@SkyUK disgraceful service - customer for 25 years plus - last 8 years no wifi in 4 rooms - continuous loss of signal - no full use of recordable boxes - recently visited by engineer - no help - half the speed - and now a big leaving bill !!! JOKE !

@SkyHelpTeam Main box keeps losing network connection assume that is why mini box keeps disconnecting. Mini box multiple reasons, no connection, lost Sky Q box, no sat signal. New router but everything else - phones, laptops, iPads all connected and holding connection.

@SkyHelpTeam No phone line - internet speed 6.7 this is a great tier 4 No phone calls not able to WFH or watch TV as can’t download a film or watch Netflix. Good job I like my own company and reading. Sick of your service

Dear @SkyHelpTeam I want to speak to someone about my recent switch to broadband. It’s not working nearly as well as you sold but now it seems impossible to speak to someone again. Your ability to have an advisor available for sales and then nothing after is beyond frustrating

Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

@SkyHelpTeam At around 12:40 am the internet connection went down, tried resetting router, still nothing. It was still off at around 02:15am, no clue when it came back. Not the first time this has happened at the same time either.

@SkyHelpTeam Good morning! Ah it's not a massive issue and only happens intermittently but skygo won't load channels for example. BBC news just has a 'there may be an issue with your connection' error. Amazon just says 'something went wrong'. They all work on 4g though.

Hope @SkyUK shall be offering some sort of compensation for the abysmal broadband service the Southside of Glasgow has been getting recently which culminated in a full outage for several hours yesterday and today.
