Absolutely ridiculous service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam - installed on the 9th November but nothing working till the 19th November!!! Paying for 100s of channels but receiving only 5 in that time!!

@SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

@SkyUK, @SkyHelpTeam cancelling an engineer at 5.15pm and giving me a new engineer date of 17th Jan is poor customer service to say the least! Then to be asked by an impatient call handler who I should suggest he puts me through to is ridiculous! Customer satisfaction POOR!

@SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

@SkySports I have no issue with VAR on calling the right decisions but when it take 5 minutes to decide if it was onside or offside and then call the ref over to the screen to also have a look then that’s an absolute joke.

@SkyHelpTeam anyone reported electrical interference issues with the Sky Glass puck? Have noticed “sparking” all over the screen when using it, if I go to the TV apps directly on my TV, there is no issue so clearly yet another puck problem! 🤯
