Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? During this time I have no internet access ive tried running tests abs they say an engineer needs to visit them after 3am it comes back ! Why am I losing internet every night ???
