@kaye09 @SkyHelpTeam It has not corrected since the clocks changed on the weekend. I have an older Sky box… I guess they want us to upgrade 🙄🙄 shame to confuse people especially any elderly . They need to address the issue

@KatLueth @SkyHelpTeam Also from Twickenham here - and no Sky broadband for 24 hours now. Website says there’s an outage but also says ‘no problem with your service at your address’. Any chance of some clarity ?

@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam Do you believe that's an exceptable answer? That I have to chase a service I pay for to find out if your fixing your issue, is this problem being fixed currently? If so what Is the approximate time frame?Also will my bill reflect the downtime this provider had given me?

@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

Hey @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam. On Friday I had to call because our router hadn't arrived before our service started today. The woman I spoke to (from Aberdeen) was SO helpful. Router arrived this morning & now everything is up and running perfectly. Please give her a pat on the back!👍

Interesting - just got a mail from @SkyUK saying: "We’re making you a Gold Sky VIP as you’ve been with us for over 5 years." I LEFT them as a customer over 5 years ago. I have not been a customer at all for over 5 years...
