@SkyUK told engineer would call an hour before arriving and now told (after no phone call) that it is a customer no show as he visited abd didn’t call. Now need to wait two weeks and take another day off work!! Terrible service!!

@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t called this time round. I’m kinda losing the will to be honest. It’s about the 4th time this week that there’s been loss of service. It went off completely twice yesterday. If I call every time there’s an issue I’d be wasting at least an hour or two a week.
