    Dear @NOWTVSport just been on the phone to a mate who’s got @SkySports Man U scored the winner at least 2 mins earlier on his telly than they did on mine. I respectfully suggest therefore that you change the name of your service to ‘THEN TV’, as ‘HISTORY CHANNEL’ is already taken

    @SkyUK please tell me why @BTGroup needs to be contacted when trying to change my cancellation? Angela at support said there was a 'point of no return.' Please direct me towards this policy. I did not auth the sharing of info bw the 2 companies. Thx.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can I actually have a contact number to actually speak to someone? This is a joke, pay for a service and don’t receive it. You’ll be quick enough to charge if I cancelled but you don’t turn up and I get a poor reply

    @SkyUK I have followed every instruction to get Discovery+ and get to a screen that tells you to enter a number into your smart device but neither the discovery+ nor the Sky app gives me anywhere to enter this number. Please help

    @SkyUK very disappointed that Sky thinks it’s acceptable to tell someone they have to wait 3-5 days to@know when they are able to fix a loss of service - while working from home this is causing potential loss of income and/ or increase in cost for alternative solution

    @LouiseDeafAware @NOWTV NowTV are so behind with their service. No subs, no HD as standard on a paid subscription service (I mean come on @SkyUK it’s 2020), horrible user interface, and unskippable ads.

    @SkySports Another example of why VAR doesn't help the game. It's no penalty. Free kick at best. The coming together happens outside the box, Jamie & Freddie made it perfectly clear. Refereering isn't easy but there needs to be more common sense.

    @OpenreachHelp 24 hours have now passed and nobody from @SkyHelpTeam or @OpenreachHelp have given me any explanation or update as to why I still have no fibre broadband after our “installation” yesterday. Not to mention the material damage done to my property yesterday.

    Hi @SkyUK / @SkyHelpTeam - in the 5+ years I’ve used your ATROCIOUS service, not once has there been a period where it hasn’t been constantly painful, from clunky TV services to appallingly slow internet speeds despite being on the top package possible AND paying through the nose

    @ThorneintheSide @SkySports What annoys me about the whole saga is the media are telling people how they think they should behave and think. This is a free country and people should be able to express their support or not in what way they see fit !

    I believe the ball went out however #var and #PremierLeague are now frantically sorting it so this never happens to Man Utd themselves in a game, and not surprisingly @SkySports haven’t done a Hawkeye type angle and only show the behind goal views which only prove so much

    @DaveTreanor mines still down also went down halloween ?! not much help sending engineer 2 weeks after 11/11 it’s a struggle why am i paying for broadband plus lots of data for me plus teenagers minus internet for essay writing - a levels .. it’s disgusting ! @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had constant problems with broadband since switching to Sky Glass. I only get 10MB too - it’s impossible to get through on the phone - how can this be fixed please ??

    @SkyHelpTeam internet has been down since 6:30pm. Line to exchange ok (which is why your online tools report no problem) but no data traffic. Many Sky broadband customers in Burton in Lonsdale and Ingleton report the same issue at exactly the same time.

    @virginmedia Yep. Now saying they have to dig up the road and it'll be another 3 weeks. Currently cancelling our contract with Virgin and going to @SkyHelpTeam as at least they seem to know what's going on (the fact its taken customer service 10mins just to cancel our contract says a lot)

    @SkyHelpTeam Sep 30th, October 19th, October 27th. In the past 5 weeks my internet has gone down due to a "Service outage" (not maintenance) for several hours on these 3 occasions. With short term outages around midnight on a few other days. Why is #Skybroadband so unreliable?

    @SkyHelpTeam Can I suggest, as I've stated earlier, that CAT6 cables are giving with the routers, especially ultra and above. The money spent on broadband and you get awful patch cables, not good value for money.
