    @SkyUK terrible customer service. Viewing card cancelled and replacement supposed to be expedited but still hasn’t arrived despite being assured it would. I pay so much and have had no tv since Thursday. This is the last straw!

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK £170? That's a disgrace, I'm sure she wouldn't even watch 3/4 of the channels. Even £110 a month is steep. The business model is so flawed. They quote you high, you threat to leave they knock it down by at least 30%. No two people are on the same pricing mechanisms.

    @jammierooroo @Bredebeck @SkyUK Absolutely do the SAR request and make it clear that you want that recording so you can complaint the ombudsman. They'll try and say oh it's a mistake and we've resolved it so there's no need for the SAR but make sure you get that recording regardless. Then hammer the bastards.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK There is a 14 day cooling off period, cancel immediately. Do not speak to the first 2/3 reps from India who call. You will finally speak to someone from Glasgow who will give you the best deal ( that is if you actually want Sky!!). I got them from £180 to £83.
