    @SkyHelpTeam Not good enough! This isn’t the price we agreed when I renewed my contract with you. You should honour the price that was agreed. I don’t really care for the reason. You will lose a lot of customers. I’ve been a customer for 9 years and that means nothing to you!

    When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

    @bryjprit @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately not, they did mention changing the DNS for a short term fix but had already tried this. It worked for a while but back to failing now. In their reply they did say they were aware of the problem and were working on it. Its been 3 weeks now, ot happy.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am having problems downloading anything. It took me the best part of 26 hours to download a film. I've just paid £15.99 to rent Venom 2 and my download is stuck on 1% with a hard wired connection. All my other devices are working fine so it isn't my ISP
