband. Sky’s liaison with Openreach has been extremely poor: repeated calls, 3 cancelled appointments and engineers reconfirming that civils work is needed. Still no repair date. I just want Sky to take ownership and restore my service.

  There are lots of people on here who honestly think that Michael Carrick should’ve gone on some media outlet like @SkySports or @talkSPORT and openly criticised the owners.
