Horrific customer care by @SkyUK regarding broadband contract renewal. They claim their virtual assistant can be super useful but it's dumb as f***. Then I called them, waited 30 minutes, then got transferred multiple times and waited more before they said they can't help me.

@Craig_Pankhurst @SkyUK Exactly. The problem with Sky is that they have to piggy back BT’s phone lines, if BT don’t have fibre optic then you’re buggered. It’s only in the last 6 months that Findon have had fibre optic. I had no choice to go back to Virgin.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely rubbish service from sky! Ordered broadband there was an issue! Spent an hour on the phone with an advisor, re ordered all phone only to receive a text 24 hours later today to say its been cancelled again!!
