    @SkyHelpTeam I am a Sky customer. I don't think the call was from Sky! The caller only mentioned Call Guardian and couldn't answer who my provider is. Thanks anyway. I await an answer to confirm. I have telephone preference service.

    @hayley_emma1 @bt_uk @SkyUK Interesting that @bt_uk responded quicker than @SkyUK AND they got your name right. Now, if only BT could actually be better at actually getting your phone line working you’d be a happy customer and wouldn’t have to take another half day off work. Fingers crossed H.

    can i report bad customer service from a man called rodger from your company. I told him about my broband i need it moved into my room and it felt like he didn't want to book it in for me he kept over powering and not helpful at all. he thought i was a kid . @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

    because when he said it would £65 pound for the main socket to be moved in my room to get good service . he then said we don't supply that service when he clearly said it would cost £65 to move the socket . seemed like he wanted his way (rodger) @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam very poor

    im getting fed up with @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK . all week I've been trying to ring and no answer saying my bill aint been paid and it has . it's a joke fed up with this service

    @SkyUK after 15 years of custom, we have to move to Virgin ( gutted) Your dishes can’t accommodate the high rises being built around hour home in London. Sky- Please move on with your technology, we never wanted to leave you!

    yes he told to get cables what ive already tried and it felt like he didn't belive me . awful service . I pay a lot of money for my sky i don't expect my services to be slow and if a customer wants help he should be helping not over powering and not believing @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam My 4G network on @O2 is MUCH faster than your broadband service, when you promised to give me 17mbps. This has been happening for the past weeks.

    @SkyUK provides such dreadful net service. WiFi drops out every 20 minutes, all day every day. Big problem as they are the only provider available in our building, so stuck with near-zero connectivity, no choice of provider & have to deal with the entire lack of customer service.

    why can't I connect to the on-demand services . I've restarted the router twice and the box and still not working . it's a joke . I'm getting fed up with this company @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

    So after over a year of problems from @SkyUK that we couldn’t keep the tv, now their broadband has packed in and they say can take up to 5 days to fix and and can’t even tell me when an engineer will be sent. Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

    I’ve never watched @bbceastenders Without a @SkyHelpTeam viewing card it’s not worth channel hopping. I’ve had a synopsis of the drama from @kimmy2849 who clearly needs to be on #mastermind or have a part in the soap! She sounds like one of the characters

    @SkyUK broadband is down. Cable cut by farmer. Easy fix? No. Sky can’t report to BT Openreach for 72 hours as a previous fault was not closed my sky from May. Result….no broadband…no working from home, kids can’t study for medical exams. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS.
