    @SkyHelpTeam hi I’m not at home but my dad informed about 2 hours ago that the internet went down and workmen had turned up outside our house cutting wires and destroying the telephone pole nearby. Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi - our dish is currently ‘hidden’ by scaffolding but we’ve been able to watch recordings, Netflix etc via apps. These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

    Heads drooping down, hardly any communication amongst themselves. For a number of seasons now we’ve lacked leaders on that pitch. As Souness said many times on SkySports & he’s right - which senior players do those youngsters and new signings look up to in that dressing room?

    @SkyHelpTeam You’re welcome Matt!! It’s a pity OPENREACH/KELLYS don’t strive for the same high standards as Sky!! Appalling experience with them y’day, damaging my property and have to have the router ON THE FLOOR RIGHT NEAR MY FRONT DOOR!! AWFUL 😡

    @SamsungUK Hello JH, It's a flip4 5G... No damage at all. We bought it via @SkyHelpTeam . We now need to send it back and my partner will be with no handset for 2 or maybe 3 weeks. The handset itself it's on immaculate conditions. Still have the original clear stickers on.

    @peterhill93 @PeterWellDone @SkyUK I use the Sky Superfast which averages 65mb/s to a south London address. Only £28/month and no line rental. I’d check reviews local to you as service varies locally between providers.

    I am so sorry, but I am about to have a rant. All morning I've been having really bad wifi connection with my Sky Broadband during my work morning and I'm having to do all my work calls on my mobile phone instead. It's rubbish! I pay enough to @SkyUK As it is!

    @SkyHelpTeam are there issues in BR3 for broadband? Have run diagnostic tests and it says no local issues yet all lights are on router correct but apparently cannot find. Also does not appear to be able to run a line test.

    Can someone please help me @SkyHelpTeam I pay alot of money for your full fibre gigfast broadband but I just cannot get any sort of strong or consistent WiFi upstairs. I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now

    @SkyUK what absolutely shameful customer service, 6 phone calls and over 2 hours spent trying to get my master socket relocated, everytime it’s agreed and in place, only to receive a text saying it’s not possible and please call back, utterly shocking!
