    @SkyHelpTeam You’ve twice sent the wrong engineer (MDU engineer is required) to put in Sky TV & then instead of doing everything you can to get someone there straight away (after being let down for the 2nd time) u give an appointment for 2 weeks time. Terrible CS Sky!! #skyfail

    @aaliaaaliya If you can't see cricket in your hotel it means you are not staying in a four or five-star hotel who have @SkySports Secondly @ECB_cricket &local Cricket counties provide support at the grass root level to promote cricket.Locals do take an interest in their team but are not crazy

    Dear @SkyUK please fix the lack of #pip on iPad (minimizing the video you're watching so you can use other apps while still continuing to watch) - it's incredibly frustrating not to have this feature!

    @SkyUK how can justify a premium phone line for cancelling your subscription with at least a 15 mins for a customer of nearly 20 years and you still can't call back or do it online.

    This isn't a suck up to the BBC, but the slower more rigourous fact checking that they do is what the world's most expensive game deserves. Yes, sometimes it's very slow, sometimes SkySports are first to the party, but there's countless times that they've abused this influence.

    @SpeedwayEuro Time to find a more reliable TV partner to showcase your events as @Eurosport seem to treat it with contempt as on more than one occasion they have cut in late and missed races. @SkySports or @btsport would be a better partner. #LetsMakeSpeedway

    Sky broadband has been down for Hammersmith and Fulham since 10:20 yet no update since 12:00 and no eta on repair fix. Utterly pathetic @SkyHelpTeam - Will be moving suppliers on Monday. Had enough.

    @SkyUK Shocking service by Sky. My dad’s had to waste 2 days off work waiting in. First they sent the wrong engineer, (DTH I/o MDU), profuse apologies. The next week they again sent the wrong engineer!!!!. We’re sorry but we can’t come for 2 weeks. Worst customer service ever!!!

    @enders1 @cricketworldcup @Channel4 @allstarscricket @ECB_cricket @ICC @SkySports Hence the paywall debate. Sky invests huge amounts of money back into the game, but it comes at the aforementioned price. Rugby has exactly the same problem.

    @SkyUK really disappointed with the service. Took Friday off work & waited all day to get sky installed.We had to call sky to find out they couldn’t make it to us Friday. Today I take a half day holiday as I was told I’d be first call out and it’s nearly 3pm and still no sky!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Offered sky vip diamond due to being a customer of 20 odd years. Being a diamond vip it said that I could get Sky Go Extra for free. Duly accepted then get and email saying I will be charged after offer ends.Bit scammy if so & shite way to treat long term customers.

    What the hell is happening with @SkyUK ever since the internet went down last week we have had nothing but problems with both sky Q boxes 🤬 but yes, please still charge us a fortune for the joys of a blue screen and constantly resetting the boxes!!
