@SkyUK hi. How do I ask for my signal to be boosted? For a few weeks now the picture on our TV breaks up &says there is no signal on all channels. Today I was dropped out for Zoom 3 times in 90 minutes!!! I check website and it says no issues in my area. Can someone help please?

Horrific customer care by @SkyUK regarding broadband contract renewal. They claim their virtual assistant can be super useful but it's dumb as f***. Then I called them, waited 30 minutes, then got transferred multiple times and waited more before they said they can't help me.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve asked that they raise a #complaint, to be told at first there is no point as #Sky ‘doesn’t work like that’ i.e. pausing a contract mid term! I insisted, even tho he kept telling me there’s was nothing anyone could do differently. How is ‘pausing’ for 3 months such an issue?!

@nixnoc @SkyHelpTeam Its not an issue because its not a thing. You dont just pause it when you dont feel like paying. You can raise a complaint about it but its not going to get resolved because the resolution you want doesn’t exist, you’ll get nothing from CISAS or Ofcom either so move on
