    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Law and order. The app doesn't list then in order as you can see but half the series are missing which really doesn't help. Surely someone has the capabilities at sky to run the programmes in order it's so frustrating. It's not just that series it's others too

    @virginmedia I phoned up today to find out why I was paying £50 a month for internet when a new customer pays £35. I was basically told to accept it so I think I’ll look at moving to @SkyUK for £27 a month.

    @SkyHelpTeam According to your website there are no issues affecting Sky Internet in Washington Tyne and Wear, but trying to download a TV show has proven impossible. I do not trust your Service Status page, it always claims’no known issues’.
