Then to be asked by an impatient call handler who I should suggest he puts me through to is ridiculous! Customer satisfaction POOR!

Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

I'm not sure about waka tv, never used it. ..Skysports is only on Ipaytv.. Unless other apps which are not reliable.
