@SkyHelpTeam Main box keeps losing network connection assume that is why mini box keeps disconnecting. Mini box multiple reasons, no connection, lost Sky Q box, no sat signal. New router but everything else - phones, laptops, iPads all connected and holding connection.

@SkyHelpTeam Don’t understand. Engineer has arrive but says not allowed in the house bit you sent me a video yesterday explaining how to have a visit safely. Router/Sky Q mini box problem. Waited 10 days for engineer. Family of 6 inc 4 kids off school. Need Sky to work!

@virginmedia is by far the worst TV, broadband and telephone service I’ve received in 20. Customer service is appalling. I was just on the phone and the customer service personal just hung up on me. I just can’t wait to leave and go back to @SkyUK. #avoid #virginmedia

@SkyHelpTeam No phone line - internet speed 6.7 this is a great tier 4 No phone calls not able to WFH or watch TV as can’t download a film or watch Netflix. Good job I like my own company and reading. Sick of your service

@SkyHelpTeam That is not the point. It happened yesterday through the country ! Why should us at home run your poxy tests that you have to be connected to WiFi for to be able to log in to run them but you can’t do that as the WiFi is down? It shouldn’t be having as many problems as it does.

@OpenreachHelp So I have had a very helpful @SkyHelpTeam visit and he has tested everything here and spoken to his Network Team who ran a test and reported that there is a Power Issue with the DSLAM so over to you OR (which is what I said all along) Frustrating isn't the work I'd use.
