I am so sorry, but I am about to have a rant. All morning I've been having really bad wifi connection with my Sky Broadband during my work morning and I'm having to do all my work calls on my mobile phone instead. It's rubbish! I pay enough to @SkyUK As it is!

@SkyHelpTeam We stopped the uhd download and down loaded in hd, ( which still appeared slow, bug with less data to move was ok ) My non-sky broadband download speed was measuring over 350 Mbs at the time.

@SkyHelpTeam That's mental and utterly pointless. Taking a payment for a service you know we're not going to use and you know you're going to have to give back. This is 2021 not 1990. You're not protecting against a bouncing cheque. There is no need to take the payment. Rectify quickly pls.

@SkyHelpTeam The mini boxes connect via a mesh network created by the main box, this is the issue, not my broadband wifi network which is also mesh and creates no problems for other devices, the only problem is with the network created by the sky q box

@SkyHelpTeam Its not an issue with my broadband, its the signal from the main box, apparently needs boosted, wasn’t an issue before, until I upgraded my main box to hdr compatible one, clearly a poorer signal emitted by this box. Shocking that you try and push the blame to another party

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband goes down on a daily basis in CT19. Probably 3-4 times a day. Seriously considering changing providers.
