@SkyHelpTeam Hi there, I’ve noticed my WiFi has really slowed down over the last month or so –and I mean REALLY slowed down. It can no longer cope effectively with more than one device connected and I keep having to turn my WiFi on my iPhone off to refresh it. Help please.

@SkyHelpTeam our sky q box refuses to download anything. It just says queuing then stops then queues. Done everything except factory reset. Any help would be great. Oh and our broadband is fine

okay @SkyUK why ******** are my internet speeds being tampered with, the guy came out to 'fix' the wifi but it's still ******* **** & no i am not using your ******* website to test the connection, absolute joke of a company. gonna terminate the contract asap
