@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I did some tests and now see the issue is the wi-fi as the speed on my laptop connected to the ethernet is nearly 500Mbps! I can't physically move the hub to a central point in the house as the cables are so short. Do you provide WiFi boosters? Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK so you have plenty of agents on messenger if someone wanted to buy a Sky package but no one at all if I have faulty equipment. Nice way to treat loyal customers. I need the convenience of Messenger as I have very little time to call.

@SkyHelpTeam But you charge for roaming whereas Virgin Mobile don't which pretty sucks as I'm looking to change providers because of roaming and Sky would have been an option if you didn't charge for roaming!

@SkyHelpTeam hope your well are there any known issues with Sound on Sky Glass at the moment keep having to reset sound settings to default or it’s silent 🔇 can’t see a obvious reason as I use the built in speakers with no changes.

@SkyHelpTeam I've tried to download Manifest on my tablet but it's telling me I've reached the maximum limit for downloads - I haven't downloaded it anywhere..... not even on my TV and when I did I've deleted it! Help!

Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve raised a complaint. Ive given chance for a response and the internet is constantly disconnecting. The light goes completely out on the router. The log has the same error which you have in your messages. 7 hours I’ve waited for a response and zilch.

@gadgetgirl73 @SkyHelpTeam I resolved all my similar Sky Q issues by running Powerline adaptors to all rooms and ethernet cables to the boxes, turning off the WiFi on the mini boxes . Plus a Linksys router instead of the stock sky one. Not cheap but so worth it for streaming and WiFi coverage as well.

@virginmedia Taking the Mick right!? July 12th is when we are expected not to have intermittent service?! Next Monday... We haven't had internet for 12 hours now and it's going to be 6 days till it's back Going to look @SkyUK for internet now, nobody on our estate has had an issue with them.
