@SkyHelpTeam I've had an ubstable connection since 15th Dec. Working from home this is affecting my earnings. On the 18th Dec sky FINALLY arranged an engineer to come out and the soonest they could arrange is the 6th Jan!! Disgusting. Paying a premium service for NOTHING!! Thieves.
