@steeleyp_ @SkySports Slight flaw to that argument is I happened to have that fully produced and packaged product on another stream (NFL GamePass) at the same time. No audio issues. It was just Sky who had the sound problem. What else you got?

@SkyHelpTeam No, there's no point. You will just tell me, again, that it isn't broken. When it clearly is. Sky advertised 'cloud recording' for playlisted programmes which is simply untrue. That Sky allowed the remote to be released like they are shows how little testing was conducted.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I know that. @OpenreachHelp did do the interior installation on Tuesday morning, the guy said someone would be there in the afternoon or Wednesday to do the outside connection and no one turned up! Never heard back until we contacted both companies.
