    @SkyHelpTeam guys what update was sent out over night. I'm getting This screen does not support HDCP try reconnecting your HDMI cable. Sky appears for a split second then same blue screen

    @SkyHelpTeam what are we supposed to do if we have an issue before 8.30am. My husband has to start work at 7am and he can’t get logged in as we can not get an internet service . Since we joined Sky broadband we have had nothing but issues and it’s so frustrating .

    @SkyUK told engineer would call an hour before arriving and now told (after no phone call) that it is a customer no show as he visited abd didn’t call. Now need to wait two weeks and take another day off work!! Terrible service!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I had new WiFi/sky q/router installed today. Now Dyson and Sonos products aren’t reconnecting to the WiFi - the WiFi is otherwise working. Could it be a router problem? Thanks.

    @shonaarabella @emmy84 @SkyHelpTeam I've got a huawei and I'm seeing these issues, but my partner has a Samsung and she's also having the same issues. Only difference is, my Huawei shows the ! Next to the WiFi and hers doesn't. Neither does the ipad so maybe it's just Huawei phones highlight the issue more clearly.

    @_1Bonita_ @SkyHelpTeam Wow, let me guess..... due to covid no staff. I had the same problem, use your phone data to detect the problem to report it then they read a menu out...... You either phone them early or late in the evening to get through.

    @SkySports The womens game wouldn't get such a hard time if they stopped making ridiculous demands, I fully support having adequate coaching and facilitys but when it comes to prize money, the revenue it makes cannot subsidize that.
