@SkyHelpTeam As I said I’m not home right now and because there was no internet at home for two hours my dad was forced to go into London to work. I’d like to know why workmen turned up outside, cut wires and took a telephone pole down and we weren’t given warning.

@SkyHelpTeam You’re welcome Matt!! It’s a pity OPENREACH/KELLYS don’t strive for the same high standards as Sky!! Appalling experience with them y’day, damaging my property and have to have the router ON THE FLOOR RIGHT NEAR MY FRONT DOOR!! AWFUL 😡

Pathetic customer support and help from @SkyUK broadband - activated almost a week ago and still struggling to get internet connection - everytime the customer support just reads out a same generic script involving turning the router on and off - unbelievable

Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

1 hr & counting on phone with @SkyUK after no one showed up for our broadband setup appt. between 8:00 & 13:00 today. It’s now 18:30. Their solution? Go to the back of the line, sport - as in reschedule for Aug. 15. If that isn’t the start of a lovely business relationship…

@SkyHelpTeam I don’t think you understand me at all. I’m saying workmen turned up with no warning. They ripped cables down and were taking the telephone pole down. We weren’t warned of any work.

@SkyHelpTeam are there issues in BR3 for broadband? Have run diagnostic tests and it says no local issues yet all lights are on router correct but apparently cannot find. Also does not appear to be able to run a line test.

@SkyHelpTeam hi I’m not at home but my dad informed about 2 hours ago that the internet went down and workmen had turned up outside our house cutting wires and destroying the telephone pole nearby. Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

@SkyHelpTeam not very helpful when a customer support individual says “i’ll call you right back” but never does. One of the reasons I’ve left but I do need to get your equipment back so please get someone to contact me please. Even that returns process Sky couldn’t manage. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam (2/2) removing the BT Whole Home has meant I lose a lot of functionality such as pausing certain devices, naming devices, time limits on kids devices etc. Also the whole system is much slower. I am not a happy #Sky customer

@SkyHelpTeam It just says 'Download failed' It certainly doesn't happen as often as it used to - virtually every time - but it's been happening for ages - an ongoing problem with you and BT apparently. And I'm fed up paying for something that doesn't work.
